I had never heard of this food truck before, but I'm so glad I finally had the opportunity to try them. The pork and brisket were both unbelievably tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. You could truly taste the care put into the food. The baked beans and cole slaw were also absolutely delicious and complemented the barbecue perfectly. Everything I tried was enjoyable, and it's always exciting discovering a local spot that exceeds expectations. When we arrived there was no line and we ordered the double bacon cheeseburger, the cheese curds, and fries. Holy cow! What a great burger and even better cheese curds! I honestly think the cheese curds may have been the best I've ever had. Better than Culver's! The burger was great too with juicy patties and crispy bacon.
