I ordered the new Hushpuppy battered Fish. It was just ok, very small pieces. You get three with the crinkle fries. This time my fries were pretty rock hard & the fish only comes with Tartar sauce. I can't have that due to allergies but a cocktail sauce option would have been nice. The food was Luke warm at best. Hopefully next time it is different story but I usually get the beef and cheddar sandwich. read more

DIRTY. Very dirty, yuck..., just check out my pictures of my table after I cleaned it myself. RUDE people working here as well. No matter how nice I was none of my "kindness" was returned, not that I need "kindness" returned by these jerk-off's but I found it hilarious and very weird at the same time. Went to the drive-thru tonight picked up two half pound roast beef sandwiches . When I got home the smell was less than Pleasant , the roast beef tasted like sodium like you're just eating pure salt , the cut of meat was horrendous . Either overcooked or just a bad cut of meat with areas that were tough and grisly , and then whatever this yellow fibrous looking stuff everywhere was it was inedible times two ended up throwing them out . $19 I am done with fast food in this town read more

When it comes to Roast Beef what comes to mind?? Well for me is Arby's!! For years I've never had a bad experience with any of these locations and this one is no exception. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would because for one of my fast food joints to be open 24/7 what more could I ask for. But like some places we all have a good day and bad day. But my most recent visit I was already having a bad day. After leaving a restaurant after poor service and the quality of food being horrible I can always count this location to provide me with the highest in quality food and the customer service that all locations could have. I get the feeling no matter what time it is these employees are there to serve you all with 150% of the customer satisfaction. The young man apologized for my poor visit I had prior to coming to Arbys an I just said "Thank you, but it's not your fault" but I ordered a 1/2 pound of Beef and Cheddar and a order of Jalapeno poppers they are so good topped off with an order of a MelloYellow hmmmmmm... so yummy! I'd recommend this location to anybody who's in the area. I also love the French dip as well as they'll sliders are amazing and the price is unbelievable. read more

My wife and I stopped in for a quick dinner yesterday since we had been very busy hanging Christmas lights and doing decoration hanging all day. We were beat...and too tired to cook dinner. She suggested ARBY'S in Fernley, so there we headed. Much to my surprise, the dining experience turned out pretty darn good! I really don't typically "look forward" to heading out to dinner at a fast food chain, but this ARBY'S kinda broke the mold, if you will. The first thing I noticed: I saw some guy wearing the ARBY'S uniform (later identified as either Jason or Justin) zipping around the place like he was on roller skates! He was delivering food to some folks at the table area, and he was very positive, professional and caring about his interaction with the customers. Always smiling, I noted. Very positive image for this food chain!! I waited for my turn to order food, and once having done so i was eating in no time...maybe 5 minutes from ordering to eating. Awesome! The interaction among the staff members was noticeably professional. They really seemed to work together, and mesh well. I decided on the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, with curly fries and Pepsi. My wife went with the Grilled Chicken Wrap type sandwich, mozzarella sticks and a vanilla shake. We had absolutely no complaints about the food....none. It was pretty good and what we expected, really. Fresh, hot and plenty. Both sandwiches were spicy! Awesome!! A little on the spendy side, I thought, at around 15 bucks or so but worth it. The facility was very clean, too. I was around 5 pm or so when I was there, several (4-6) people were there eating and the dining area tables, floor and counters were all very clean. Even the casino area that is beside this restaurant was noticeably clean (as I went through there to wash up at the restroom....which was very presentable too) and the fact that I was able to eat without having to smell smoke from a casino is great too!! Speaking of clean, while waiting to get ice and Pepsi at the soda machine I noticed that an employee was cleaning the soda dispenser with a brush and cleaning stuff. She saw that I was waiting to get a drink, and she "kindly reminded" the counter employee that she was cleaning the dispenser and that he needed to get my drink and ice from the dispenser they use in the prep/drive through area. That was appreciated, since Pepsi tastes pretty crappy with dish-washing liquid stuff mixed in. I think I'll try the Roast Beef next visit though. I hear they have Roast Beef there!! Lol.... I ate at Arby's today on the way to work and it was very good ! The customer service was awesome and the staff was very friendly. I got the fully loaded curly fries and they were to die for . Definitely recommend them !! The bacon was really good too. I also got to say that the 2 for 5 menu was very affordable and they offered a lot of good food on there as well. I'll have to say, I've never been impressed with Arbys' service. Both Reno and Fernley locations have poor quality assurance to say the least. Every single time I go though drive thru, like clockwork I check my bag and they've forgotten an item I've ordered. Every. Single. Time. I can only blame management for being so careless and neglectful when training the young kids running the place. Wish I could give a better review because I love Arby's food but my poor experience every single time makes it hard to not expect anything less any time I order. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU. Staff is friendly enough but they seem overwhelmed and rushed which is probably why they suck. This is a great Arby's. The service was extremely friendly. The food was good. We don't eat Arby's very often because they used to not be one of our choices. The food here is always freshly made! They have a nice menu selection for any budget from a value menu to normal combo meals. Their Reuben sandwich and fresh market sandwiches are great! Been to this location several times, each time they mess up our order. Ordered a sandwich, asked them to add cheese, asked twice and had them double check at the window if there was actually cheese on it (since this is a problem, every time) arrived home to eat and there was NO CHEESE! I like every Arby's I have eaten at and this one is no exception Good Food and Great Service.

We bought $60 worth of 2 for $6 beef and cheddar sandwiches with no cheddar because the regulars were normal price. No biggie. After we order an pay they bring the order out and guess what, no Arby's sauce...at ARBYS. Not happy, but things happen. Ok, just give me the cheese on the side then. Ok. 3 minutes later the manager comes out. "I'll give you cheese but it'll be $5(ish). We don't give out free cheese." (So they wouldn't give us cheese for our beef and CHEESE sandwiches). First, I wouldn't have ordered a dime if I knew you were out of Arby's sauce, as it's the only way to choke down your dry beef, but wouldn't give a refund, "it's already being made." Threw a "mini" fit and ended up giving us 3 little containers 1/4 full (one of them was thrown on the the ground from the back end and picked up and put on top of our sandwiches) for 15 SANDWICHES. Will never go back to this sh*thole and definitely would never recommend. Oh, and btw, this was MOTHERS DAY and this was the way they talked to MY MOTHER!! read more
