My new favorite pizza! They make the pizza right in front of you and the ingredients taste so fresh! My daughter loved watching them throw and spin the dough. The employees were friendly and were happy and having fun making the pizza. There is counter seating and multiple tables and TVs. It seemed to be mostly take out orders. They also have pizza by the slice. The pizza comes with spicy ranch which was so good! No beer, just soda and water. Pizzas are priced $1 per inch. We got a 14inch pizza for $14. read more

I really like these guys. Staff is consistently upbeat, patient and friendly. This location is always buzzing and staff handle the crowds like a champ. All the coworkers get along with one another and have a great time while they're working, which says a lot about the company. The place could be a little cleaner. I feel a lot of customers who sit at the tables don't clean up their own mess, but it would be nice if the staff could come around and wipe down some tables every now and then. It's been two years since my last review of Cosmo's Pizza. Hands down the best slice of pizza around. A slice is the size of an entire pizza. The price is beyond reasonable. What is BEYOND OUTSTANDING is the people that work there and the family vibe they have going on. I've been in & out of the hospital for the past two years and haven't been able to make it in. My husband surprised me & took me to Cosmo's today. Much to my delight, Nick greeted us as we came in the door. His grin as big as mine! He remembered me! Us! That touched my heart. Keenan ( forgive me for not knowing the spelling) brought our pizza to the table. I'm in a wheelchair so he brought it over so my husband could get up a little rest and enjoy his dinner. He said how glad he was to see us, too. It was no biggie. One of the slices was the wrong kind. Keenan went back and brought the right one which was monumentally huge. They both bent over backwards to take care of us. And most of all we felt like we're going home and we're with family. Clean location, fast service. Ordered for pick up and got exactly what I wanted! I had a custom half/half order, one side with white sauce another with red. My favorite toppings were sausage and the red onion. But everything was delicious and decent sized servings. Only critique is price and sauce. Wish there was more sauce and slightly thicker dough but that's my order be. I think it's a bit pricey, but worth for decent pizza. read more

My GF and I went to Cosmo's Pizza here in Lafayette ,as I bowl league at Cold Creek Lanes in same mall. I never had been here as bowling lanes didn't allow outside food. So came early and I have to tell you ... I was blown away. The slices are bigger than your head. We split a calzone and it was bigger than I expected. Breadsticks were delicious and good sized. i'm putting one star bc the food was good but the blonde boy in the backwards hat was so insufferable. We tipped 20% and received the worst service possible. I stood by the counter waiting to ask for a spicy ranch and he looked at me with his stupid smug face and said " do you need something ?" like obviously I'm fucking standing here. Then about 20 mins passed and we still hadn't gotten our breadsticks so I asked very politely. "hey do you know how much longer on those breadsticks?" and he responded by rolling his eyes and storming over to the oven where he found our burnt breadsticks because he wasn't doing his job and paying attention. Coming from the east coast, I was excited to read reviews of NY style pizza! I ordered the 16 inch cheese and a salad. The restaurant was clean and large and the staff nice. They had no bottled soda, which I found odd. I got a fountain drink but they didn't have too many. They forgot my Diet Coke as well on the order. The pizza honestly was not impressive. The cheese was very white and not fully cooked. Overall it had little flavor and no fun factor. The crust was light and not toasted. It seems like it was very rushed. Parts of the pizza lacked cheese. It was my first time, but I will be heading to Micis next door from now on. read more

Tastes vary, but I found the pizza dry, sparse and tasteless. If it was a cheap cici's like product I would say it was tolerable. However, Cosmo's is premium priced at $28 for a 14" pie. The crust was good. Thereafter, there was so little sauce it was barely red. By the way, sauce is cheap. There was a bare minimum of cheese and sausage and pepperoni pieces I could count if I wanted to. It was finished with a random limited sprinkling of veggies and olives. The results were a cold boring mess. I picked at two slices and then threw the rest away. Oh well, live and learn. read more

Most people that I know in Colorado have had Cosmo's pizza in Boulder at some point in their life. They maybe went in stoned or drunk and had a slice with some spicy ranch...what a great time. This location seems to be more a standard take out pizza place (though they still have the slices on throughout the week). I have had this location twice and once it was pretty mediocre and the other time (my more recent time) it was actually VERY good. I'm not sure if they have hired new pizza makers or if they have gotten a better groove or if during my first time they just messed up but the pizza was how I remember when I first had it. I was eager to try different pizza than the regular chains and several people recommended cosmos I ordered a supreme pizza large and when it was delivered I tipped well and when I looked in the box I was very disappointed the pizza had completely shifted and ingredients were all on one side of the box and there was marinara sauce on all one side of the box. I did call and speak to the manager and he did offer a free pizza coupon for the next time I ordered. I told him I didn't want a coupon for the next pizza I just wanted the delivery person to tell me about it and ask if I still wanted it. I love Cosmos Pizza! I live in Parker and I make the thirty mile trek to get there delicious pizza! Luckily some of my vendors and animal hospital is nearby! The staff is amazing and makes my experience even better! The Pizza selection is on point, many to choose from! I love the jalapeño, pepperoni, and cream cheese slices and their sausage, pepperoni, and meatball as well. Worth the drive if you like delicious pizza. They offer Calzones and salads as well. Pricing is very reasonable for what you get. Coming from NY, it's comparable to pizza joints back East! This is kind of a pain when it's a half and half and you're sharing it with another person. There were some slices that had both halves on it. Also, we ordered breadsticks and when we got there we're told that they didn't have any (annoying). Lastly, the Diet Coke 2 liter I bought there was a few days from expiring so I had to dump it. I must start this review by asking for forgiveness to the Yelp Gods for not taking any photos of my pizza. I'm writing this review for repentance. I was absolutely starving and didn't stop to think about photos until I was almost finished with my second slice. I ordered two slices. One was the Cosmos Classic and the other was a Maverick. The maverick was hands down the star of the show. The pizza overall was just average. The establishment itself had a college/HS vibe as there were lots of young humans in the restaurant. What a delight! Went out with the family tonight to celebrate my husbands birthday (an authentic New Yorker). Facility is clean, all the workers were properly masked, the young woman taking my order was pleasant and attentive. All the workers were working swiftly - I was particularly impressed with a young man who was going to town with a Clorox wipe on the counter after he finished boxing up a pizza there. Pizza was delicious. The sauce was slightly spicy and slightly sweet, a perfect combination and a nice departure from the overly sweet sauces that one seems to find often these days. The patio is on the south side of the building so it was nice and shady for our dinner. This is our new family favorite pizza place and we can't wait to go back. P.S. Order a 16 inch online Pepperoni on all the pizza and then sausage and olive to be on one side. Instead they gave us, sides of sausage and olives so it wasn't cooked on the pizza... its was very dry ( no sauce) barley any Pepperoni, sausage or black olives in the side cups. Not worth $30 dollars for sure. We only ate 3 slices out of the 16 inch.. I will definitely order Micci across the street for that price.
