We got great friendly customer service. We ordered a Smash-burger, fries, and a Wagyu cheesesteak to go. Hamm's absolutely did not disappoint. Their menu is small, but that's what makes it so good. The fries were seasoned really well--my only minor suggestion would be for them to be just a little crispier, but they were still great. The real standout for me was the Wagyu cheesesteak. It was absolutely incredible--the meat practically melted in my mouth, and the sauce tied everything together perfectly. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Ben. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain the menu and answer all of our questions. He also walked us through the wide variety of meats and sides they carry, which made the experience even better. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Really disappointed with how this was handled. We had Hamm's confirmed for my husband's groomsmen lunch on our wedding day at noon. Once the time was confirmed, we sent invitations to everyone with Hamm's as the location. After the invitations had already gone out, the owner called and told us they could no longer accommodate us at noon and that we would have to come at 11 instead. Unfortunately, 11 didn't work with our wedding-day schedule, so we ended up having to find a new location and then let all of our guests know that the plans had changed. I completely understand that things come up, but I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a business to honor a time they already confirmed, especially when it's for a wedding event. We specifically made sure everything was set before sending out invitations. We were really looking forward to having the lunch at Hamm's and supporting a local business, so this was frustrating and disappointing. I would definitely think twice about relying on a reservation here for an important event. read more

I got the Philly cheese steak bratwurst, it taste nothing like Philly to me but I enjoyed whatever flavor came through. It's not a strong powerful flavor just subtle but good. Their HUGE so that's always a plus. I've called a few times, no brisket queso ever, you just have to randomly catch it as they don't make it often. I had the spicy chicken salad, that was cool.
