I'm not one to leave a bad review, and it surprises me with this location. We come in once a month every month and service and food is always amazing! But today, the customer service today was ehh and the cleanliness of the building was sad. Trays with garbage everywhere, and I know at fast food places you take your own trash, but it should still be clean for other customers. When we were ordering, the person taking our order just stared at us and didn't talk, only to ask for our name for the order. And didn't call our order name when it was done. Just set it on the counter. However, Arby's food always hits the spot, that is one thing that always satisfies me. I always leave super happy and full! Read a favorable review online about the Reuben Sandwich selection at Arby's. I did not know Arby's had a Reuben Sandwich on the menu. Since reading that review I have had a Reuben Sandwich on three different days to really see if there is a standard, or a difference on different days. Their is a slight difference in the very small potato cakes, but the Reuben Sandwich is very consistent in taste and presentation. My opinion, there should be more cornbeef, and certainly more sauerkraut, bread is a bit soft instead of crunchy. This was my first order at the Arby's in McMinnville. I even signed up and ordered online to receive the 25% coupon which still brought two hamburgers and 2 small fries and small cokes down to $20! They gave me a pickup time for 1:20, which I just happened to pull up to at the exact time and when I walked in, there was nothing ready. I waited and waited and waited. I had to waited until 1:37 for my food to be ready and that was also because the girl realized that she put the wrong item inside my bag. She looked like she was going to hand me the bag with the extra item in it because taking something out of it was against protocol or something. Next thing I know the bag was gone and I was waiting for another 4-5 minutes for her to return with it. By the time we got home, the fries were cold, because they'd been sitting there waiting the entire time I walked in the door and the burger was so dry! The sauce they put on the burger was on the wrapper, rather than being on the bun. I will not be returning there again... I'll take the time and make them at home! It was so bad. There was someone pressure washing outside so coming in the floor was so wet I slipped but didn't fall so did my son, then we ordered there was like 8 teens workingish mostly playing around singing gossiping ok whatever I get it they are kids. We got food order was missing things girl tried to argue with my husband that it was all there she checked 3rd time and was like o ok your right. We went to sit down every single table was nasty I went to car to get sanitizer to wipe it down with paper towel it was black! Couple ladies came in making comments about tables and 2 kids came to "wipe" down the tables they used a dry what looked like a paper towel and wiped the crumbs off table no actual disinfectant of any kind....... read more

After grocery shopping we stopped by for some food. The service was friendly and the restaurant was clean. However they were out of a lot of things.. No cheese sauce for the roast beef sandwichs and no chicken for the little sliders. It was sort of weird. I ordered the Pecan Chicken salad sandwich which I have had in the past and was delicious. This time it didn't taste the same at all. Tiny little pieces of apples, 2 grape pieces, some pecans, not sure about the celery but might have had a small amount in there somewhere. The bread was heavy and was a little dry. It was very disappointing. Since I didn't check it until I got home so couldn't tell what it looked like. Also the sandwich fixings were piled in the middle of the bread not spread out to the side-which I could accept but not the lack of ingredients. Arbys is what it is, however, many times over the past few years I have dropped by my local Arby's to find soda fountain over flows puddling on the floor, or sticky floors, sauce dispensers empty, and much of the tables too messy to eat from. This would all be understandable if the staff was busy, unfortunately they have time to sit on the counter and chat with their friends. I'm sure that due to the frequency of these conditions there must be a lapse in management during these times. Like the food, service is Ok, but stick to the drive through. read more

My beef with this company is there ability to do the right thing, I ordered a large fry through the drive through, I had to wait extra to get fresh fries. Got the fries and headed home. Once home I noticed I got a small size fry in a large size box, and they were cold. Ok maybe this is a one time thing so I felt I would deal with it. Today I went through the drive through and ordered a large fry, when I revived it I looked this time and again it's a small fry in a large box. I went into the store and complained, they made me new fries, said they were sorry and gave me a coupon for free food. Great, I grabbed the new fries and left figuring that there is no way they would do it again, but I was wrong. I got again a small fry in a large box. Maybe don't use such a big box for your fries if your not going to fill it. I'm not going back there, they lost another customer. read more
