The flavors of Arby's have always been flavorfully unique from other sandwich shops and fast food restaurants . . . . and definately in a good way. Arby's has been my go to treat sincce my college days (5 roast beef sandwiches for $5 back then) and i still look forward to going. It's great that the come out with innovative new offerings so often now (still waiting for Arby's to come out with a chili cheese dog) so when they announce steak nuggets . . . . I came running. Admittedly, the didn't look all that appealing, and 5 seemed a little stingy, but they definately didn't disappoint on flavor! Definately worth giving a try. If you're cracing something different you're at the right place.

I went through the drive thru at this Arby's in Jessup. I ordered a 6 piece nuggets with Buffalo sauce. I got to the window and a woman (who is the manager) took my money and askedme to wait by the door. I thanked her then drove up to the waiting area as requested. I waited, and waited. I'll give this detail ... I'm a white guy and I have a rainbow sticker on my rear bumper (you know, cause I'm a gay guy) I waited 15 minutes where this manager (black & female) asked me to wait. During thit time, 3 other vehicles, driven by black people, completed their transactions, in addition to 2 black male pedestrians entered and left the building, bags in hand. Irritated, I blasted my horn for 15 seconds. I mean, what should I do at this point.. go in and beg? I waited 10 more minutes. Other vehicles... driven by black drivers, came and went, as did other black pedestrian traffic. (I live in Jessup, MD... white people are minorities here... a fact that does not bother me in the slightest (if you're a single older black gay male looking an older white gay man hmu!)) At 25 minutes of waiting I blasted my horn again. I called rather restaurant, but no one bothered to pick up the phone. I shut my car off...(still parked in the designated area this manager told me to wait in) and I went into the restaurant. Admittedly, I was annoyed and surly. I had to summon my inner Karen and ask for the manager. The woman who "helped" me in the drive-thru said she was. I told her I had beeped and called and waited 25 minutes for 6 chicken nuggets. She immediately pointed at another black woman working in the back and said. .something. I noticed at this point, I was white person in the restaurant... both customer and employee accessed. I was pretty hot at this point... I mean I waited 25 minutes for 6 freaking nuggets. I told the manager she didn't care for my buisness because I am white, then I left and drove home. I couldn't determine if I didn't get served because of incompetence or racism, but I didn't get my 6 chicken nuggets. I want my money back, as Arby's in Jessup, MD, never served me, and as yet, they haven't offered any compensation for disregarding a regular customer...

I've patronized Arby's before so I was throughly shocked at my dining experience this time. They seemed short staffed as one person was working the register, another person the drive through whom was also switching back and forth between that and assisting with making orders. I think there were others but only heard voices. With that being said the place wasnt crowded nor was there an issue with the time frame of me receiving my order. My issue was the food was terrible. I ordered a three piece chicken tender meal with a small fries and drink. The chicken tenders tasted stale and old like it was left over from a previous day frozen then refried. How I know I've heated up frozen chicken tenders in a microwave and had the same issue lol. It was very chewy and tasteless even to pull it apart by hand gave resistance. The sauce couldn't assist with flavor. The fries even though small was broken pieces of curly fries like when you get towards the end of the bag and only have crumbs. Not a full curly fry was in the container. I was very unhappy with the quality of the food served here. Usually I take a picture of my food but it wasnt even worth it. I wont be returning.

Great experience and fast service through the drive thru! Hot cooked curly fries is delicious. Classic Arby's food at its best!

Not too sure if they're supposed to be burnt, but either way, they're inedible; Sweet potato fries.

Quite possibly the worst service I've ever encountered. Drive thru is laughable. Don't bother stopping here.

She loved it as did I per the other times I had in the past including the first time trying them in AZ in mid 2010's. I visited Cane's Columbia a couple of other times in the past two years. Always great chicken strips, fries, & Texas toast. I'm not a big coleslaw person, but I like theirs ok. I normally get half sweet/half unsweet tea, which is delicious freshly brewed. It's often busy, but staff is cordial, and pretty organized and efficient.

Today there was no line at all, only two people who happed to walk in with me. I just ordered the original cheesesteak combo. Came with fries and a regular sized drink. Came to 18:10 so a little pricy. There is no dine in options and no public restroom so be prepared to take your food to go. I only had to wait 10 min until my order was ready. When I got back to my office my meal was still hot. They definitely give you an ample amount of meat. The bread was soft and fresh but not soggy from too much grease. The meat was high quality shaved ribeye. It was delicious! The fries were average. I only ate about half of them. Next time I would probably just get the cheesesteak. Overall I think they are worth the hype.

After parking my car, I found the premises to be clean, well maintained, and pleasant. As I approached the building, I could see that the drive-thru was busy, but it seemed to be operating efficiently. Shortly after entering, I could also see that there were several customers here inside enjoying their meal. It was clean and well maintained inside as well. I was immediately greeted by one of the Chick-fil-A employees while I entered. As I approached the counter, I was once again greeted by a different Chick-fil-A employee who was working the register. His name was Douglas. While I was placing my order, I noticed something neat that he was wearing and I complimented him on it. We then engaged in a little small talk, and we had a pleasant conversation. So, I don't know how other folks feel, but from my experience I've noticed that most of the employees at every Chick-fil-A have a higher level of professionalism and friendliness than is typical at most other fast food restaurants. I have also found that they provide good old-fashioned face-to-face customer service, instead of just adding a bunch of stupid (impersonal) kiosks like several other fast-food establishments have recently done. These are just two of the reasons that Chick-fil-A will continue to be a successful business. Several other fast food establishments have just not mastered customer service the way that Chick-fil-A has, in my opinion. Employees like Douglas are one of the main reasons I keep coming back. He was awesome. Finally, I've always enjoyed the food at Chick-fil-A, and this location was no different. Not only is the chicken really delicious, but I'm also happy that Chick-fil-A is willing to let me have a bunch of sauces to go along with my meal without being annoying by charging me extra for them (like McDonald's typically does). I highly recommend this business because they provide excellent food in a pleasant environment while having professional and friendly employees. That's a well-earned five-star rating from my perspective.

It was just before midnight when I arrived at this Taco Bell (Columbia, Maryland). I knew the…read moredine-in option was not available due to how late it was, so I proceeded to the drive-thru. As I approached this Taco Bell, I found the premises to be well kept and the signage was well illuminated. There were no other cars in the drive thru when I arrived. I had a simple order: Three regular tacos and a large Starry. The order was ready fairly quick, with no complications. But now, here's my frustration: When I was a little boy, I was taught good manners, especially saying "please" and "thank you." Later, when I was a teenager, this knowledge was reinforced by my employers while I worked in the fast food industry. All my bosses would always say to "show your appreciation to the customers by thanking them for their business. This helps our business stay alive, and it means you'll have a job." It seems to me that a high percentage of kids in Generation Z missed out on this fundamental knowledge, and I experienced this here at this Taco Bell. It's a reflex for me though; when the cashier handed me my items I said "thank you" to her. In response, all I got was a blank stare. No "have a good night," no "come again," and certainly no "thank you for your business." In short, this Taco Bell location is well kept, and my meal was good. But this Taco Bell, just like a lot of other fast food businesses, need to train their employees to be polite and pleasant. It should be a natural thing for everyone, especially for anyone working in customer service.
