Great food truck in the Carson City area. I got the full pastrami and was very satisfied. Yes, a bit pricey as others mention, but every sandwich shop is charging 12-18 bucks for a decent sandwich these days. Quick and friendly service! I wish they were open on weekends. I shared the photo of theirs weekly schedule. They are either at Smiths or Office Depot it seems. Of course at a food truck you aren't getting the best ambiance, but take it home or stop here on your lunch break from work. Great stuff! read more

This is a food truck, but ran like a restaurant. I stumbled across this place as the owner does a fantastic job planting advertisement signs out all around the area as if he's promoting a yard sale, so you just follow the arrows, and you can't miss his boxy big black restaurant running on four wheels. That being said he won't be in a food truck forever as the food is amazing and the prices are more than reasonable. He does a fantastic job with the sandwich creations and maintaining quality ingredients. I've found my new favorite sandwich spot and it's not even a brick and mortar. Honestly super impressed! First of all, I love the logo with the yeti and I have seen this Food Truck a couple of times while shopping. I never thought the sandwiches would be so delicious but they are it is not cheap. However I would say $$$ but that being said the quality is excellent. It is very simple and delicious. The meat is good. The bread is good. I got the corn beef and I've also tried the brisket. Both have been delicious if you're out and about, I would definitely give it a shot at least once so you can try it. There are not many places that make good sandwiches like this in the area much better than most of the sandwich stores. read more

My husband and I shared a Brisket Sandwich and a Turkey sandwich. Both were good - Turkey would have been so much better if there were lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on it. I would have given it a 5 star rating if they didn't surprise me at the last minute with a 4% additional fee for using a credit card. They're kind of pricey as is (especially for a food truck). Why not add an extra 50 cents or $1 to the price of your item and then offer a discount for cash payment? You would probably have a lot more happier customers than unhappy customers who are slapped with additional credit card fees. We'll probably go back but I will never forget their upcharge ploy. Most businesses include that fee as a cost of their product (I'm sure it's already reflected in their pricing). Just saying. read more
