I asked for no onions and tomatoes, and they put on onions and tomatoes on the sandwich. The bread was incorrect as well as being rock hard. When I went to take the sandwiches back to get them remade, he refused. I asked him to call the owner who also refused. I asked for a refund. He refused that as well and told me to call corporate to get my refund if I want one. It was a buy one get one foot-long and he said because the second sandwich was free. I couldn't get any extra items on there, even though the app clearly says that I can hit the button for extra lettuce and spinach. The customer service here is horrible. The restaurant is dirty. Sunny was my server and he was rude. I will never be back there again and I hope you don't either.
