The food is good and that they prepare individual pizzas makes it nice so you don't have to fight with your sibling on what to get on yours, I would ask that they put a little bit more of the toppings on your pizza, in other words, they could be loaded a little better. Frank and KT always remember my order, and it's rare in this day and age to find a place where you feel like they genuinely appreciate your business. Great MOD location! Folks were friendly and my pizza was tasty indeed. I came after a little run and they were pretty quiet. Loved my mini pizza, with red peppers and a bit of olives. I have had this problem for a long time. The driver comes into our gated subdivision through the wrong street. I have left instruction in both english and Spanish and it still happens, They use door dash, When the door dash driver could not get in he called me but I don't speak Spanish and he didn't speak English. The door dash service agent called me to tell me he couldn't get in but she didn't speak english either. If the driver can't read delivery instructions, then the Mod workers should read it for them. MODis on the hook to get this right. When I called the MOD store, the manager was rude, said nothing he could do and I have to cal MOD customer service, but of course they are closed. I used to get 2-3 orders per month but no anymore. Its too uncertain. Sometimes the order comes right away and hot, but mostly cold because the driver could not figure it out. This place is quick, affordable, and delicious! If I forget to pack my lunch for work, this is my go-to stop! I love the convenience and flavor. The mini is mini, but great for a lighter lunch. I think the original/MOD size is perfect for the average person. I like that there are classic pizzas to choose from or the option to completely freestyle. Phone number doesn't work. I sent this message on their Facebook page and no response. They had a way to contact me, as you can see on the recipe, however chose to make assumptions and change my order. "Hello, I placed a door dash order about an hour ago and my pizza just arrived. You assumed that because I asked for vegan cheese, that I wouldn't want the cauliflower crust because of the animal products it is made of. I understand that your intentions were good, however, the employee who made the decision to change my order without contacting me, needs training. I absolutely wanted the cauliflower crust and happen to love the way vegan cheese tastes, which is why I ordered my pizza the way I did. I just don't understand why you would feel it is ok to change my order, without contacting me thru the number provided by door dash. I am stuck at my house with 8 dogs that I am sitting and I am hungry but can't leave. I also can't afford to order a new door dash, and even tho it seems like a small amount, money is very tight for me right now. If the Gf crust that you replaced in my order was delicious, I probably would not have spent the extra time to write this, but the GF crust is TERRIBLE. Great to finally get a thin crust pizza I love and the chicken Caesar was delicious. We opted for the "Dillon James" pizza, adding garlic and olives. And, they don't charge extra for additional toppings- seriously- that is a great perk. Thought we try their house made lemonade (for me) and iced tea (for my husband). I didn't try the ice tea- but my husband finished his and then kept helping himself to mine. My wife and I love the fast food custom pizza model, and for years loved Pizza Rev. But Mod Pizza is a lot better IMO. The pizzas seem larger and just taste better. We've gone here a few times, mostly right before they close for the evening. And the team is always friendly and welcoming. Once, they lost my wife's pizza during a rush, and the team was extremely apologetic and accommodating, showering us with free pizza certificates (seriously), a gift certificate and free drinks. We've never had a negative issue with Pizza Rev, but Mod Pizza's better taste and value combined with their great customer service have converted us. AND as we were leaving someone was outside with their dog waiting for a friend. The manager came out and invited her to bring the dog into the outside dining area (via an outside gate) and they would bring out some chicken for the dog. I am so thankful for our experience here today. My daughter has two food allegies which i noted a few times in the app order. Right after i placed it, the store called me and confirmed that he checked all ingredients and confirmed none of her allergens and without me asking assured me theyd change gloves and use fresh/clean pizza cutters. I've never had a bad pizza at MOD. This time I tried the "Isaac" which has oil, garlic, ricotta, basil, whole grape tomatoes (these were kind of hard to eat but still tasted good) and a balsamic drizzle. I also had a no-name cake which is kind of like a ding dong (you can't go wrong!). I noticed in one of the prep methods they were using a small plastic cup to spread the oil on the dough then throwing away the cup. This prompted me to write the corporate office to suggest a more earth friendly way to spread oil. I received a personalized response from the manager, Carrie within 24 hours and she agreed with me and had already corrected the process to be less wasteful by using a spoon. For what it is, it's really good... and certainly the best type of fast-pizza in the area. I thought their topping choices were much better than Pizza Rev, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was not at all bad. They had two beers and two wines on tap, and more drink choices in the coolers. I was very happy that not only did they have a garlic base to add to the sauce, but also real, roasted garlic cloves as a topping. Solid. Probably my only wish was for something in the way of green chilis. The jalapeños and red pepper toppings didn't cut it. Crust... a tiny bit thin perhaps (also likely helps them cook it super-fast in this type of restaurant), but it decent amount of snap for how fast they cook it. Personally I think it could have used 2-3 more minutes in the oven, but they're trying to move a lot of people through. Maybe next time I'll just ask for a little extra oven time. All in all, MOD pizza is really pretty solid as a fast-pizza option. read more

The pizza didn't taste bad but that's because it had no taste at all. Completely flavorless. We tried adding the parmesan cheese, oregano, and hot pepper flakes to it but it didn't help. On the plus side it was fast and cheap. If you'd rather pay a little more and get good pizza, go across the street to Proto's. read more

We ordered curbside last week. When we drove up, we saw a pizza maker not wearing a mask and making pizzas in their open kitchen. This person proceeded to adjust their mask (on their chin) and continuing making pizzas without handwashing. We called back and cancelled our order.
