I visited Firehouse Subs for a quick, late night snack. Per usual, I had the New York Steamer. Overall it was good but I've had better tasting ones at other locations. It was a tad dry (needed more Italian dressing) and a bit more meat would have been nice. I have ordered delivery twice and the first time the order arrived on time and the second time it arrived before expected. The sandwich was delicious and well made. I didn't have the sandwich falling apart when unwrapping it. The ingredients were fresh as well. I truly recommend this location! Great food, great service. We ordered a couple sandwiches online for pickup and everything was made to our liking. The sandwiches tasted great and everything was still warm, but the pickles that came with them were god awful. The taste is hard to describe but I can tel you it didn't taste like it should. My first ever visit to any Firehouse Subs was to this location and it was a really good experience. I was excited to go back for my second visit and then I was extremely disappointed when it was the complete opposite of the first visit! It was my first time using the app & ordering on line. I arrived 10 minutes early and my food was already ready. Hhmmm ok so if I had been on time or late it would have been sitting getting soggy & mushy. I also clearly hit the button for side pickle and in the special instructions asked for an extra one and I got zero pickles. I attempted to call using the phone number at the top of the receipt which is a disconnected number. I had to use Maps, find the location and use the Maps call button to contact them. I was going to be nice, let the issue go and simply let the manager know the employees need to fully read the oder tickets and make the orders correctly. I was shocked when I was told the manager had gone home for the day! I then asked to the person in charge, was put on hold for about a minute then the same person came back and advised me the manager would be back in at 10am tomorrow and I could call then. How unprofessional! Now I see why this location has only a 3.5 rating and I will be taking my business to another location... all over a pickle. read more

Wow, great customer service and friendly employees. When you walk in you get what I like to call the "Cheers treatment". Every employee welcomes you! I haven't been to a Firehouse Sub for a couple of years so I was so excited that they opened one so close to where I do most of my grocery shopping. I ordered the meatball sub and it was great. Were they homemade meatballs slathered in homemade tomato sauce? No, but it was good for a chain restaurant. I would not have tried the sauces because I thought they would be to hot but, they suggested the right sauce to match my sub which kicked it up a notch without burning my mouth. 5 Stars because this place has never failed us. I have tried a handful of sandwich's from the list but I always come back to my favorite, The Engineer. Today I had The New York Steamer, fully involved (that means with all toppings). My daughters each had their favorite, The Italian. We love the food, staff is always super friendly, and we never wait more than 5 mins for our freshly made order. My girls enjoy making the cherry limeades too. They don't push the sauces you will see loaded on the counter top but if you'd like a little spice, try the habanero or chipotle on one of your sandwich halves. Placed an order with them thru Door Dash. Confirmed thru Door Dash for 22-26 minute delivery. After 45-50 minutes we follow up with Door Dash and the delivery driver is at Firehouse but said Firehouse had received order but not confirmed whatever that means. After another 10 minutes we get a text saying Firehouse refused to make the order and cancelled our transaction. Too many options in this area for this type of horrible customer service. read more

The service here was phenomenal. They were all friendly to every customer that walked through the door during the lunch rush. Its hard for some places to keep up the good service during rush hours, but firehouse subs had absolutly no problem meeting their standars of customer service. Not a single customer had put their trays away because there were workers constantly walking around and offering to put them up. The crew seemed to work very well together and got orders out quick and efficiently. Seeing the workers happy really set the mood for the entire restaurant. This is my favorite sub restaurant in town. Always friendly staff, always great food. I started going when Subway started being cheap and having terrible service and went here in hopes in would be better and they proved themselves in the first visit! I'd choose this establishment over any other and Wesley is the best. Always leave with a smile on our faces because of him and the cooks do a great job.
