They've been out of Diet Coke for about 6 weeks now in the drive-thru, and they're even out of Coke Zero now as of this week. They're constantly out of something, but this has gone on for weeks. The kicker is that you can get Diet Coke in the dining room, but not the drive-thru. What the heck is the issue? The NEW lobby is open BUT not without some hiccups. It's easy to order now but hard to find how to do the combos. That aggravating and easier to do through ordering at the register. The other problem being is holy crap, it takes an act of God to get ice. They have mo lobby ice machine! So you have to keep going to the counter and good luck getting anyone a attention for that. I try to be fair and give good reviews as much as the negative feedback. But the negative is more common only because you are expecting good quality and service when visiting a business. But after going through this drive thru, get home only to find missing items I paid for is inexcusable. Before you give a customer their products, it should be double checked to ensure you don't inconvenience them. Drive thru should be more scrutinized for that very reason. This location don't tape receipts to bags like they used to, ensuring what was ordered is in the bag. Not to mention I get an item not ordered that would've upset me anyway = A biscuit with 2 very small pieces of uncooked bacon. Had to cook it again, instead of taking it all way back to McD's just to delay our family meal. I paid more $ for what I got. Hope my next visit will be an improvement. Every time that I go into this restaurant the service is horrible and the wait time on my food is extreme. If you're in a hurry, this McDonald's is not for you. They need to change this place from a fast food restaurant to a slow food restaurant. The cleanliness is mediocre, and the workers taking your order do not seem very well trained. Often, the manager has to help them take your order or correct their mistakes. It's frustrating if you are wanting to just get your food and go. This location is honestly a hit or miss. The food is typically fine and I've only received an incorrect order a few times, but good luck if you want anything that requires a machine to make it because they ALWAYS seem to be broken.
