So far, this Jack in box has been pretty solid when it comes to service. They have treated me pretty good the last few times I've been there, pretty quick service overall and foods not terrible. Have to give them their kudos! read more

3 stars only because of the lack luster emo kid working the window. He took my cash, took out his phone and typed something into it, put the phone back into his pocket, then he finished getting my change. Also his tone was like he would rather be not working with the public. As a former hiring manager in the service industry...that guy wouldn't last past his initial interview. Slim pickin's these days for help I guess. 3 Stars only because My food is always tasty and cooked correctly here. I miss the guys and girls who was always super friendly here. Now they got squidward at the window. read more

Great service, but apparently they don't have control over the AC. SO HOT IN THERE!!!

Breakfast menu .... Blah Had French toast sticks in meal and platter breakfast.... $30.00 yikes. Craziness. Trying to figure out how ....12 for platter and 15 for stick meal. Should've went to Dennys across the street. Love the convenience but hate the price. The eggs sucked too. Pretty much done with the overpriced JITB . read more

Store claims to open at 6:00am but never actually opens on time. Update your schedule stop wasting peoples time and gas! It's not about the wait time it's about the travel and distance to get somewhere you think it's open, only to find the employees standing around inside! read more

Should be zero. They don't even try. Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger with half a strip of bacon. Garbage leftover fries. Ordered a coke but got some red drink I didn't get to try because the lid popped off and I ended up wearing it before I could try it. No receipt. No asking if I wanted anything else. Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else. $20 for a #7 meal and tiny tacos. read more

I'm not sure what is going on at this location. I'm sad that the last 5 times I've gone online ordering for pick up , they have either given us the wrong order -or when we get there, they say they don't see the order -or they asked me to substitute items that I had ordered online, but they don't have . On one such occasion for example I had ordered a fish sandwich combo, which was the promo at the time and they told me "we don't have any you need to contact Uber eats or grub hub and tell them to refund you "..... Uber eats ? Why? I was terribly confused because I ordered through the Jack in the Box app on my phone . Then , the only thing they would do was give me a child size burger at the same price - I was not amused at all .... and I was less amused that after contacting the customer service section they never replied. Today we went to get brunch. We decided not to use the App. We tried to go in and order, but the lobby was closed at 10:50 AM. We had no other option but the drive through. The car in front of us sat at the speaker for close to 10 min. We sat there at the speaker for 10 min and no person ever greeted or even said " be with you shortly " nothing . Dead silence . Do better Jack . I know my $20-25 dollar orders a few times a month aren't going to hurt your bottom line, but now that your prices are as high as they are , you might want to at least try a little harder to keep you customers' business. read more

We have had nothing but great service here, food is hot and freshly cooked, and the employees have been excellent to deal with. When the drive thru is closed, it is because they cannot get enough people to work there. Is that their fault? I think not. A little patience goes a long way, especially at any fast food place. Many are short staffed. read more

"Big family, big order, one worker. Great food, we're stuffed!" Didn't have to wait long for the food. Customer service was very nice. I appreciate the hustle because I know many cars were in line. read more

I stopped in Chehalis for gas and saw the JITB was open on the 13th street exit. So I went into the Drive Thru. I sat for maybe 15 seconds till I was asked for my order. The guy was very polite. I was the only customer there as it was about 3:00 am in the morning. My burger was made fresh as were my fries so it took a few extra minutes. The store looked very clean and there was a girl and another guy inside working that I could see. we had the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger and the Chicken Sandwich with added cheese. Strawberry & Chocolate Ice Cream Shakes and fries. The meal was really good, they cut my burger in half as I asked them to so I could eat it while driving. All in all a very good early morning experience. I wish I had gotten the dude's name as he was very helpful. 5 Stars. This is now my go-to place for early AM meals while commuting between Onalaska and Seattle. read more

100% Will never order from here again. Saturday night 7/10/21 at 11:55pm I put in my mobile order. We rolled up to the line for the drive-thru and took our place in line to pick up our food. I kid you not we ended up waiting 45 minutes to get our food. Apparently there was only ONE EMPLOYEE working. I feel terrible for this guy and i really hope that night was the night he decided F this place and looks for another job. I don't blame the guy working I blame the location for allowing this to happen. So after 15 minutes we get to the ordering box and were told if we put in our mobile order before 12 we would get our food. Had the employee TOLD US it was just him and it would be a long long wait we would have bounced. 20$ order was NOT worth 45 minutes of our time. Sad thing is we live a few miles from this location. Honestly GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR FOOD! Have had minor issues before with missing items or long long waits. This place is apparently TERRIBLY MANAGED. Dont waste your $$$. read more

