Shopping Hamburg Pa location. purchased regular roast beef sandwiches along with roast beef cheddar. Roast beef was very red in color compared to its normal look. Approached the management team to show them and got " we changed suppliers" to " Maybe it's just a bad batch of meat" Are you kidding me !! what about all your customers you sold these to? I don't know the name of the guy in the drive thru at night, but he is the most friendliest, upbeat drive through person I've ever met . I had a long day after working 13 hours since I picked up a second job for the Christmas season and needed a bite to eat for my fiancé and I. From the beginning his voice was cheery and enthusiastic and answered with an enthusiastic "absolutely ". Then the person behind me was answered to with " alrighty that sounds delicious " this guy needs to be promoted or find a management job because he gives a 5 star customer service presentation . I told my fiancé this guy made my night by literally putting a smile on my face . Keep doing what you're doing ! read more

I'm not one to frequent fast food restaurants yet alone review them but this one was unlike fast food stereotypes and worth mentioning. The inside was extremely clean, including the ketchup and soda stations. The staff were very friendly and professional. Their appearances was above average. Our receipt said we were waited on by Juan who had the professionalism of someone in management vs being just a cashier. Our meals were made quickly and our orders were spot on. Only negatives were the beef and cheddar's were skimpy on the beef and the area around the outside dumpster was littered, but otherwise a very good and rare fast food experience. read more

Visited twice in a week. Question hygiene? Once the men's toilet was blocked, on each visit the tables were dirty and the person cleaning the tables wiped each one with the same cloth with no rinsing or disinfectant. Second visit there were no napkins. read more

With COVID- need to integrate fast food- first time at this Arby's had two nice filet of fish sandwiches. But second time - when I got the sandwiches home - the fryer oil must have come from an old Oldsmobile- both were black with nothing but dried fish inside of it. Un- edible. I love Arby"s. Always have. I even worked for them for a couple of years when I was younger. The last time I was to this particular store (this is one of them I worked at) I ordered a Beef & Cheddar with BACON. I received a sandwich with 2 slices of bacon and half of the expected beef. Left without ordering. As did others. Obviously under new management. We are locals and ate here often. Four people working and just struggling to fill a few orders. While we stood at register saw heavy gentleman keep pulling his pants up with his gloved hands. When we saw him start scratching his nose with his gloves, it was time to leave. Arby's is absolutely awesome. I went to college in Lancaster and this place was right off Route 222. We used to stop here all the time. I'm not sure how many times I've been here but it's gotta be 30+. When I go back to visit Lancaster, I usually stop here on the way in or the way back. It's always on my agenda. To be fair, this is definitely not the most efficient Arby's but they've definitely gotten better over the years. I also wonder sometimes how this place stays in business because they never seem to be packed. Maybe I just always hit them at an off time. When you go to Arby's, you have to get a few things -- the Beef N' Cheddar sandwich, the curly fries and anything with Arby's sauce. You have to go with the beef n' cheddar over a Big Montana because the Beef N' Cheddar comes on an onion roll vs a sesame seed bun. The onion roll is amazing, borderline life changing. Get it -- you will not be disappointed. The curly fries are amazing. They're seasoned and just taste great. I'm kind of surprised more fast food places don't go with this style fry but it's definitely something that sets Arby's apart. Then you have to use the Arby's sauce. I'm pretty sure it's some sort of BBQ-steak sauce combo. It doesn't matter, though, it's great. I know there are a few Arby's in NJ but they're everywhere in PA, especially Central PA. Whenever I visit Lancaster or am on Route 222, you better believe I'll be stopping here. They have a drive thru here, too. They also serve Pepsi products which is a plus. read more

This was my time ever going to Arby's and I was honesty impressed. The prices are exactly what one would expect from fast food and the wait time was very short. The food was great and I finished my French dip before my cousin could manage to unwrap his Philly angus sandwich. Their selection of sauces is unmatched at any other chain restaurant with the spicy 3 pepper sauce and horseradish-mayo standing out and complementing the curly fries perfectly. Most notable was the outstanding customer service which went beyond helpful and included the delivery of a free mint after we finished eating. Arby's in Kutztown represents my most pleasant fast food experience to date. read more
