I'm not sure what is going on at this location. I'm sad that the last 5 times I've gone online ordering for pick up , they have either given us the wrong order -or when we get there, they say they don't see the order -or they asked me to substitute items that I had ordered online, but they don't have . On one such occasion for example I had ordered a fish sandwich combo, which was the promo at the time and they told me "we don't have any you need to contact Uber eats or grub hub and tell them to refund you "..... Uber eats ? Why? I was terribly confused because I ordered through the Jack in the Box app on my phone . Then , the only thing they would do was give me a child size burger at the same price - I was not amused at all .... and I was less amused that after contacting the customer service section they never replied. Today we went to get brunch. We decided not to use the App. We tried to go in and order, but the lobby was closed at 10:50 AM. We had no other option but the drive through. The car in front of us sat at the speaker for close to 10 min. We sat there at the speaker for 10 min and no person ever greeted or even said " be with you shortly " nothing . Dead silence . Do better Jack . I know my $20-25 dollar orders a few times a month aren't going to hurt your bottom line, but now that your prices are as high as they are , you might want to at least try a little harder to keep you customers' business. read more

We have had nothing but great service here, food is hot and freshly cooked, and the employees have been excellent to deal with. When the drive thru is closed, it is because they cannot get enough people to work there. Is that their fault? I think not. A little patience goes a long way, especially at any fast food place. I stopped in Chehalis for gas and saw the JITB was open on the 13th street exit. So I went into the Drive Thru. I sat for maybe 15 seconds till I was asked for my order. The guy was very polite. I was the only customer there as it was about 3:00 am in the morning. My burger was made fresh as were my fries so it took a few extra minutes. The store looked very clean and there was a girl and another guy inside working that I could see. we had the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger and the Chicken Sandwich with added cheese. Strawberry & Chocolate Ice Cream Shakes and fries. The meal was really good, they cut my burger in half as I asked them to so I could eat it while driving. All in all a very good early morning experience. I wish I had gotten the dude's name as he was very helpful. 5 Stars. This is now my go-to place for early AM meals while commuting between Onalaska and Seattle. read more

Thought I'd treat myself to breakfast using their app. I got to the restaurant and the doors were locked, I was supposed to pick up in store. Checked the other door, locked. Employee behind the counter looks at me then turns away. I check the sign on the door, says open 6:00 am to 10:00 pm - its 6:45. I don't see any signs or notices saying the dining room would be closed. Decided to go to the drive through - that was blocked off with cones. Ok, sucks I won't get my food, but I leave. 100% Will never order from here again. Saturday night 7/10/21 at 11:55pm I put in my mobile order. We rolled up to the line for the drive-thru and took our place in line to pick up our food. I kid you not we ended up waiting 45 minutes to get our food. Apparently there was only ONE EMPLOYEE working. I feel terrible for this guy and i really hope that night was the night he decided F this place and looks for another job. I don't blame the guy working I blame the location for allowing this to happen. So after 15 minutes we get to the ordering box and were told if we put in our mobile order before 12 we would get our food. Nice employees - restrooms were two stalls squeezed into the size of a single restroom space, but really what did you expect from a tiny Jack in the Box? A lot of people have reviewed them negatively because there is no space to change a baby - they are also not mandated by law to provide a baby changing station so that is a nonstarter. We stopped in here on our drive north from Portland to Seattle and found it to be as expected. I felt bad about using the restroom here without ordering anything so I went to order a soda on our way out. The high school students working here were super sweet and said not to worry about it. I know where I'll be stopping next time to grab a bite to eat. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This was the worst fast food experience we have had. When we were ordering they could not hear us because of the yelling in the back, there wasn't even any customers in the store. We waited for our food for over 20minutee. We watched our fries sitting in the cold on the counter for almost 15 minutes. The manager basically called us liars. THEN when we requested a full refund, the manager DID NOT give us the tax amount back, just the base price. I was going to call and speak with a manager. But after seeing all these negative reviews I doubt it would do any good. Last night I stopped to pick up two breakfast jacks and a large curly fry. Total came to $15.01! I know prices are going up but this is ridiculous. I hand the young girl $20.01 and she grabs the money dropping the penny to the ground. She then quickly said sorry and I told her don't worry about it. I grab another penny and see her opening a coin roll to give me 99 cents in change. I am trying to get her attention and she completely ignores me. ( window is half open) she turns around and tries to hand me $4.99 in change. Had a really busy day stopped in hoping to grab something quick. Waited in the drive through for at least 15 minutes. When we got our order it was wrong. My daughter cannot have mustard. I repeated her order twice she got her food and there was a big plop of mustard on her burger. My order was wrong as well and we did not get a receipt. So much for a quick dinner since I still had to go home and make her a new dinner at 8 o'clock at night. There have been very few times in my life when I've encountered a restaurant that has repeatedly messed up orders as consistently as this particular Jack in the Box has. They served me an undercooked burger that made me extremely sick. I called and left a detailed complaint. They gave me a half hearted apology and a free meal in exchange. That free meal they gave me, that burger was also UNDERCOOKED and I got sick again. When I complained, nothing was done. I quit going to the restaurant for a very long period of time. (About 2 years) I recently started going there again and guess what? Out of the past 8 times I've gone there, at least 5 of those times they gave me the completely wrong burger. I order the number 2 with no cheese, every time. Nothing too complicated. But they give me the number 1 instead. When I call and complain they say they'll give me a free burger, but hang up before getting my name or any information for me to actually collect on that offer. The fry's are almost always cold, and I mean, not even luke warm. They taste like they've been sitting in a fridge that's been kept on the low cooling temperature. I've received completely flat soda multiple times from them with my combo meals. Absolutely 0 carbonation in a Cola, or Dr Pepper. Overall, I would NOT recommend buying any food from this Jack in the Box. Though the people are relatively kind, the hassle and food is not worth it. read more

This location is so slow, no matter what time of day you go. The other day I was in the drive thru for 3 minutes before my car moved forward once. All told I was in the line for 16 minutes and then still had to pull my car around front because they forgot something. This Jack in Box is not recommended. They dont know what they are doing. Went thru drive thru....wanted to try their new chicken sandwich. After placing order and paying for it I was told to pull around front and they would vring my order in a couple of minutes. Those ciuple of minutes had turned into 25 minutes. Noticed they brought the customer behind me in drive thru several bags of food. My patience was gone after.25 minutes so went inside and asked for refund. They realized my food was given to customer behind me in drive thru. So this kid got his food plus mine without having to pay for the extra. He certainly hit the jackpot. I finally demanded my money back. They had not given me a receipt so tried to refund me less than I paid. To make it even more of an insult they gave him my receipt using my debit card.
