I DoorDashed Zaxby's (my first mistake) I ordered a big Zack snack And a order of fried pickles, along with a chicken sandwich for me and my partner. The food was good but the chicken fingers were incredibly small and there were 15 french fries even though I ordered extra fries. The only thing good about this visit was Shannon. She was super sweet, kind and understanding. They don't deserve her! Ordered a catering order online, chose to pick up in the drive thru, which was an option, also chose to pick up at 11:00. I got to the store at 10:57. Pulled to the window where I was told that I needed to come in. Okay...as the gentleman was relaying the managers message as she screams from another room which I and everyone else in line could hear. That there is a sign that says catering orders are to be picked up inside. VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! I cater for my work very often and this was my first and last time. The order wasn't ready until 11:18. The manager on duty made all kinds of excuses like I should have never been able to choose drive thru or 11:00 because they don't even open til 10:30. Ummm ma'am no matter how you twist it the issue isn't with me it's a company issue and now I'm late for my lunch. Also as shown in the picture the lettuce was brown. After several opportunities , I am giving up on this Zaxby's. Being that it is so close to my I have been there several times. Please remove the curbside delivery signs. Nobody answers the phone and you end up in the drive thru anyway. Food has seldom been by hot. If I am craving Zaxby's I will make the trip to any other location. I stopped by Zaxbys to get our usual zalads tonight. They were completely packed, and after I got home (no I didn't check it before I pulled out) I realized it was completely wrong. We went back and they replaced them with the right ones and gave us a few extra things. They were also completely professional, and handled it very well. I believe the managers name was Sarah. We go here frequently and never have an issue. I'm very pleased with their service, and food! We will continue to eat here in the future! Thanks guys. read more
