When I showed the employee my receipt, she insisted it was correct and that sizing hadn't changed -- no offer to check, no apology, just told me I was wrong. I went back to the kiosk and ordered a medium to compare. The "medium" came back looking like a small, and staff again insisted it was correct, at one point holding up a cup I'd never seen before as their reference for a "small." I'm not someone who complains over minor mistakes, I have very low expectations when I go to any fast food restaurant, if my order's slightly off, I usually let it go. But this wasn't a mistake, it was flat-out denial that anything was wrong, from two female staff, on an order I make several times a week. If you're paying for a large, you should get a large, if it's a mistake, just fix it. I have two teenagers that both work in the fast food industry, so I know how these restaurants function and I know the policies for situations like this.
