Called in my order 15 minutes before I went to the store... I got there and had to wait another 15 minutes for my sandwich to be made !! There were two people making the sandwiches one was super slow at putting the condiments on the sandwiches! But that's not the worst of it, It's fine if they wanna work slow, but what makes me very upset is the last few times we've gone they're making it look like garbage sub sandwiches. We paid $22 for the "Giant" and they were missing the bacon. They barely put anything on our sandwiches. It's absolutely ridiculous. Not sure why this location can't get it together! Dude taking the orders totally jacked up the grill lady making hot sandwiches. I ordered a #17 for my 86 yr aunt , never received it for 20 minutes. I had my cold sabdwich so we sat at table & waited. He had her making hot subs for the folks behind me. Total chaos. In addition his hair was too long not to he tied back around food. Just left Jersey Mikes at 1:30 on Sunday. We were greeted when we walked in the door/up to the counter. That being said, the men's bathroom was filthy. The counters where they make sandwiches were dirty. The tables were dirty. The carpet in front of the drink machine looked like it had not been vacuumed in a week or more. The lettuce looked like it had been sitting out way too long, it was brown. Very disappointing. read more

We just ordered two medium cheese steak sandwiches that were inedible. Smelled like they hadn't cleaned the grill all day. Worst sandwiches from this establishment ever. We frequent the cleveland location a lot. Tried calling back to let them know and they refused to answer the phone. They probably get a lot of complaints, odd for the area. Ooltewah is known for good restaurants. It's sad to have to feed $25 sandwiches to our dog. read more

Have eaten at the 153 location two or three times always found the subs to be tasty and fresh and well-made. Personnel have been pleasant. Will definitely go back to them rather than Jimmy John's. read more

I have visited this location several times but was disappointed during my last visit 12/13/2023. We order $40 in food/drinks and found out after we paid that the ice machine was not working. We informed what I believe was the MOD that the ice machine was not working and he told us that the drink machine was refrigerated. We attempted to drink room temperature sweet tea then Pepsi. Very disappointed by not being informed about this before we ordered and paid. Bad experience and won't go back. read more

Received a coupon mailer and decided to check out this location. I came during a busy time (and there's another restaurant in this shopping center) so parking was at full capacity and I had to park a little further from the restaurant. The store was very clean and the staff was great, friendly and efficient. I watched the person making the sandwich ahead of me and she doused it with oil and vinegar, I mean a lot. I had #7 Mike's way and added relish. I asked her to cut the amount of oil and vinegar in half. The sandwich was big and the flavor was decent. I had chips and a drink. As always, slower service, but amazingly delicious subs. I just recently started eating at Jersey Mike's and was so happy to discover their location here in Ooltewah - much closer than Hamilton place. Definately will be back. I do wish that they had a bit more of a homey vibe inside instead of the typical cliche, impersonal fast food joint, but this is nothing new. Jersey Mikes in Ooltewah is outstanding. Always dependable. I have used their catering servuce, call ahead drive through and just walking in. Always happy to see you, consistently great sandwiches very family atmosphere. I always try when I see our police or firefighters there too but their meals. These people who serve and protect us need Anonymous citizens to step up. Jersey Mukes is so smooth to help make this happen, no fanfare just the excellent service and food we've come to expect. Came into Jersey Mike's this afternoon craving a sub and not really expecting more than the average Subway experience. What I got instead actually made my day! As soon as I walked in the place the restaurant itself got my attention. Check the pics to see what I mean. Fast, friendly service as soon as I walked in I was greeted and assisted in ordering a chipotle cheese steak #43 on rosemary parmesan bread. This is my first Jersey Mike's experience and I wanted to try a Philly that my friends from the north always brag about. This thing was AWESOME!!!!!! It was cooked right there, they brought it out to me, and the very first bite made me smile. Thanks to Chris and Chris at Jersey Mike's in Ooltewah, you guys are great! Stopped in before going to aldi because it was across the road. The service was beyond what you would expect and the opposite of subway. For a fresh sliced sandwich I was in and out and signed up for the rewards with help from the cashier. Didn't realize until I left I stumbled upon the best sub in town. Tried the new Mike's Jersey Subs in Ooltewah over by Aldi's. I ordered a grilled veggie wrap. They had veggies and meat on the grill at the same time, not a biggie. However when they stirred my veggies with the same spatula they just chopped the meat with, without scraping or cleaning it...I declined my order and asked for my money back...yuck!! "We only have one spatula" I suggested they might want to look into getting another one. :/ She was very nice about it all though. :) read more

My experience here was awesome. I asked what the best sub was and the man taking my order said chipotle cheese steak. He was right on! Didn't mind at all leaving 10 percent. Went in with my husband on a Friday evening to see 2 employees working. There was a car in the drivethru and 3 customers ahead of us in line. The service was slow and although there were several customers one employee in particular thought it was okay to talk the entire time she was making sandwiches. She's helped us on prior occassions and she's quite a Chatty Chathy; it would be better if she focused on what needed to he done. We stood in line for a full 15 minutes before she asked for our order - mind you, the other clients were still waiting on their orders to be completed. One I gave her my order she promptly told us that they were out of white bread. That would've been nice to know prior to standing in line for 15 minutes! The sandwiches we watched her make were on white bread, so she could've at least announced this to all of us in line since she felt the need to talk so much. We promptly left and went next door to Dos Bros. Nobody wants an Italian Sub on wheat bread. read more

This is my favorite sub shop but I'm very disappointed! The only thing I ever get is a turkey on rosemary Parmesan bread. That bread makes the sandwich! The last two times I've been in after 5pm, they have been out of rosemary Parmesan and never mentioned If they could make more. They close at 9pm so you're telling me they are going to tell people they are out of that bread for the next 3 hours? Especially while running a promotion to get a 2nd giant sub for $5 after 5?! Every product should be available during operating hours, especially during a promo. Then I ask for Cesar dressing to dip my wrap in cause I'm already bummed by sandwich is a bust and they are out of that too! So no Cesar wraps the next 3 hours too. I would understand if I came in at 10min to close but not 3 hours before closing. I hope they can do better but I won't be back in the evenings so I can make sure to be able to have what I want. read more