Nice employees - restrooms were two stalls squeezed into the size of a single restroom space, but really what did you expect from a tiny Jack in the Box? A lot of people have reviewed them negatively because there is no space to change a baby - they are also not mandated by law to provide a baby changing station so that is a nonstarter. We stopped in here on our drive north from Portland to Seattle and found it to be as expected. I felt bad about using the restroom here without ordering anything so I went to order a soda on our way out. The high school students working here were super sweet and said not to worry about it. I know where I'll be stopping next time to grab a bite to eat. read more

Thought I'd treat myself to breakfast using their app. I got to the restaurant and the doors were locked, I was supposed to pick up in store. Checked the other door, locked. Employee behind the counter looks at me then turns away. I check the sign on the door, says open 6:00 am to 10:00 pm - its 6:45. I don't see any signs or notices saying the dining room would be closed. Decided to go to the drive through - that was blocked off with cones. Ok, sucks I won't get my food, but I leave. Here I am 3 days later talking on the phone with what sounds like a high school kid because they still charged my card $15 and I'm not sure I'm gonna get it back. read more

Horrible service, save your money and go somewhere else. They never get your order correct and it takes 20+ minutes to get through the drive thru to correct your order. Just go to McDonald's. read more

I'd give it no stars if I could, but then I can't speak my mind. Horrible service. Refused to serve us just because of the way we looked. Stood around on their phones while we waited for service. Obviously don't want to make money. They can just go out of business and another business that wants to serve its patrons will fill its place. read more

Came here for a 9am mix of all things ordered! We had good service at the drive thru. Quick service and the employees were nice. They apologized for the wait, but it wasn't needed! We ordered burgers, shakes, fries and breakfast. Wait was expected!! Love having a J-Box to stop and get grub at! read more

I was 4th car in line. I've been in line for 20min now. And I'm still the 2nd car in line. Slowest place ever.

The manager hung up the phone twice on me and didn't let me speak. when I confronted him, he stated "it's been a long day". Customer service is very basic and simple to do. He stated "there is a flood, we are closing up, we don't have boats and kayaks" as if his misery should be reflected onto other people. If he can't do something as simple as speak on the phone, he shouldn't be working if he isn't capable of taking simple orders. read more

Can't believe i didn't read the reviews before i came here. Literally sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Super super slow. And I'm still sitting here. I could've written a 4 paragraph review the amount of time i was here. Never again. read more

This place needs torn down. It's always terrible service and the employees clearly don't like their jobs. I always have a bad experience here. I try it every now and again because there's few food places near my work but at this point I'll be late back to work to go anywhere else but here. I'd give 0 stars if that was possible read more

This is the second time that I have came through this jack in the box and they got the same sandwich wrong which is absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This was the worst fast food experience we have had. When we were ordering they could not hear us because of the yelling in the back, there wasn't even any customers in the store. We waited for our food for over 20minutee. We watched our fries sitting in the cold on the counter for almost 15 minutes. The manager basically called us liars. THEN when we requested a full refund, the manager DID NOT give us the tax amount back, just the base price. As we were leaving.... the person cooking behind the grill wipes his forehead of sweat WITH his gloves on and proceeded to cook. Gross. read more

wow.. customer service was horrible, very rude and short with customers. theres a long wait to get your food, no matter what time. Employees act like they don't know what they're doing. I'm surprised this place is still up and running. food is disgusting by the way, worst fast food place I've ever had. read more

I was going to call and speak with a manager. But after seeing all these negative reviews I doubt it would do any good. Last night I stopped to pick up two breakfast jacks and a large curly fry. Total came to $15.01! I know prices are going up but this is ridiculous. I hand the young girl $20.01 and she grabs the money dropping the penny to the ground. She then quickly said sorry and I told her don't worry about it. I grab another penny and see her opening a coin roll to give me 99 cents in change. I am trying to get her attention and she completely ignores me. ( window is half open) she turns around and tries to hand me $4.99 in change. I tell her I gave her a penny Because I don't want coins back and with a dumb look she looks at the ground and said it dropped !??? Seriously? You dropped it when you grabbed the money !! Walk outside as I did as a teenager later and pick up the change you dropped. I did in HS when I worked fast food!! I ask for a manager and she said there wasn't one at this point I am so irritated and thinking wow , these kids are paid $15 an hour and no common sense. So I drive away and our food order is completely inaccurate! No wonder it was so expensive. This jack n the box needs some new management by these reviews and a manager present at all times. This isn't the first time I have had problems here. However it will be the last. Won't be back. read more

