Been over a year since I last visited this location. What's changed? Well I don't think they could get worst, but sadly they proved it can happen. Simple drive thru order. 12 minutes later. Seriously they are so slow. Well I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich in their new $7.99 box. After going down the road and eating the potato cakes and mozzarella sticks I find that the sandwich is ham & cheese. How does that happen???? There's no way chicken remotely sounds like Ham. Then I find the peach cobbler wrap is another order of mozzarella sticks! When you're not paying attention to what the customer ordered then what's the point. So I won't be back to this location. Terrible service and not checking the orders. Nobody in the store either. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Been bad for several years now. Call and complain you say??? Nope doesn't change. Yesterday, my wife and I dined in at this Arby's and ordered a Chicken Cordon Bleu meal and a classic roast beef sandwich with lettuce and tomato added. A little bit later I saw that they had set a roast beef sandwich and fries on a platter on the counter. I asked if it was my order and the lady behind the counter said yes and I said "well I'm gonna go ahead and take this before the fries get cold." Well, the fries were already barely lukewarm, and my wife took a bite out of her classic roast beef sandwich and said it was stale. I confirmed that the bun was stale and that the meat wasn't even warm. By then, they had my Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich ready, and I took a bite out of it and it seemed fine. I offered it to my wife, and took her sandwich back to the counter and ask the same lady if they could make a new sandwich because this one was stale. What we firmly believe they did was use the same bun and just put new meat and maybe new lettuce and tomato on it because it still tasted stale. Rather than return to the counter again and ask for another fresh sandwich, my wife and I shared my Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich. But before we left, we did ask to speak to a manager, and the manager was adamant that the bun was fresh. Well, it definitely wasn't as fresh as the bun that was used for my Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich. We were not impressed with the manager's attitude and response, so we will not be returning to this location. read more

Was having a yucky night and decided to drive thru for a quick shake. Not only was the service fast and friendly but they surprised me and said it was on them tonight. Just for no reason, a kindness to make someone smile. I told them they made my night and she even gave me a fist bump lol check yes on all boxes. Positively one of the worst sandwich experiences of my life. Went through drive through. Was greeted very nicely, but then politely asked to wait. Wait was almost 8 minutes. Car behind me backed out of drive-thru and left After she came back on, she apologized for wait, was very nice, i ordered then pulled up. Girl at drive-thru was very nice. Apologized again for the wait, then gave me my sandwich. Fairly quickly. I ordered a fried turkey sandwich. I have included pictures in my review. Positively one of the worst sandwich experiences i have ever had at a fast food restaurant. No other word to describe. Disgusting. Cold, lettuce wilted and aged. No way it was kept at safe temperature. Mayo looks like it was thrown onto the bun from across the room and there was so much of it i had to scrape it off. Honestly i should not even have eaten it. After i removed the wilted lettuce and mayo i took one bite into a cold piece of turkey. I spit it out and threw the sandwich away. $8.99 reason to never ever go back to this Arby's. Sorry i know running restaurants is hard. Very hard. I try to be as understanding and forgiving of a not so great experience as i can. But the management needs to know that whoever was making sandwiches at 4:40pm on November 27th, needs some serious training and oversight! read more

We ordered two large crinkle fries, two chicken sandwiches, and two beef and cheddar sandwiches. The fries were stale and cold. The chicken sandwiches were good. I guess Arby's changed their roast beef from shredded to one slab of beef. I took a bite, and all the meat came out of the bun. The meat was fatty throughout. If Arby's has changed the way they make their roast beef sandwiches, I'll not eat there again. read more

Best fast food place for a French dip or classic roast beef sandwich. Loved their sign, kudos to who put up the sign. My husband and I seen it on our way out and absolutely had to turn around to get a picture. This here put the 5 star on this place. Everyone needs humor and a good chuckle. Went to Arby's tonight and it was Horrible!!! They have discontinued potato cakes and chicken cordon Bleu! So I ordered the chicken bacon swiss it was disgusting! Just came to drive thru as Hubby wanted an orange shake Arby's has. First, waited in line for about 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us (we were locked in). Second, guy who helped was not helpful when asked about shake (answered "yep"! So, had to clarify what that meant). Then, it took another (at least) 10 minutes to get to window to pay to get the shake. Only in town a couple days so won't be back! read more

I've been to this location several times. Like every other Arby's, they are really slow. They have always been pretty friendly at this location. And generally, they get our order right. However, our most recent visit left us feeling ripped off. Our sandwiches were lacking in the meat department. After complaining, they made things right. They also said that they would talk to their line cooks to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to. Because the food is usually good and they did fix this situation, I am giving them 4 stars. read more

Arby's Mgr refused to serve us at the drive thru. Our Sprinter van would not fit they the drive thru area, too tall. So we walked up to be served. Refused. And the laughable thing is that during lockdown, it was drive the us that were only open and I could served walking up at the drive thru. Don't visit this Arby's. I think I even saw rats. read more

Whether you are going to or from Zion National Park and need a place for a quick bite, make this Arby's in Hurricane UT your stop. This is the nicest fastfood joint I've ever stepped foot in. The quality of food was outstanding for fastfood standards. The mozzarella stick, for instance, was as good as the ones from places like TGIFriday's. Their lava cake made with ghirardelli chocolate is the best dessert you can order from any fastfood joint....and it's nowhere near fastfood quality. I ordered a beef and cheddar while my husband ordered a gyro. He said the gyro is even better than the ones we get from some Greek restaurants. Too bad there aren't too many Arby's in the Bay Area. The closest one to our place is about a 40 minute drive...yet my husband says he doesn't mind driving that far for Arby's gyro. Honestly though, I think it's just this particular franchise in Hurricane UT that exceeds expectation. So make sure to stop by when you're in the area. read more

So when I ordered my sandwich, I ate it and it wasn't bad. It was actually a pretty decent meal!!
