Me and my girls wanted something homey. Something that feels like we're comforted. That's how we stumbled upon this spot. Let's break it down. Ambiance: is a small and feels like home. Parking is very limited. So if you're here on busy hours, expect to park down the block. Service: amazing. The cashier was so sweet and gave amazing recommendations. Food: yummy, flavorful, comforting and pretty good for the price! Overall this is a great spot and highly recommend it!

This was a small restaurant perfect for being all cozy. There was a variety of selections to choose from. From salads, sandwiches, to meat, you name it. They have hot or cold sides available. I decided to get the funky chicken sandwich and a side of brussel sprouts. The bread on the sandwich was super messy. It was a bit soggy for my liking. If it was toasted and crunchy I think that would've been better. Overall, not a bad sandwich, just be prepared to use a lot of napkins.

Google maps were useless. Finally found it and it is (small) blue house. The smell hits you when you open the door and we were sure we were going to be happy. Seating both inside and outside and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. I ordered the blue plate lunch special- pulled pork, mac'cheese and Cole slaw and my husband ordered the beef brisket lunch specials, iced tea. It's been a while but the tea was perfect- strong but not acidic. I found myself going from one thing to another. It was all so good I couldn't decide what to eat next. You ordered at the counter and received a number. They brought your food to you and checked once or twice that everything was OK. Service was competent and adequate- not intrusive, but not the first thing I would mention in a recommendation. But I do recommend the Bleu House for it delicious food. We will be back.

Super cute place! The sandwich was super filling and I liked the Mac and cheese. It's not a traditional focaccia bread but still tasty. My only gripe is that I wish the bread was a bit more toasted. Would definitely come back for lunch again.

Another Norcross gem! Extremely engaging service to complement the unique menu. The look and feel of the house setting is evident from entry to exit. Loved the quaint decorations & everything was organized your home's dining room with a pantry like self service station of to go containers. The food selections varied to accommodate every cuisine. The Bleu Plate special's caught my eye and the accompanying sides of brussels sprouts & Parmesan mashed potatoes literally jumped off the chalk board that listed the side items. Diverse groups were spread out including families, couples and even a few people that sprinkled in who were watching the Atlanta Braves playoff games at a nearby brewery. I was thoroughly pleased with my teriyaki salmon, and the flash fried, honey glazed brussels sprouts literally melted in my mouth. The potatoes were equally good, and thoroughly enjoyed by my companion who frequented the spot with his son after school, and apparently really enjoyed my Parmesan infused mashed potatoes! He had the brisket, which was served as a sandwich and came with one side. The drink station offered teas and lemonade that appear to be homemade. Sodas and other drinks were also available in cans and bottles. I noticed a cookie case as I was leaving, so you'll have to visit this phenomenal spot to sample for yourself. Will definitely return!

Love it - food was great and service and atmosphere are awesome. Mac and cheese is on point!

We enjoyed this meal very much! My turkey was excellent and the customer service was top notch. They had no problem swapping out my sauce when I saw it came with mustard (not my fav). The dining room was charming! Fountain drinks would've taken this to the next level for me, but I was fine with my can of soda. :) Great spot!

Bleu House was so good. The College Naanwich was really good. The smoked turkey had great flavor and paired very well with the sauce that they gave on the side. It had a mustard taste & look. The sandwich came with a choice of one side. I selected the roasted Brussel sprouts. They also had really good flavor. My coworker had the daily special which was a quiche for her side she ordered fruit. I will definitely return if I'm back in the area.

Pretty good and big portions! We got the funky chicken sandwich w a side of mozzarella and tomato salad, big bad brisket naanwich w a side of mac n cheese, and the quiche of the day plate w a side of collard greens and garlic parmesan mashed potatoes. The sandwiches come with 1 side each and the plates come with 2 sides each. Funky chicken sandwich: good and the balsamic chicken was great quality (tender but not rubbery). I was disappointed though bc I wish it was a hot sandwich, not cold and I wish the bread topping (a tomato oil, parmesan crust-y thing) was inside of the sandwich bc it made it so messy to eat w your hands. A lot of ppl comment that the bread is so good but it was just okay in my opinion. I don't know forsure but just re-looking at past reviews again, I THINK it can be a hot sandwich or that it used to be that way. I wish they made that more apparent on the menu or they made it hot as the standard and cold if requested. Big bad brisket naanwich: Didn't try this one but my parents said it was good. And a lottt of brisket filling. Quiche of the day: I think it was broccoli and bell peppers and it was pretty good although the size comparison of that to the other two dishes was sort of small. Sides: all sides were really good but the star was the parmesan garlic mashed potatoes. Service: a little gruff maybe but also checked in to see how everything was going. Ambiance: cute place, limited seating inside and a balcony with outdoor seating. The decor is colorful, warm, and cozy. There's street parking and also parking in the back. We got there a little before noon on a Saturday and it wasn't busy but it was rainy and cold that day so not sure if it's an accurate assessment of how busy it actually gets.

