    What i wanted
    Shannelle W.

I might just have to come here a little more often , people are really sleep on arbys but i think i might have to try them out more. I came here the other day because i was tired of the regular everyday fast food spots an because i haven't had this in a while an saw a few good sandwiches i wanted to try which i did so this review is about the sandwiches not the over spot i had the chicken bacon Swiss sandwiches which looked really good on the picture an i believe it said limited time only so i definitely had to try it an i give it a 5/10 not to bad I'm big on chicken sandwiches over actual burgers .

Jada, the cashier, greeted us as soon as we entered the restaurant. She was immediately ready to take our order when we approached the register. She was friendly and welcoming. The food was hot and fresh. We both ordered the beef and cheddar sandwiches. They don't put a lot of the cheddar cheese sauce on the sandwich, but there was a decent amount of roast beef. I tried the new white cheddar mac & cheese. It was great. It was rich and creamy. The restaurant was clean. The dining room, drink station and restrooms were all clean. If I'm every back in this area, I'll definitely consider visiting this Arby's again.

    Orange cream shake

I don't think about Arby's often and now I know why. Besides, the curly fries, there is nothing else about Arby's that is memorable. They have a huge menu but nothing stands out or is extraordinary. I've eaten at Arby's enough. Service has always been slow and really unattentive as well. My friend raves about their warm cookies so I came for that and got the buffalo chicken to try, along with jalapeno poppers and the orange cream shake. The jalapeno poppers were just okay, it's a little undercooked. The buffalo chicken is salty to me, just has lots of sauce. The orange cream shake is delicious but I believe it's only temporary. As for the warm cookies, the salted caramel is good. The double chocolate was a bit bitter for me. It just didn't taste that great. The curly fries is the only thing I would come for. I didn't get any this time to try the other food items. If that orange cream shake would be a permanent item on the menu. I'll come back just for it. 205/2019

French dip, pizza slider, loaded fries, fish sandwiches, and onion rings

Haven't been to Arby's since the Maui, Hawaii location closed down in probably the '90s or early 2000s at the latest. I was just a child at the time, but I remember they had good French dip sandwiches and shakes. It was situated in the corner of a mall back home and shared the rental space with Orange Julius - another place I haven't seen in years. So needless to say, coming to this restaurant brought back a little nostalgia for me of somewhat simpler times. The menu looks great, and I know I'll already be back to try most everything. Cheese sticks, mac n cheese, Reubens, and a bunch of other yummies are calling my name for next time. My fiance, on the other hand, is more of a burger guy as opposed to just sandwiches (unless it's Subway). So the Wendy's next door is a better fit for him. We tried the fish sandwiches, French dip, loaded curly fries, pizza slider, and onion rings. I also tried all the sauces they had sitting at the condiment station. Pretty much all the items were great in my opinion, except for the fish sandwiches. They were okay, but no different from a Filet o' fish really. I liked the horseradish mayo and honey mustard as far as sauces go, but I wasn't crazy about the other ones they had. Overall, it was a pretty cozy and convenient location to grab a quick bite. Although, the service could be improved some. I'm not gonna say any names, but our cashier looked like she absolutely hated her job and hated life, period. She looked so bothered when my fiance had a simple question about the menu, like a "hurry up and order, so I can get back to texting" or whatever mentality. It's kind of sad when I see that, because everybody is going through something that they don't talk about. However, there are tons of people who would love to have any kind of job and are just waiting to get hired - people with great customer service skills and friendly demeanors. (This location is hiring by the way, so if that's you, then go for it). The floors were also pretty sticky and tables were dirty, even though it was dead inside. So that being said, I'd probably hit the drive thru next time. Good prices and good food options though.

    Do not eat here!

Just yesterday I cancelled my order because I spotted an employee handling food with bare hands and complained. These people are filthy, I hope they learned a lesson in cleanliness.

The man with great customer service and the new facility

And it's OUR jobs to shed light on these fabulous small businesses! What I miss most about my college/ grad school towns, is the quaint, small-town, community-supported vibes you get and the connection you are able to form with your community by not only shopping locally but by building a relationship with the people and places you live. Not only is Haven a delicious, well-serviced food spot, it is a community gathering home of unparalleled service, inviting you to connect. I drove across town 30-minutes at rush hour just to make it here for a dinner sandwich, before closing. It was SO worth it. I bought a delicious Cinnamon Danish Pastry and their Signature Turkey Pesto Sandwich-- a popular one! The Owner, Umberto let me taste their homemade Hibicious Lemonade Mix, which was delightful. I can't wait to point friends, family, and fans here to say Haven is SO "WORTH THE DRIVE," and it's going to keep you coming back for more! Congrats on surviving and THRIVING in your first year, Haven. Cheers to many more to come!! Looking forward to joining you guys on one of your last-Fridays of the month events: music, dancing, charcuterie, and wine-- one of these days! EVERYONE Come check them out

The service is also super patient and welcoming also! I will be back again and again!!

Overall We love this…read morebakery and would absolutely return. It feels like a thoughtful, quality driven spot that's doing something a little different: French style pastries with a Korean bakery influence, especially the lower sweetness level. Food and Menu This is a French bakery vibe with Korean style sensibilities (aka not a sugar bomb). Many items are intentionally less sweet, which we really appreciated. Their most popular item seemed to be the flan, and they also had other classic French style treats like financiers (pronounced "fee non syay" - or close enough to not embarrass yourself ). Everything we tried felt carefully made. Ingredients and Quality They emphasize organic ingredients and low sugar baking, and it shows. The baked goods taste clean, balanced, and not overly heavy. You can tell the focus is on ingredient quality and proper technique rather than just sweetness. Service and Experience Exceptional service. The woman at the front was genuinely kind and welcoming and took time to explain ingredients, quality, and even when certain desserts are at their best. That level of care made the experience feel personal and elevated. Price and Value Pricing felt pretty average for a specialty bakery, and the value is strong considering the organic, low sugar focus and overall quality. Deals and Discounts Good perk: after 4:30, they offer discounts. Items made yesterday or the day before were about 30% off, which is great if you want to try more items or stock up without paying full price. Would we return? Yes, 100%. If you like French pastries but prefer a less sweet, more balanced Korean bakery style, this place is a winner.

Unfortunately this is not the kind of bakery where you can pick up some loaves, baguettes, etc. so I'd consider this more of a cafe. We consumed two half sandwiches (honey maple and roast beef) there, took a couple of croissants and a bread pudding to go. The sandwiches were good, nothing spectacular, but fresh ingredients and well-executed. The croissants were definitely better than average and far better than what you can find most places in the US. Having had croissants in France, I would say this comes pretty close. We didn't have any trouble finding a table or parking right out front, it must have been just past the lunch rush on a Saturday. Note that they are closed Sunday and Monday, and only open until 3 pm Tuesday through Saturday. I would return if I was in the area again.
