I had absolute the worst fast food ever tonight from Arbys. The service was extremely slow. It took the young lady 10 minutes to take an order for one sandwich. to receive the order was another 20 minutes. I ordered a burger without onions. The burger came slathered with onions. The fries were so greasy they could not be eaten. Ordered a diet coke and got somthing totally different. It was early evening and there were few customers there and I can see why. They've gotten a bit better with actually giving you warm food, but I don't know what's with the staff. The doors say dine-in is open until 10 PM, drive-thru until 11. The doors were locked at 7:30 PM, forcing you to the drive-through for all orders, including mobile pick up. That means if you order via the app you're stuck waiting in the long drive-through line anyway. read more

Arbys motto is "We have the Meats" and thats exactly what I received when I ordered this Smokehouse Brisket. It was full of beef brisket, Gouda cheese, crispy onion rings, bbq sauce, and mayo on a toasted, bakery-style bun. I wish I didn't have to give this place a star at all. I ordered a sandwich and curly fries this evening and I got about 4 curly fries in the box. I came back later, through the drive thru, to explain what happened and the manager totally ignored me. I then called and the same manger answered the phone but would not speak to me-he talked over me the entire conversation and wouldn't listen to a word I had to say. They had closed a few minutes prior but that doesn't mean he couldn't acknowledge me and listen to what I had to say. He is the most arrogant, pompous, ass I have ever come across. I was a regular, and delivered Grubhub for them, but I will NEVER be back. Why would Arby's hire a manger with absolutely NO customer service skills whatsoever?!? I am so upset about the way I was treated, and just completely shocked that a manger would treat a customer this way!! How horrible!! read more

Service was off at Lafayette location on 287. The young woman working the window was rude and snarky. The manager had to intervene, he answered my question, said that the young woman was in training. I replied that was fine but kindness was needed and the snarky looks and staring wasn't okay. When I didn't immediately leave, he said I could go and started to shut the window. I said that I wanted my order. He raised his voice and restated what I said and gave me quite a look. I did respond, that I didn't receive my order. The young woman handed me the bag and shut the window. I called out that I didn't have my drink. She opened the window and gave me my drink, glaring at me. . Before I could ask for ketchup, she shut the window. I tried to get her attention and she would t look my way, so another employee had to come over and assist me, apologizing for their behavior. I told her I appreciated it. Whoever the trainee is needs a lot of customer service training, and whoever the manager was should have handled the order and modeled the appropriate customer service skills. Well, the food was good today....the service not so much so! The woman working the front counter around 1pm today was just very unpleasant! Not the face of Red Hat service that Arby's thrives for. My son dropped his sippy cup which then spilled all over and she didn't seem to notice or care, the gentleman behind me helped me clean the water off the floor and was friendly than the employee was! I asked for a water cup and she seemed to ignore me and I has to asked someone else, I don't..maybe she really didn't hear me but it didn't help after the water incident. And then I went to pump ketchup and it was clogged so I told the manager who was at the counter, and the aforementioned employee got defensive sounding when he said something to her. She went out and fixed the pump, but it was the attitude that was upsetting. read more

Oh my gosh the Arby's turn in is a mess. I got a flat pulling in. I went down the street to discount tire and 5 other people were there due to the Arby's turn in. I called Arby's and spoke with the manage who said " yeah it isn't really our problem because the city of Lafayette wouldn't let us build it the way we wanted" I let her know that wasn't really the issue. The way they had plowed it had caused the issue. I suggested she get someone to run over to Walmart and get some orange cones to just let the customers know not to turn there in the snow. She said they had no money to do that. I let her know that at least 5 customers had each spent 100s on new tires and they really should get some cones. She told me that she wouldn't do that so I called the Arby's corporate office where the customer service representative took my information so someone could call me next week. I asked her to just call the store in Lafayette and request they put some cones up. She said she couldn't do that either. So after all that helpfulness I went to Walmart and bought the 4 for 3.50 cones to prevent another 5 10 15 cars paying 100s of dollars for new tires. I went to Arby's today to get a salad. I went up to the drive through to order and I asked for the Crispy Chicken Salad. The drive through person said that they didn't have any salads, just shredded. I was disappointed, but I understood. So I ordered something different. When I drove to the window, I handed her my cc. She apologized again for not having salads. Then the manager came to the window and he was so professional and kind. He offered me a free side and drink of my choice. I thought that this was excellent customer service and I felt like it made up for not getting what I originally asked for. Kudos to this manager and branch here in Lafayette. I wish other food places had the same customer service as this one. Keep up the good work!! read more

Skip it! I've been here three times, each time they get my order wrong. Today I ordered a French dip and got two Brisket sandwiches. I worked at an Arby's before it is easy!! I will not visit this one again if they can't get right after 6 months, I will not spend another penny or tell anyone about the location because they have wasted my money and time! read more

I have never been to an Arby's! Not so sure I'll hurry back. The rye bread on my sandwich was soft and soggy. I dont really get the coke float. It's more half coke and half milkshake.
