Placed a to-go order for 4 adults for dinner Monday night. Only one item was correct. No Arby's sauce was provided, drinks were not filled properly (all Dr. Pepper Zero vs 3 DPZ/1 Diet Coke). Multiple fries orders were provided but not ordered (three extras) and roast beef sandwiches came as fish sandwiches. Pretty poor example of customer service. Even worse example of simply getting a customer's order correct. Apparently, no one was checking as they prepared the order and no one else checked the order. Went through the drive thru in the way to work because an Arby's sandwich sounded kind of good. Boy was that a mistake. The big problem I had was that they gave me the wrong order and I didn't find out until I got to work, but I should have checked before I drove away. The other problem was the woman who took my money and gave me my food. She was not happy about being there. She wasn't rude or anything, it was just obvious that she didn't want to be there. In addition to all that, there was a guy behind the counter (I could see him from the drive thru window) who's job apparently was to check his phone every 5 seconds and text someone. Even at 11:05 am they were out of 4 menu items. One of them of course being the new fish sticks you see on tv commercials all day long. That's just a classic old bait and switch false advertising. I am an Arby's fan, but this location is awful. My son had a baseball game and he was hungry afterwards. I wanted to get him a bite to eat, but nothing was really healthy on the way home. I decided to get him a turkey sandwich. This was the worst possible decision I could have ever made. Now mind you.. we were only waiting for a turkey sandwich. We waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for the car in front of us to get their food. Finally, I left the drive thru and went inside to get my sandwich. The cashier said they were waiting for the chicken to cook for the order in front of us. I know at other fast food eateries it is common practice to ask the car with the long ticket time to move forward so they can help other customers. Not here! I'm a restaurant manager, so I take giving an establishment a bad rating...very seriously! This was probably the worst service experience I've had in a very long time! I decided to order at the counter instead of going through the drive thru. I wasn't sure what I wanted and didn't want to slow service down. I can only imagine that service wouldn't have been much better if I had chosen to stay in my car! First thing I notice as soon as I walk in is an overflowing trash can. However, I give them the benefit that it's Sunday and I am arriving about an hour after what would have been a lunch rush...it took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge me at the register, even though at least 2 workers made eye contact with me. I look around and see about 4-5 people eating and someone waiting for their food. The guy who took my order was a mess...unkempt hair (which should have been covered in a hat), wrinkly clothes and a uninterested attitude. Transaction was unremarkable...except for the almost $30 price tag! As I went to fill my drink, my feet stuck to the floor in front of the drink dispenser. This is when I notice the floors were disgusting. Again, I'm greeted with another over flowing trash receptacle. I begin the wait for my food...the customer ahead of me gets their food...only to come back up to the counter to wait for someone to acknowledge him so he could get some dipping sauce. Then he has to come back up a second time, because his order is wrong...he waits for another length of time before he is acknowledged. The same guy who took my order cones around the corner, EATING something! Helps the guy, then disappears again. Mind you, I've only counted 2 other customers come through the drive thru...and there is easily 2-3 people in the back. There was definitely no interest in giving any type of customer service or cleaning the dining room! While the food was decent...I will never visit this location again! If I'm going to spend $30 at a fast casual restaurant...I expect it to be clean and to get at least decent customer service! read more

I keep hoping that the service at this location will be better, because I love Arby's...but was not surprisingly disappointed again. I went inside yesterday evening hoping to beat the slow drive-thru line. The girl taking my order acted like I was inconveniencing her. SUCH SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE. The employees were yelling at each other to hurry because the drive-thru orders were taking at least 10 minutes to complete. I waited in the dining room for 5 minutes to get my order and I was the only customer inside. Will never come back to this location...shame on me for believing it would be better. They should pull a bull-dozer over this restaurant and start over (it was filthy) and hire actual employees who care about customer service. read more

First time here so I can't compare other experiences. Because of the 1.5 star review this place has I was very skeptical of coming to eat here. I had very very low expectations. I didn't even read anybody else's review about this place because I knew it would make me decide not to eat here. So when I walked in I expected rude customer service and bland food. However I walked in and was greeted by the manager as he was cleaning the tables. He took my order, the roast turkey and Swiss sandwich, and it was done in about 5 minutes. It was delicious.