My husband and I frequent the Bleu House for lunch. Always consistently delicious. Some of our favorites are the brisket naanwich, bacon wrapped meatloaf and smoked turkey breast.

Their other menu items may be staggeringly good, since they are known for "home made", but I'd recommend passing on this particular meat. The service was great, as we were asked multiple times about the meal, and they even offered replacement brisket. Excellent customer service!

About a third of the tables had patrons, and I was able to be seated right away. They have a combination of booths and tables with the back room able to seat some larger parties. I ordered the Country Steak & Sausage Gravy 2 Egg Platter. It came with a cat head biscuit and the country fried steak was small and about the same diameter as the biscuit (see photo). But since it came with a muffin, and I added a side of 2 sausage patties, the meal was still filling. All items seemed to be good quality, properly cooked, and had decent flavors. The square blueberry "muffin" was very moist and a great flavor. They use big tumblers for soft drinks. The only item that wasn't great was the lemon slices in my drink: the rind was spotty and tinged with brown and the fruit texture and color showed too much age. My server was very inattentive and spent too much time watching the big screen TV. It took her a long time to take my order, she provided no refills, did not check in during my meal for any needs (the jelly caddy had two empty sections and my table had no strawberry jelly), it took a long time to get my check, and a long time to process payment.

The Chinese lady waitress that has helped us before helped us today. She doesn't speak any English and doesn't ever acknowledge us. She didn't speak at all the entire time. I had to ask for tongs and crackers for the snow crab. She never bothered to check on us or fill my broth throughout while we were dining. We always tipped her and the staff well above 20%. The male Asian waiter didn't say anything to us as well and never checked on us. They might want to rethink their customer service and waiter skills and at least check on their customers especially their regulars. As always on a Friday night, there wasn't many other tables around. When we got our bill, my hands were full and I didn't check but apparently they never asked us how old are baby was and went ahead and charged him $10. Our 3 year old was always free here. By the time we paid and it was too late. The Chinese lady waitress was very rude when my wife was pulling out her cash tip and just stood there and waited for her to put the tip down. Never in our life, we had a waitresss stand there like that. My wife still gave us a more than generous tip as she definitely did not deserve it at all. They may want to retrain these employees as this really put a super sour experience. I don't plan on coming back for a long time if ever.

When we arrived, I realized the location used to be the old Hong Kong Supermarket -- only longtime locals would probably remember that. The layout inside was pretty interesting. There was a Te'amos milk tea shop in the middle, Lao Szechuan on the right, and the hot pot & BBQ restaurant on the left. The staff greeted us warmly and quickly helped us get seated. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was that they offered freshly made milk teas and fruit teas instead of bottled drinks. The drinks were decent and refreshing, especially for balancing out the richness of the meal. Each person gets their own mini hot pot, which I really liked because everyone could customize their own soup base and ingredients. We chose a variety of broths including mushroom, spicy mala, tomato, and herbal soup. Using the iPad ordering system, we basically ordered one of everything from both the hot pot and BBQ menus. The food came out surprisingly fast, and they even used robots to deliver dishes to the table, which was smooth and efficient. For hot pot, my personal favorites were the fatty beef slices, lamb, beef tripe, black tripe, tofu skin rolls, squid flowers, enoki mushrooms, corn, lotus root slices, kelp knots, fish balls, and beef tendon balls. Everything tasted great with the broth and my favorite sesame dipping sauce. On the BBQ side, the standout items for me were the cumin lamb, beef tongue, chicken cartilage, short ribs, and squid. We weren't exactly BBQ experts, so some meats weren't cooked perfectly, but the flavor was still really enjoyable -- and the best part was that you could keep ordering as much as you wanted. Honestly, for around $40 per person, it felt like a very good value. My parents both thought it was worth the price. We left full and satisfied, and the service was always attentive whenever we needed something. Overall, it was a really enjoyable Mother's Day meal, and I'd definitely come back again with friends next time.

We had it changed to a clean one, but when we were handed the tablet to order, this was also covered in grease/oil. The bathrooms and sauce bar were clean, but at the table I was not satisfied.
