Arbys is far from fine dining. But hey, sometimes ya crave a tasty beef n cheddar with curly fries. I've come here a couple times recently and it's usually pretty dead, but still super slow. Most fast food places are fast, especially when there's no customers in line but can't say that for this arbys. The food is pretty good for the price. I always get the same thing cause it's classic and delicious. Last time I was here I was the only one in line and waited TEN MINUTES at the window which is unacceptable. Finally after waiting some worker flings the door open and says "sauce?" I didnt understand what he said at first and asked to repeat it and he goes "do. You. Want. Sauce" I almost said having a rough day? Oh well. Overall it's tasty. I don't come here for service anyways, just my beer read more

Visited Arby's at 17031 N Tatum Blvd Phoenix, AZ 85032 I tried to pre-order my meal and go to pick it up. I wanted to pay in cash but there was no option over the web to pay cash at the restaurant. I arrived at the restaurant and all the doors to the lobby were locked. The drive through was working and the line was extremely long. I was a bit upset that the website did not say it was drive through only. It did clearly state "Dine In" was available. I got in line at the drive through and waited 15 minutes to order. I could barely understand the employee over the loud speaker. English was not their first language. I ordered 2 Prime Rib Cheese Steaks and a large Curly Fries. I paid for my meal at the drive through window and the girl started to usher me away. She forgot that she did not give me my meal. The fries were half full and contained half curly and half regular. Not what I ordered. The Prime Rib Cheese Steaks were very small with very little meat. There was no flavor at all to the Cheese steaks and no seasoning. All I could taste is the cheese sauce. I was very disappointed with the service and the meal. I will never go to this Arby's location again. I suggest others do the same. Arby's should consider hiring a more responsible manager and removing the Prime Rib Cheese Steak from the menu. read more

Always sending cars foward and food takes forever seems like employees don't care to work there

Awful. Sliced the thickness of bologna. Grey, cold, rubbery. They asked me to pull around the corner because they didn't have roast beef ready. I waited until other cars started leaving the line and got back in the drive-through. I pulled BACK to the window and they handed me a bag, she snatched it out of his hand and gave me an order that was scheduled for delivery. She said they wanted to make me a hot and fresh sandwich! She really gave me a cold rubbery one that was waiting for delivery. There was a delightful person there and then there was HER. I'm sure management knows who this is. Tues eve. 8PM. This location sucks. I placed an order drove there and after 50 minutes I am still waiting. I finally asked if I could just cancel my order get a refund because I now have to go back to work and don't have time to eat any longer, and they said they can't give me a refund because it was placed online. I realize reviewing fast food joints is silly, but you gotta give props when they're due. Contrary to the typically horrifying customer service experience you get at most fast food joints today, the shift manager working today is on some kinda crusade to turn the chain around. This guy is straight out of the 50s - and not the reality of the 50s, but the idealized Leave-it-to-beaver 50s. Pleasant. Energetic. Enthusiastic. Competent. Charismatic and engaging... yeah, seriously, this is an Arby's. If he can get half of his crew operating by his example, they should put him in charge of corporate training. In a world where it seems I find a new example showing me that the fight for fifteen is misguided, this is pleasant surprise. Waited for some time to get service at the counter and when I asked if they were taking orders at the counter, I was told they were busy and I would "have to deal with it", not exactly what I expected from Arby's. I would understand a more diplomatic response, like we appreciate your patience during this busy time or anything more friendly. The manager was right there when the employee said that. Went across the parking lot to McDonalds, waited behind 3 cars and was served in less time than it took for Arby's to even notice we were there. As an enjoyer of Arby's roast beef sandwiches since my youth (longer than I care to mention), I was both shocked and saddened by what occurred and I am confident that you would want it brought to your attention. Location & Time: Arby's, 17031 N Tatum Blvd Phoenix, AZ 85032 Saturday 2/18/2023, 3:45PM On a visit to Scottsdale from out of town to celebrate the birth of our granddaughter, I was famished and ran out for a quick bite, saw the Arby's, and was happy as it would fit my taste perfectly. The place was almost empty. I knew exactly what I wanted and walked up to the counter. The woman there half-turned to me and said "Whata ya want?" - not a friendly greeting in the least. I ordered a "double roast beef, sandwich only, and a Diet Coke please." She gave me the price, I paid cash. She gave me change - no words or eye contact, appeared almost angry, and turned away. I noticed her name tag said "Shift Manager." While I was waiting for my food I saw she was half leaning over and resting her torso on the food-prep counter, chatting with another employee in the back. When the order was ready, she dropped the bag with my sandwich on the counter, said "here," and turned away. I asked "what about my drink?" She grabbed a cup and pushed it towards me and started to walk away again with a scowl and no words. I had had enough. I asked her in a nice voice, "Excuse me, isn't it traditional to be courteous to the customer and at least say thank you?" She shot back angrily, "You want me to say thank you to YOU? For what?" Wow. I answered " for bringing business to your restaurant. That's the way we do business." She just looked at me irked and started to walk away again. I said, "excuse me, I saw on your tag you're the manager; what is your name?" She just continued walking away dismissing me by waving her hand at me while employees in the back were asking her what was going on. She loudly said, and I quote verbatim, 'The DICK wanted me to say thank you; he best get out of here, he should leave right now!" I saw people in the back stick their heads out. I was flabbergasted but now feeling threatened, I made my exit. On the way out I passed a customer sitting and eating who had witnessed the entire exchange. She just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders with a "what are you gonna do" look. Once safely outside the restaurant, I sat down and jotted notes on my phone so it would stay fresh in my mind. Mr. Brown, I'm sure after hearing this that you will agree that this is not the behavior you expect of your employees, nor do you want it associated with your brands. I have never experienced such uncalled for, rude, inappropriate treatment at a service establishment in my entire life. Furthermore, I actually felt physically threatened and was concerned about harm had I not left the restaurant immediately. I am 61 years old, not very able, and no threat to anyone. As much as I hate to blame the divisiveness of our current world, I can't help to feel that that may have been a major factor in this abhorrent treatment. Having provided the exact time and date of the incident, I'm sure you can look at records to see who the shift manager was at that time. She requires a good talking to, counseling, and censure at the least; if she were my employee she would be terminated on the spot. I would greatly appreciate personal follow-up from you on this matter as it distressed me greatly. Thank you very much for your time and concern. read more

