I was advised that is how a meatball sandwich is and that the meatballs would be cold due to me not wanting it toasted. The two male employees behind the counter kept telling me not to yell. I wasn't. I declined a replacement because they told me it would be made same way since not toasting. I asked for a refund and the regional or franchisees name. They said we don't know and can't provide information. They did provide a refund. Instead of making the sandwich "the right way". All what was said was "you need to stop yelling" my response was I am not yelling- if I was you would know. I am looking to speak with your manager - "he's right there"Josh". When originally walking in the place was in dis-array, not cleaned and makes me nervous no matter what going back. How can I be sure they are doing food handling correctly - there should be an inspection to see if up to code. Obviously, they aren't doing it correctly serving cold meatballs that were like ice. Our last time there we waited more than 15min before anyone visited us. The young gal didn't get either of our orders 100% correct. We couldn't bring it up because she disappeared for 10+min at a time so we just ate what we got! When we did get her her ability to retain the request from our table to the back-of-house (maybe 12-15') and back was abysmal! Once she even stopped to talk to a colleague and that was that. We never got that request fulfilled. We haven't been back for dinner since. Not sure I could get my wife to go. Anyway, the bottom line is, breakfast...most definitely, dinner...you might be rolling the dice. If you care less about service and just want some tasty dinner food, then you are probably okay. ;-)
