1) The male employee with the long hair spilling out of his hairnet and the questionable (unappetizing) hygiene/appearance glared at me like I stole his wallet as we sat in the drive-thru. Not sure what his deal was, but it seemed like he didn't want us there. 2) We ordered three medium combo meals, an individual sandwich, and another medium soft drink. The young woman with the braces (Angeli) that took our order handed us a bag with four sandwiches and one soft drink; to her credit, she gave us what she charged us for. Not wanting her to have to try to correct it, I asked if we can just place another order for the missing three fries and three drinks. She said, "No, you need to go back around." There was one car behind us. So I explained that she didn't enter my order right. She acted annoyed and asked what it was supposed to be. I told her and she spent a couple minutes correcting in the register and charged me the difference for the fries and drinks. She quickly handed me another bag with the three fries and only one of the missing soft drinks and started to close the window; we were still missing two drinks. I said, "Hold on. We're still missing a Dr. Pepper." She closed the window without a word and filled a small cup with Dr. Pepper. After handing me the small cup -- again, we ordered a total of four mediums -- she closed the window and walked away before I could ask for my last drink AGAIN. We were tired of fighting with her to do her job, so we drove home frustrated and missing a drink (and with a small after paying for a medium). 3) As I said, there was one car behind me in the drive-thru. The lobby was empty. There's no reason why she couldn't get this right. She seemed disinterested and annoyed despite me going above and beyond to be nice, as I didn't want to make her feel bad. The least she could've done -- besides actually giving me what I paid for -- was to apologize for the inconvenience. I hope she has a better day tomorrow. read more

Okay Drive Thru experience. Their Coke Zero doesn't taste like Coke Zero and the employee confirmed this as well saying, "I don't know why it doesn't taste right... Service was slow & my order was incorrect. Really cannot recommend based on previous great Arbys experiences at other stores. read more

10/19 I go to drive thru and the girl says "before you order just know we're out of roast beef" & "the crew before left her without, things were so messed up, etc." So I try again on 10/21. I get to the drive thru at 9:29pm, person in front of me seems to take forever since she's using coupons...ok no problem. I pull up to the speaker & the girl tells me to please wait a minute. I sat there for 10+ minutes & she finally speaks to me only to say "I'm sorry were closed". I say "you've got to be kidding & she had me waiting for 10 minutes to get zero service, not cool". Service was quick and I was in and out in only a couple of minutes. Worst experience ever at a fast food place. Bag ripped as they were handing the food out through the window, several sandwiches fell to the pavement (it was raining and water standing) the worker asked if we wanted them replaced, huh? Well of course we do, THAT pissed her off big time! We told her it wasn't her fault, the bag ripped, she refused to even acknowledge us. She threw one sandwich at us, we said more than one dropped. Husband got out of the truck to retrieve what fell (severely hurting his arm in the process) and handed her the 3 sandwiches from the pavement. She turned her back, would not speak, finally throwing a bag at us with the new sandwiches. Should have looked in the bag then but didn't. Got home and opened the bag, there were 3 sandwiches and three wrappers in the bag, wrappers were separate from the sandwiches and the sandwiches were so flat that I am pretty sure they were stepped on. To compound a horrible experience, I emailed customer service, no response whatsoever. Goodbye Arby's! read more

They do not answer their phone. The phones all went to busy after 5 rings and then hung up. They were all open for at least another hour, so I think they shut them off. I have allergies and was having a reaction to something. I thought it was the Arby's Gyro so I called 9 Arby's before I got one to answer their phone. I could have been dead if it was a reaction since I couldn't get in touch with anyone to ask how the food is made. It took me a whole 17 min before I got through to one that answered. 27 minutes to get through drive thru. Only 4 cars in front of us!!! When I asked if they were busy, she said they only had one cook. You would think the cook was slammed and everyone would be moving with purpose but there weren't any patrons in the lobby inside eating. Three employees sat there with their arms folded or leaning on the counter talking! They paid no attention to us. When I waited another 10 minutes at the window I motioned one over to the window and asked what was taking so long, and she actually had the audacity of asking me what I was waiting for?! Really!!!!! With the time it took to get our food you would expect hot food right out of the line, but instead everything was cold and soggy as if it was just sitting there. We got our bags and checked for our order and we were missing all of our fries. Asked for our fries and the guy threw some in the bag as if we were an inconvenience and asked if we would like sauce. I asked politely for Arby sauce and he put ONE sauce packet. One! For a family of four he put one sauce packet in the bag! They never apologized for the wait. With the length of time it took to get our food and the attitude of the entire staff, I couldn't in good conscience eat my food. If they didn't care about service, how would they care about proper sanitary food preparation and hygiene? We went to the corner and threw our food away. I will never go back there again! read more

Absolutely, without a doubt, the worst Arby's I've ever eaten at. I don't expect much from fast food joints but this place fails at everything. Rude service, crappy food prep, and lack of lighting(yes they have some lights turned off in this place), will DEFINITELY keep me from EVER coming back. If I could give them zero stars I would !! I got off work drov straight to Arby's and made it about 15 minutes before they closed. Before I could speak a single word The lady came over the speaker and said "were closed!" To which I responded "you close at midnight correct? ...its only 11:45!" She said "yes we do" so I said "well then...?" She responds with " well sorry we all just wanted to go home already so we closed down everything !" Her tone of voice was incredibly rude and they were very inconsiderate! If it's that big of an inconvenience to them to actually be expected to do their job, they need to find another one!!!! My husband and I went to this location at 10 pm on a Thursday. We pulled up to the drive thru and someone told us that they were closed. My husband asked why were they closed if their sign indicated that they were open for another two hours. They said that they were having an "issue". There were people being served on the inside but they were refusing to take orders through the drive thru. Never will go there ever again. read more

Seems like we all have the same issue. I do like Arby's and I visited this location because I had a coupon from the local HS soccer team. Buy a regular sandwich get one free. No exclusions or rules listed. I bought a regular meal and asked for the free sandwich. Nope! I must have gotten the same female employee listed below. She said I could not buy the meal I had to just buy the sandwiches. If I wanted a drink and fries I had to buy them separate. Odd since nothing like this was listed on the coupon but OK, just give me the 2 sandwiches and forget the sides. I think they hate money because they lost out on me spending more. The young man who was cashiering was very nice but the girl he called to assist him was downright rude. When I asked her why I couldn't buy the meal and get the sandwich for free she said in her best OITNB attitude, "Cause that's how it is" I sent a note in on the Arby's website to see if that was their policy and I got no response. So, I guess I will take my money to another restaurant. Which is too bad because I do like Arby's but until they can get their stuff straight I am not going back. read more

This Arby's is really good. Their Market Fresh Sandwiches are always fresh and put together well. Quality at Arby's can vary from location to location but this is a good one. Their fried cheese sticks are good too. I took off one star because I think the sandwich is a little pricey for fast food but it has a real deli taste. read more
