A while back the floor Manager, Jesse give me a hard time cause I had a free coupon for one bottle of soda from Coca Cola. He acted like I printed the coupon myself. How could a gold embossed coupon from Coca Cola be fake. Coca Cola sent me 2 free coupons because I called the number on a Coca Cola soda machine when I lost my money and got no product back. I was only using one of my coupons that day and he acted suspicious about it. He took it to customer service like it was not legitimate. That was very rude and disrespectful of him when I was buying their groceries. They have no respect for customers and I know for a fact that some of their employees are not happy at all with management there. I have never seen any of the managers smile. Also their gasoline discounts are not so cheap and 7eleven or Walmart down the street can match them even after their penny discount and Kroger beats them. Avoiding Brookshire's from now on. We had been without for 3 days and needed this badly. The Indian tech was rude and stood her ground we had to wait 2 more days. We called the doctor to talk to them to advise them to fill it now. She sent us to the drop off window. This lady refused to help us. We had the doctor call them again to get it filled today. They still refused to fill it. The employees were standing around talking so they weren't busy. We asked several times if it had been called in and they said no yet the doctor confirmed he called it back in to the pharmacist and the pharmacist said they would fill it now. All 3 techs were rude and not wanting to talk to us about the prescription. We will transfer all our prescriptions elsewhere.

It was a new coupon and proceed to clip the coupon with sissiors. "He kept telling me "to have a blessed day. " with some serious attitude, I'm not sure why? He was frazzled when I handed him a coupon for 4$ off a 19 lb box of kitty litter. He left the register and said "it was only good on a 15-24 lb box." He went to look at my purchase located in my cart. My purchase was a 19 lb box. Clearly it met the coupons value. He again told me "to have a blessed day. ". I'm taking this attitude as a "screw you customer". I paid and was leaving and the customer behind me said "what about all these other items? " Austin only rang up 1/2 of my shopping cart items.
