Orders missing items , items incorrect in order. When you order "boxed" meals they are often tossed into a bag so you have to sort out which items go to each person. Should be minus 100. Check your bag before you leave the window...dig in deep because what feels like a taco may not be exactly what you ordered. Not one item in our order was correct except for the drinks. It's like they took whatever they had left in their warmers, and chucked it in the bag looking like what was ordered. Then we called and they said they were busy. But we were the only ones in the drive thru. So that was a lie. Just a bunch of kids that don't give a crap about the job they do. We weren't given a receipt. But what we ordered was: luxe box all chicken non spicy 4 dorito loco taco supremes with beef Order of cinnamon twists. What we got: Luxe box had a dorito loco supreme it wasn't chicken or beef but some mystery looking meat that didn't taste right. It was a normal mystery meat supreme. Crunch wrap with one piece of chicken and it was spicy. A chicken cool ranch spicy dorito loco taco no supreme. 2 regular cool ranch taco with mystery meat supreme A regular taco taco with mystery meat. Then they forgot our twists and we had to go back through the empty drive thru to get them. I don't mind TB from time to time! But I will no longer spend my money at any company that is taking the human interaction out of customer service! The tablets are NOT cleaned between every customer! Got rejected for food cause I had bigger truck the worker was un educated first place I went to that don't allow you to do walk in drive thru if you have a bigger truck and the only thing is open is drive thru i was told drive back home pick up a smaller car and come back i live 200 miles from that location it's kind of far drive to pick up a car and come back for food when to different locations no problem read more

Dude idk if it's just the people working night shift but, the service was so bad. They got the whole order messed up and one crunchwrap had 1/4 of meat in the whole thing and was full of lettuce ..? Nacho fries were cold too, and they gave me about one teaspoon of nacho sauce that was cold aswell. read more

This might be the greatest Taco Bell on the planet. We ordered around 12:30am and naturally had low expectations, but everything hit the spot. Soda was perfectly carbonated, chicken quesadilla was textbook, and they answered my silly questions about the menu gracefully. I'm not from Washington but I will never forget this Taco Bell. read more

Food is so greasy you'll most likely die the next day from clogged arteries. My pics are proof. The hard shelled tacos were soggy and disgusting! Stay away! Carls Jr is across the street and their food and service is great. They also have a plant based burger that tastes exactly like a Carls burger. read more

Literally the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. Brian took our order and was so detailed and fast. He even asked us if we wanted to add jalapeños or extra sour cream on our items, which we've never been asked before and got a couple items with jalapeños. All employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. if your in a rush don't bother using the drive through window as it is of no convenience because apparently it's hard work to hand food though the window. how redundant and unnecessary the children that work here are. it's no wonder they work at Taco Bell. read more

I'm really not sure where to start with this one.. this place is a mess. I'd give it a 0/5 if I could. The inside is always gross here. Sticky tables and food / napkins on the floor are common. To top this, you'll probably need to send your food back at least once before the employees (who will try to argue about whether or not your order was prepared properly while you show them how it clearly wasn't) replace it. The music is always blasting, and it's never good music. It's always some cheesy stadium-country music. It gets really old really quick. Employees are blatantly disrespectful and patronizing, unlike all the other local Taco Bell locations. There's one in Chehalis by Home Depot and another in Centralia by Safeway and they're both lightyears beyond this location in every possible way. Don't waste your time or money here. If you want Taco Bell, do yourself a favor and head a few miles down the road to one of the other locations. You'll be glad you did. (Not in the mood to do the extra driving? I would not normally review a fast food place thinking it was just an off-night BUT we now live in this area and frequent this place, they have CONSISTENTLY screwed up EVERY SINGLE ORDER!! During the day this place is pretty good. However the employee on nights are rude. Tonight I went in and bought a crunch wrap with extra cheese and sour cream, a gordita with extra cheese and a soft taco with extra sour and cheese. terrible customer service, i'm a truck driver and after a 12 hour shift without food or sleep i just wanted some good tasting food but i didn't want to go with my semi truck and cause discomfort for the staff so i walked up to the drive thru because the dine in was closed and they didn't let me. after standing in the freezing snow for 15ish minutes they denied me. don't recommend. read more

Why do i even have to give 1 star? Please consider it a 0. I am a semi truck driver which is why I couldn't go through the drive thru as the lobby just had closed. This employee working at the time 10ish on March 24,2022 asked me to walk through drive thru. I walk to the drive thru and employee greets me and asks me to order which i then started to order. Employee then proceeds to tell me " sorry I cannot take your order. i am a minor." I questioned if there was someone else working who wasn't a minor and could take my order. Employee then tells me there is no one else working with her. I came back but this sounds illegal if a minor was working at taco bell alone. The customer service was poor of poorest i have ever received. Even if you are not able to take order thru drive thru for people without vehicles you should straight up mention that rather than being rude to your customers and rather than lying that you are working ALONE AS A MINOR AT NIGHT. read more
