We really wanted falafel however it's no longer available. They use a pea protein instead. Minus a star here as I think the pea protein while tasty, really changes the dishes we had. I had a shawarma wrap, SCW a gyro and we also got an order of hummus which came with pita. The food itself was good. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The tomatoes stood out for me as better than usual. The pea protein was tasty but added a different flavor profile than I was really looking for. When you want falafel it just doesn't taste the same. The hummus was good as was the pita bread. The service was great. I enjoyed the meal but I would not seek it out again simply because of the pea protein option. After moving to McMinnville, we were missing our normal spot, and went looking for something comparable. We stumbled upon Ina's in town, and to our surprise, our favorite food cart from Sellwood had moved to Mac! Ina and Mickey are both fabulous with service and are quick, kind, and accurate with orders. Located in the Dave's Station food cart pod, there's outdoor seating available for nice days and indoor seating at the bar available if the weather isn't cooperating. To any Indian food lovers near Mac, Ina's is a must-try!
