We had been without for 3 days and needed this badly. The Indian tech was rude and stood her ground we had to wait 2 more days. We called the doctor to talk to them to advise them to fill it now. She sent us to the drop off window. This lady refused to help us. We had the doctor call them again to get it filled today. They still refused to fill it. The employees were standing around talking so they weren't busy. We asked several times if it had been called in and they said no yet the doctor confirmed he called it back in to the pharmacist and the pharmacist said they would fill it now. All 3 techs were rude and not wanting to talk to us about the prescription. We will transfer all our prescriptions elsewhere.
