This store had a huge parking lot and was easy to get in/out. The checkout line was super short so I was able to be in my way quickly. Cashier was very friendly. This is the worst treatment I have ever experienced as a customer. During my interaction with Valerie, she was extremely arrogant, hostile, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, she escalated her abusive behavior by directly insulting me in Spanish, calling me a "pendejo" to my face. Furthermore, I had a cart fully loaded with two hundred dollars worth of groceries, but I was unable to complete my purchase because Valerie, as the manager on duty, refused to assist me or address the situation. This level of disrespect, verbal abuse, and utter lack of professionalism from someone in a management position is completely unacceptable. Customers should never be insulted, demeaned, or treated with such hostility, especially when trying to check out. I expect management to take immediate action regarding this severe misconduct. I looked around and I saw the customer that walked in and a lady that locked the door in front of me waiting for him to finish so she can unlock the door. If you don't like 5 birds per cage OK, say so but you hurt your own cause when you write shrill, blatant lies. The only thing I did not like was that I lived east-southeast of one of their facilities and I would get wind of the place when the wind was switching from south to north. But not for long. I tend to be skeptical of PETA. They paint with a wide brush, fabricate, and it seems they have sent people in to create conditions they want to "expose".
