the food i usually get is amazing, we ordered the food for takeout, when i got my food, it had tomatoes, onions, and lettuce in the sub. but it wasnt the workers fault when i realized that i didnt take the vegetables off from the personalization options. its not your guy's fault, we just forgot to take some stuff off of there. :) read more

I was having a rough day and went to get some quick food very late at night. Apparently the woman making my food could tell, because she gave me a couple free cookies and wished that things got better. Her act of kindness reminded me that there is still good in the world, and was as if God sent her to let me know things will be okay. I hope whoever she was, a huge raise or promotion comes by. My food has always been good here, but after that night, I can attest that the service is above and beyond as well. read more

I just left this location and I have to say that even though they were obviously busy, that the girl at the mic/who made our sandwiches was an absolute delight. We didn't even mind the wait because of her excellent customer service! Kudos to the young lady who was at the window/mic! read more

I always get subs from this exact location and now let me tell you how good they are. They always make my subs correctly and perfect and the people who work there are literally so nice. Sometimes they don't have my sub ready on time but i excuse it because they have made it on time so many other times that i don't mind waiting a few minutes for them to make it! Stopped here recently on a Saturday mid afternoon. No cars in the parking lot. The 2 male employees were very busy filling online orders, so we had to wait a while (with no walk in customers there except us). That's no problem, we all have to be patient. It became rude however, when after 15 minutes, the 2 employees - who were standing 1-2 feet from us did not say one word to us that whole time we waited. They looked directly at us during this lengthy wait. Finally one looked up and said he'd be with us "in a minute". Ok. So I went to use the bathroom and found zero toilet paper and no paper towels. I went out and said quietly "I thought you should know there's no toilet paper or paper towels in the ladies room. He just looked at me and said "ok..." And kept making a sub. Me: "And I need to use the restroom. " He looks right at me and shrugs. "You can use the men's room if you need to." And looked back down at his sandwich and ignored me. "No thank you!" I said. Granted, they were busy but to be standing right there for 15+ minutes with zero acknowledgement and then being told to use the men's room is insane. What in the world happened to good manners let alone customer service? Tell me you'll do it asap, or do you mind waiting just another minute? Anything but ignoring the customer and then rudely being told to use the men's room?! I will never stop here again. Good food? Maybe. But there are plenty of other choices. This was a difficult location to find from the main road. Once there, we had fast, friendly service we have grown accustomed to while driving across the country. We had the Italian sub and the meatball sandwich, both made efficiently. Clean restrooms and dining area. Skip the greasy options on this highway exit and don't fall asleep at the wheel! read more

If i could give this 0 stars I would. We went thru the drive through and it took them about 8 mins to even answer the speaker, kept telling us be right with us and ordered the food and they didn't even take the order down right kept saying "um what did you say again?" and we asked her to read back the order and after a min she didn't answer us we pulled around to the window! The person i assume is the manager she was rude as hell when we asked her to repeat the order because my husband is allergic to tomatoes and onions and they can't be on there and he wanted black olives and spinach. Then the manager who was talking to us said you should've stayed at the speaker in the drive-through so the girl can make sure your order was right but we sat there for 2 mins and nobody said anything to us about the order so we pulled around. Well that manager or who ever it was in charge of the window at 5:20pm on 7/31/2022 needs to have a attitude adjustment because while we were asking for her to repeat the order to make sure it was right and she said well the sub is already made and it has tomato and onion on it and angrily closed the window. We drove off because it was rude af and didn't want to eat food made by someone that angers at her JOB! Hard telling what she would of done to the food! I had the worst experience this week going through the drive through at subway on Hanley Road. I don't normally post bad reviews or complain about another company, but the experience I had, I honestly couldn't even believe it was real life. While I was trying to order the kids food (I had my own 2 kids, and then another little girl I babysit with me) Lukah was screaming for his binky that fell and Tahlon couldn't reach it so Lukah was crying. Finally got our food ordered and pulled up to the window and had my hand with my card ready out of my window just patiently waiting for the lady to take it and swipe it. Well she sits at the window and rolls her eyes at me and tells me to "move". So I apologized and moved my hand because I didn't realize the window pushed out instead of went in towards her. She rolled her eyes and slammed the window in my face. Well then she went to give me my drink and basically threw it at me, and I asked her if she was okay. Literally all I said was "are you okay?" And she went BERSERK! And I'm not even exaggerating. She started telling me I was a POS mom because I couldn't control my kids while I was ordering. And my kids were a POS because they didn't know how to shut up. And I shouldn't have kids if I can't control them better than that while ordering food. And was literally trying to come through the drive through window and my window to get to me like she was trying to hit me. Like legit the manager was holding and pulling her back. I seriously was just so shocked, and my kids were actually freaking out. They seen and heard it all. The manager told her to apologize and she was screaming in the background saying she won't apologize to my "fat ass pos". I seriously can't even believe it still happened. So I just started bawling of course because I was already having a bad day, and just drove off. I called the store to get the corporate office number to file a complaint, and she legit hung up on me 3 times. Finally got ahold of the manager at the end of the day and she basically said she can't do anything about it because she has no workers. So moral of the story, don't go to subway on Hanley road. Absolutely horrible service, especially if you have kids. read more

This looks like a relatively new location and the building actually looks nice, especially for a Subway. The sandwiches were good and the ingredients were fresh. The place was clean including the rest rooms. Service, though, was about as unfriendly as I've ever received. The "message" to me and every other customer who followed me was that the staff (there were 2 women working) just didn't want to be bothered with customers - it started with "what sandwich do you want?" and ended with the money and receipt put on the counter and the staff person walking away.
