I dont like taco bell. I dont go to these often. However, it was late. We were hungry but I didn't want meat. I didn't want fries... so I thought, lets try a bean burrito at Taco Bell. I went in thinking this would be marginally satisfactory. Good enough. I was shocked. this Taco Bell was strangely exceptional. The exterior is the newer, more modern building. Didnt go inside. We did the drive thru. The employee was patient and professional. The menu is set a bit away from the speaker and the font is tiny! So it is hard for us boomers to read. Had we not struggled to read the options we probably would have gotten more than just a bean burrito. That said, the bean burrito was the best one that I have had at Taco Bell...maybe ever. There was no part of it that was filled too much or too little. Had the cheese and onion nicely distributed with none of it being over powering. It was a Goldilocks type of burrito... just right. Yum. Thank you to whatever kid made that. Delicious. A star deduction for the tiny font on the menu board. Boomers eyes matter. Lol read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Mansfield, Ohio

I stopped here late on a Tuesday evening so not much else was open. There is a normal counter and two kiosks on the wall that faces the counter so it's a bit hard to see it at first. There's plenty of seating inside. The staff seemed friendly enough. The food was ready pretty quickly. I asked to substitute black beans for meat so my food was prepared correctly, but I took off a star as my crunch wraps were only half full of beans so kind of disappointing. It's a normal chain restaurant taco bell so not much more to say. read more

I like Taco Bell once in a long while. This time they were a handy roadfood stop. They were still serving breakfast, but there's something about scrambled eggs and burritos that just doesn't work for me. I had nachos- always messy, but good. Plenty of toppings. I also tried the "naked chicken chips." Not naked, they are breaded triangles of highly-processed chicken. But, hey, they taste good when you're hungry, and were actually useful for scooping up nacho meat and beans... They come with cheese sauce, which I think they should swap for honey mustard or bbq, or even salsa. Service was great- they weren't busy, so it was pretty much personalized. They gave me a free drink because I had to wait a few minutes for the chicken. Prices are low. The place was clean. I was in and out fast. I'd come back. May not be great for your belly or passengers, but they are nice for a fill-up. read more

It is a Taco Bell, arguably the lowest quality meat in the world. I am vegetarian and so I have been to Taco Bell in the past for their three or four veg options. This facility is nice with ample parking area. It is next to an adult store so beware parents with young kids who will ask you about what is in the next store. read more

Call me crazy, but I freaking love Taco Bell. It's my favorite fast food joint. While I've become more health conscious over the last few years and only get to Taco Bell maybe 3-4 times a year, I savor it every time I do. I visited this location in Mansfield on my way back home from Columbus. I was starved and craving some good food, so I figured why not stop by and partake in this guilty pleasure. One of the challenges of being a vegetarian going to a fast food place is finding food that you can eat. This certainly proves to be somewhat of a challenge at Taco Bell as I usually have to request that my food selection have refried beans as substitution for beef. Often times this can be hit or miss depending on the level of service at the different Taco Bells. Without a doubt, some of the best service I ever experienced at a Taco Bell was at this particular location. They took my order without a problem and true to the "fast-food" mantra, they delivered my food as ordered in less than 2 minutes flat. And yes, I timed it because I was that hungry. I also like that they kept all the different sauces in an accessible location by the drink station. I always find it annoying when they have the sauces behind the counter. It's cheap, it's tasty, clean and modernized on the inside and it's in a great location by I-71. About as good as it gets. read more

This is one of the best Taco Bell's we've stopped at. The food made well, hot, and delicious, and the staff was curteous too. We stopped here just after a big snow storm earlier in the day. The parking lot needed some attention, but it did not affect the quality of food or service. read more

this is my closest local taco bell. the owner is a greedy pig. $5 box should not cost 6 bucks. a crunchy taco is a buck fifty. the food used to be good. but the last two times I went the service was sooo slow. this was at 11 pm and one time was busy the other was only two cars. the time they was busy took 45 mins from the time I got in line until I got my food. I said something to the worker and he said no you haven't we have a timer. its only been 27 mins. well maybe 27 mins from speaker. but I looked at the clock when I pulled in. but the nerve to argue with me. and then the food was crap. smashed broken tacos. they need to fire the new night shift team. they are horrible. read more

Okay so the lady you have working the drive thru first off talks to customers like she thinks they are all slow... meanwhile 'cough cough' I had to tell her 5 times I didn't want a Pepsi and she kept trying to put it on my order anyway. Also when I ordered the NON spicy loaded tacos, she said "you want non spicy" "yes, the reg ones" she said "oops okay" then when I thought we were finally through this process as I was getting ready to pull away from screen the Pepsi popped up again and I had to stop and tell her 2 more times I didn't want a Pepsi. Then when I got my food. I still got the loaded tacos with jalapeños on them and on top of that they were soggy. The tortillas were literally like paint in my hand. So I know she was just too damn lazy to make new ones even tho I didn't want the fucking jalapeño. If I didn't come to this taco bell a lot and get good service almost every other time I would never come back to this place again. So you need to remove her from the window before you lose a bunch of customers. Absolutely ridiculous. Ide usually give it a 4 or 5 star but today it deserves a 0 stars read more

25+ minutes to receive an order that tasted burnt! The staff and manager had no interest in waiting customers. Ignored the long wait problem TOTALLY. Drive through backed up, customers waiting for 5+ minutes to place an order and walking out. When I asked the manager about informing us of what's going on and how long it was taking she said they are short staffed and my simple 2 item order that took 90 seconds to make (after I waited patiently for 20 minutes without a calm word) - all she offered was "The speed of my order depends on what was ordered before me". I calmly mentioned to put yourself in my and other customers shoes who were waiting. 25+ minutes with no updates, and she said "put yourself in my shoes" and Happy Holidays and Have a Nice Day with an "F**k You" tone. It was obvious there are problems, but no "free drink" or anything while you're waiting 25+ minutes for a fast food order? No updates, etc. etc. etc. May career is in managing logistics for custom time sensitive live-sensitive medical equipment. Simple management techniques of dealing with que surges at this newly renovated beautiful restaurant are not in place. Thursday eve, not a holiday weekend, hopefully a simple retraining staffing fix. read more
