Do not go the curly fries had some type of moldy fish which is not even supposed to have fish fries! I got food poisoning!

The staff at the drive through were pleasant, but a little hard to hear. Tried to order the special THAT ARBY'S LITERALLY EMAILED ME TODAY... This franchise claimed it doesn't start until Tomorrow. Rechecked the promo email: patently false. Got roast beef instead, and as usual, it was not good. Dry as heck as though sitting under heat lamps for MANY hours. One of the better Arby's in the area. I wanted to try the Chicken Luau sandwich on a Kings Hawaiian roll. They let me try the special sauce they add on it and it was very good, so I decided to go for it. Yum!! The mint chocolate shake is still a darn good treat too. read more

Was sadly disappointed with the New York Ruben sandwich today. It was soggy and the meat didn't taste real! Typically this Arby's is always fast, convenient, and tasty over the 5 years I have been living here. However, recently I visited here and ordered just a regular Arby's roast beef sandwich and it was severely undercooked. Unfortunately it made me sick the next day. Overall, it's typically good but watch out. read more

All I can say is this restaurant never let you down. Delicious roast beef sandwich with that Arby's unique sauce. The potato cakes are my favorite. Wash that down with root beer and you're good to go. Logan and the rest of the staff are always professional and polite. There is never a long wait. This place is always fresh and clean. No dirty tables. The restrooms are clean and well stocked. Beats a hamburger any day. Located in front of walmart in grovetown. I enjoy stopping in after shopping. read more

I have waited over 40 mint for a few sandwiches. It's Sunday at 2 pm. What is the problem???

I have been thru this area twice now and while it's a pretty busy location outside of Augusta, the service was good and the food tasted like typical Arby's fare. I would suggest going here if you need some food quick while traveling in eastern Georgia. read more

Tea is good..sometimes. If the service got any slower, they might as well close the window and make it a full fledged eat-in restaurant.

For a fast food joint the food is always what I expect and reasonable quality. The customer service here is friendly enough and I haven't had them mess up on an order yet. This time I had the Meat mountain and it was very good. read more

Their customer service is top notch, for sure, although I'm going to stop trying to order a Jamocha from any Arby's at this point. It always ends up tasting like a mix between their flavors. Anyway back to Grovetown Arby's - they definitely exceeded my expectations when my order wasn't prepared correctly (or I ended up with a berry+jamocha shake... blech!). Today is the second time in a row that I've walked out while in line . The first time the manager was taking everyone's order and couldn't get the order right set an alarm for 10 minutes while she was trying to get someone's order right. Now this time I'm standing in line and the same manager is taking an order that was messed up she returned the money to the customer only after almost giving the money to the wrong customer then turn her back and started huffing and puffing and making remarks under her breath read more

Service was slow; only went there to try the new Beef Brisket sandwich. Firehouse's version is 10x better. Was very disappointed at Arby's offering. I'll revisit Arby's, but not for this particular menu item. read more

My daughter always gets a chocolate shake that tastes like some type of berries and the Arby's server attempts to make another one that still tastes like some type of berries. When I order the turkey club the bacon is always burnt and it never has any mayonnaise on it. Arby's on Washington Road is always on point. I wish they would move to Grovetown and take this terrible one away. It will be along time if I ever go to this one again.