We love this location! Rodney is AWESOME! He is friendly, professional, and he makes us feel like valued customers! He insures that our food is fresh and hot and made exactly how we like it. Rodney represents the epitome of what a Customer Service Representative/Cashier should be in a fast food restaurant! read more

Had a really busy day stopped in hoping to grab something quick. Waited in the drive through for at least 15 minutes. When we got our order it was wrong. My daughter cannot have mustard. I repeated her order twice she got her food and there was a big plop of mustard on her burger. My order was wrong as well and we did not get a receipt. So much for a quick dinner since I still had to go home and make her a new dinner at 8 o'clock at night. We don't eat out often and we won't be going back since the few times we have gone there our order is wrong every time! read more

There have been very few times in my life when I've encountered a restaurant that has repeatedly messed up orders as consistently as this particular Jack in the Box has. They served me an undercooked burger that made me extremely sick. I called and left a detailed complaint. They gave me a half hearted apology and a free meal in exchange. That free meal they gave me, that burger was also UNDERCOOKED and I got sick again. When I complained, nothing was done. I quit going to the restaurant for a very long period of time. (About 2 years) I recently started going there again and guess what? Out of the past 8 times I've gone there, at least 5 of those times they gave me the completely wrong burger. I order the number 2 with no cheese, every time. Nothing too complicated. But they give me the number 1 instead. When I call and complain they say they'll give me a free burger, but hang up before getting my name or any information for me to actually collect on that offer. The fry's are almost always cold, and I mean, not even luke warm. They taste like they've been sitting in a fridge that's been kept on the low cooling temperature. I've received completely flat soda multiple times from them with my combo meals. Absolutely 0 carbonation in a Cola, or Dr Pepper. Overall, I would NOT recommend buying any food from this Jack in the Box. Though the people are relatively kind, the hassle and food is not worth it. read more

Worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot) Service is always slow no matter the time of day. Order is always wrong somehow. So disappointing. I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger. They put only 1 meat patty and added bacon. Not at all what I wanted. read more

Jack in the Box - No knife for chicken salad! - Burgers Near Me - Chehalis, Washington

This location is so slow, no matter what time of day you go. The other day I was in the drive thru for 3 minutes before my car moved forward once. All told I was in the line for 16 minutes and then still had to pull my car around front because they forgot something. The consistency is also bad, ordered 2 oreo milkshakes and they were given to me one with whipped cream, one without, neither had a cherry (mind you I made no alterations when ordering them).. this is just one instance at a location that seems to be like this all the time. read more

Went here late at night on my way back from PDX, craving their tacos. The tacos were good as usual, but with only two cars in front of me, it took 25 mins to get through the line. Maybe the people in front ordered one of everything, but the service was painfully slow. read more

This Jack in Box is not recommended. They dont know what they are doing. Went thru drive thru....wanted to try their new chicken sandwich. After placing order and paying for it I was told to pull around front and they would vring my order in a couple of minutes. Those ciuple of minutes had turned into 25 minutes. Noticed they brought the customer behind me in drive thru several bags of food. My patience was gone after.25 minutes so went inside and asked for refund. They realized my food was given to customer behind me in drive thru. So this kid got his food plus mine without having to pay for the extra. He certainly hit the jackpot. I finally demanded my money back. They had not given me a receipt so tried to refund me less than I paid. To make it even more of an insult they gave him my receipt using my debit card. Total frustration. I am a frequent customer but will never return. Went to Burger King a couple of miles away and told them whay happened. Bk gave me extra food at a discount. If you want good service you will.be disappointed at Jack in Box on Chehalis read more

The customer service was terrible. The cashier dropped the nuggets sauce on the floor. Then picked it up and put it on the tray as she handed it to me. She forgot to give us a drink cup until we reminded her. No forks in the lobby for the pie. The floor was extra slippery. Glad my pregnant daughter didn't slip. read more
