The two male employees behind the counter kept telling me not to yell. I wasn't. I declined a replacement because they told me it would be made same way since not toasting. I asked for a refund and the regional or franchisees name. They said we don't know and can't provide information. They did provide a refund. Instead of making the sandwich "the right way". When originally walking in the place was in dis-array, not cleaned and makes me nervous no matter what going back. How can I be sure they are doing food handling correctly - there should be an inspection to see if up to code. Obviously, they aren't doing it correctly serving cold meatballs that were like ice.
