Shake is ok.. would want more Nutella favor.. service is ok.. you order via the kiosk.. and that might cause some delay bc navigating the menu choices as a first timer is time consuming.. therefore the line was long and people did walk out... otherwise the service is quite fast.. do have to say the floor is very slippery... so just be careful!!! Overall enjoy my meal... and hopefully could come back and try other items

Now I understand why over 200 Steak N Shake locations have closed in the last seven years. Ordering…read moreat this location is via kiosk only; apparently, they can't be bothered to operate a cash register. It took 24 minutes to be served a single cheeseburger and fries, apparently to allow them time to grow cold first. The staff were spectacularly apathetic, as though they were staging a slowdown strike. It's not as though they were busy, either. I was one of six tables, two of whom had been served before I arrived. Service this slow and inefficient is truly remarkable. I will say the milkshake was tasty, and because of the well insulated cup, it had not melted by the time I was served my food. That was the only bright spot in this experience. It's a shame when a once very good restaurant chain falls on hard times, but Steak N Shake isn't the first, and surely won't be the last.

I went in thinking this would be marginally satisfactory. Good enough. I was shocked. this Taco Bell was strangely exceptional. The exterior is the newer, more modern building. Didnt go inside. We did the drive thru. The employee was patient and professional. The menu is set a bit away from the speaker and the font is tiny! So it is hard for us boomers to read. Had we not struggled to read the options we probably would have gotten more than just a bean burrito. That said, the bean burrito was the best one that I have had at Taco Bell...maybe ever. There was no part of it that was filled too much or too little. Had the cheese and onion nicely distributed with none of it being over powering. It was a Goldilocks type of burrito... just right. Yum. Thank you to whatever kid made that. Delicious. A star deduction for the tiny font on the menu board. Boomers eyes matter. Lol

There's plenty of seating inside. The staff seemed friendly enough. The food was ready pretty quickly. It's a normal chain restaurant taco bell so not much more to say.

Little known to me was that they are really light on the toppings, especially when it comes to protein. When I saw how much steak they put on my bowl, I asked for some Carne Asada and they were light with that as well. According to chipotle you're supposed to get 4 ounces of meat per bowl. There's no way I even got close to that on either scoop. To make matters worse, when I got to the cashier, it was a whopping $19.25.. I was told that they charge an additional $5.60 for double meat. I wish they would've told me that when I was at the front of the line as there was really nothing I could do at that point. Service to boot wasn't very friendly just skimpy. This will be the last time I come here. P.S. One minute after I posted this review, I got an automatic reply. I kind of wonder if anybody's really monitoring this besides a bot from chipotle
