The others had a Loaded Baked Potato, another Loaded with Grilled Chicken and extra Bacon, and then a twist - a Baked Sweet Potato with butter, brown sugar, bacon... it was amazing! This food truck is a big departure from the typical run-of-mill food truck. It's very clean inside and out, and the staff's incredibly competent and friendly.

Food trucks are suppose to be a convenient way for food. Especially with order ahead options. If I didn't have a 30 minute lunch and I had plenty of time to spare, then I would try this place again. My advice to the owner would be work on timing, especially if you park on a job site. Not everyone has 20 minutes to wait. The majority of your customers get a 30 minute window. I hope the best for you guys and I'll wait to hear some good things before trying again. The food was good. The the price of convenience being at a job site is already factored in because I could buy same meal for $12 in town instead of $16.
