Oh man!! We are adding this place to our rotation for sure. We came here to celebrate our four year anniversary and were not disappointed!! We got two pizzas and a Caesar salad. Service here was great. The lady who took our order was really nice and informative about all the beers they have on tap. If you're into beer this is a great place for you! Hubby was wanting some good pizza for dinner tonight, having almost all the pizzas in McMinnville, as we have been trying and ranking all local pizzas, we tried stickmen tonight. We did not try the brew at this brewing, I can't speak for the beer. First of all is the parking. We had no problem, the parking lot is small but the sign at the door did offer other parking options when the lot is full. Second, we walked in and all the tables were clean, and a menu on each table along with a QR code to download a menu. Sign clearly showed where to order. Clean, simple, love it! We ordered a starter, 2 pizzas, 3 drinks and a dessert. The gentleman behind the bar was so nice and offered to open a tab, I liked that option. We ordered the burrata for our starter. It was very good. We ordered the margharita pizza and the diavola (without Calabrian chilies). Both pizzas were very good. They are thin crust pizzas, which I prefer. The flavors of the pizzas were top notch! Specifically the diavola, the flavor in the pizza was unmatched to any local pizza I have had. However, the crust is lacking. First, it was over cooked by about 60-90 seconds. A thin crust goes to burned quick, and a burned crust is bitter and lingers on the palette. If they could pair their pizza with a more pillowy and salted crust, that was cooked right, it would be unmatched! I had a glass of Chardonnay, first glass was short, second glass was standard, same bartender. Ordered a Tito's and coke. Strange to get Tito's on the rocks and get your own coke. But nice to have the option for non beer drinkers. Overall, nice place and good service. The pizza was too good for that crust. They need better dough for that pizza. read more

Walked in to a new space and the woody smell was amazing. Ordered a Margarita Pizza. The wood fired crust left that crunchy taste you want. Their sauce was on point~not bitter. The cheese, that's where I was had! Needed more basil, but all things considered it was a home run. I will be back! read more

We discovered this on a weekday off and after we had lunch so about 12:30p on a Wednesday, we popped into this place. We thought we would have a drink so we went to the bar to order and picked up our drinks. I had to ask for a container to get my Coke as the bartender mistakenly thought I was going to put the Coke in with my vodka. Nope! I wanted both. We went to sit down and realized we were the only people in the whole place to ourselves. We sat there for about an hour and a half and no one else ever came in. The bartender sat at the bar on her phone the whole time. Went went up and got additional drinks and when we left we brought our glasses to the bar. I guess they have food there but didn't see a menu or any hint of any food. I might try it again but the one in Lake Oswego is so nice I was disappointed in this one. read more

Stopped in here for a light lunch and a beer after throwing discs in the city park in McMinnville...btw, the fall foliage was amazing! The girl behind the bar let me taste their dark beer, but Im not a fan of flavored stouts so I opted for the Red Ale instead...great choice! We ordered the charcuterie platter--wow, everything on it was delicious. Our favorites were the Gorgonzola cheese and the pickled onions! This was just the amount of lunch we were looking for! This place is great. The food (pizza) looked great. Christina was attentive with good knowledge of the beer. Friendly locals were also great and helped us with our choices for the next 4 days. This Caesar salad is hands down the best Caesar salad I have ever had. They are super generous with the chicken portions, the cheese is in large shreds, and the dressing is amazing!! I love that it is served with lemon, it adds such a nice tang to the meal. The combo here was one of the better pizzas I've tried from here. The crust is crunchy and cooked very well, and the balance of toppings was great!! If you love ceasar salads as much as I you have to try this one!!! read more

I'm a bit surprised by the negative reviews because my experience with the food, beer and service had been great. The pizzas are thin crust, wood-fired and the toppings are quality. They have lots of options and I've enjoyed the several that I've tried. It's nice to have a different pizza style than found elsewhere in town. The salads are large enough to share with the table and are also very good. I have also enjoyed the beers. I've tried several styles and the flagship IPA is my favorite. Crisp, clean IPA. This place has shaded outdoor seating and you order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. The only "issue" might be the small parking lot, but evenings and weekends you can park directly across the street. read more

I can't in good conscience leave a 5 star review for this place after we tried the pizza. Absolutely no flavor on two pizzas. And the kid who cut the pizzas either needs to see an optometrist or an exorcist, something wrong with you son. 48 bucks for two beers and two shitty pizzas. This was my first time here and it was a good experience. Beer selection was great and I liked that they also had other options for non beer drinkers. Great place to hang out with friends or watch the games on the big screen. Servers were fast and friendly. My only knock was that of the 5 pizzas we ordered the crust on every single one was blackened. On a couple it made it inedible. Tried this on a random Thursday night. Parking a challenge but sign directs to additional parking close by. Place was more than 2/3 full at 715 pm. Ordered at bar, per sign, got our drinks and sat in center of room. While finding a table, we noticed the tables were oddly spaced- way too close to comfortably walk between for average sized people. There was live music- a guy with a guitar. Nice effort but too loud for what it was- an electric beat machine with the guy play the same two chords over and over and over... Honestly awful to have to sit thru that while waiting for our two pizzas. After about 25 minutes we got our pizzas and neither of them were more than warm. Not much flavor, looked good but no wow factor, not even a pretty good factor. More of a no flavor factor and it's almost cold factor. Maybe an off night. Might try again. Beer was good, a pint is actually 16oz here, whereas some fraudsters sell a pint and it's only 12 oz. read more

opening months jitters? ...not sure. not an ideal location and good luck carrying a conversation on the roadside patio. we sat inside but noticed several people come from the patio to an inside table. they'll take your order and pour your beer but its pretty much self serve. friendly staff but stops there on positivity. beer, standard offerings with several seasonals on tap. nothing to note. standing at the bar for ordering you could smell the sour beer from the spillage. instant turn off. pricy pizza, sparse on toppings and red sauce lifeless. the dough is flat and offers ZERO character. head to Capo in town or MOD in Newberg. read more