If I could give a negative rating on this specific Arby's I would. Firstly how the hell do you run out of roast beef if that is one of the most featured item on your menu?! We called to ask about our order and the guy that answered was a dumbass, giving us rude answers as if we're idiots. He went on to say that our DoorDash was ready but then they canceled it and because they didn't have roast beef and gave it to someone anyways so now we are out of 120 dollars. Went the the drive-thru on Wednesday and ordered 4 beef and cheddar sandwiches. Had to repeat myself multiple times-should have been my warning to check my bag. When I got home I only had three beef and cheddar. So, besides not being able to count to 4, I've never had as dry as roast beef as those three sandwiches. They also looked like the only had half the normal amount of cheddar as when I go to other Arby's. Thankfully, that will be my choice in the future. read more

I frequent this Arby's and the most recent time, I got the Porchetta sandwich and Mount Italy sandwich. I spent $16.69 because I wanted to try something new. When I got home, I opened up my food, the product looked nothing like they did in the picture. The images showed it would have a mountain of meat, I opened up the food packages to find each item had two pieces of meat. I was so disappointed, I contacted the restaurant and they didn't respond. I emailed corporate and it has been over a month and still haven't heard back. I typically recommend Arby's to my friends and family when we want something quick to eat because of the food. Arby's you really disappointed me here. I could have spent $16.69 and gotten enough groceries to make each sandwich and been able to have enough for a week. I won't be coming back. read more

A fast food joint I don't get to frequent very often. Though it's a bit pricey for "fast food", I'd have to say the quality is pretty delish. I love their roast beef sandwiches smothered in Arby Sauce and Horsey Sauce. I definitely miss the days of 5 for $5 sandwiches. The sandwiches have definitely gotten smaller than back in the days, but still taste the same. Their potato cakes are so crunchy and perfectly cooked. I'd choose those over the curly fries. Right now there is a promotion going on for there new chicken salad sandwich....and it is just average as well. If you like Roast beef.....and I don't....then this of course is the place for you. I just had my arby's sandwich. Putting in this review quickly. So that I leave back a warning, in case I die!! Horrible food! The chicken is clearly stale. It's hard texture gives away. Curly fries have a bad bitter after taste, I'm guessing the oil has been in use since the discovery of oil. I've gone in 5 times to get a $1.00 root beer float. Twice out of the 5 times the shake/ice cream machine was down. That's 40% of the time. 1 of the 3 times that I could get a float, they had no root beer! Are you kidding me? You are advertising the $1 root beer float on your Marque outside. The person that took our order was extremely nice and made sure everything was correct. My complaint is about the drive through worker. When we got to the window and got our food we asked if we could get a BBQ sauce. In the rudest tone imaginable they said, "You already have 3." We all got chicken tenders and wanted to just get one more sauce. Apparently their sauce is a precious commodity that they really don't want to part with... I would understand if I was asking for 4-5 more sauces but I only asked for 1 more. I know that people are going to be rude wherever you go sometimes. They are a bit more pricey then other fast food places but I guess it's worth it once in a while. Took my daughter to get a jamoca shake, was greeted warmly by the shift manager, after that, I might as well have not even been there. He was coming from the window, was still engaged with the transaction he'd been in there, and paid no attention to me. I had to repeat my order multiple times because he kept interrupting me to talk to the employee working the window, and ended up over charging me. I've been in customer service for the past 30+ years and can offer a piece of advice...The most important customer you have is the one right in front of you.". I love Arby's, but my god this place has the worst customer service in the drive thru. I thought it was a fluke the first time, but unfortunately it was even worse the 2nd time. It was surreal and bizarre just how rude the ladies were who served us. We didn't even have crazy orders and the attitude that was thrown at us was so shocking I thought I was on a hidden camera show. Seriously thought I was on an episode of "What would you do". This place deserves a negative star for service but lucky for them the food is delicious. I would have complained but the manager was RIGHT there and she even looked over at us when we pulled up and LAUGHED and gave us a sneering type of warning like she wanted to pull me through the drive thru window. BARBARA was incredibly RUDE. It's 9:18PM on Monday SEP 3rd. I kindly asked her if there was a senior discount on food and she impatiently told us no. She was not friendly nor helpful. We pulled up to pay and pulled up the senior discount on Arby's WEBSITE and she rudely told us that "we don't do that here." We asked Barbara why and she told us as she slammed the window shut after taking our money, "because we're not a corporate store". Well Barbara I guess we'll never go to this FRANCHISE store. WOW!
