This store had a huge parking lot and was easy to get in/out. The checkout line was super short so I was able to be in my way quickly. Cashier was very friendly. This is the worst treatment I have ever experienced as a customer. During my interaction with Valerie, she was extremely arrogant, hostile, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, she escalated her abusive behavior by directly insulting me in Spanish, calling me a "pendejo" to my face. Furthermore, I had a cart fully loaded with two hundred dollars worth of groceries, but I was unable to complete my purchase because Valerie, as the manager on duty, refused to assist me or address the situation. This level of disrespect, verbal abuse, and utter lack of professionalism from someone in a management position is completely unacceptable. Customers should never be insulted, demeaned, or treated with such hostility, especially when trying to check out. I expect management to take immediate action regarding this severe misconduct.
