Let's start by saying I am a big Arby's fan. We just stopped in at this Arby's (I have eaten here many times before) and we walked out before ordering. We were shocked by the manager working the cash register. He was extremely rude to all his employees when it was clear he had no idea how to work the register. After 10 minutes of waiting to order we walked out...disgusted by his behavior. There was no apology to his customers or his employees for his actions. The roast beef sandwich is surprisingly good and somewhat not that bad for you, at least in terms of fast food calories and nutrition. It's convenient when coming from I-680 and getting on I-80, just stay to the right and take the first exit. read more

I'm a sucker for a Reuben... I love the food. Haven't tried EVERYTHING on the menu, but I've ordered the mozzarella sticks and the onion rings and they were REEEAL GOOD! I am giving this 1 star to be nice. I went through the drive through tonight and while waiting for my food, after I had paid. My grandson and I watched one of the staff members filling the backside of the soda machine with ice. Problem to do it she had to stand on the service counter as it is to high. She did not come back and sanitize the counter when done. Needless to say this is the last time I will eat at this Arbys. read more

While we were there 3 people complained about cold food. My chicken sandwich was cold and when I complained I am pretty sure they just refried an old patty because they served it quick and it was extra greasy and tasted bad. The bacon was cremated and tasted like it had been sitting a long time. Worst Arby's experience I have ever had and I usually like this chain. read more

We were just here two days ago. Today's date is March 9, 2015. After a long day of training, we stopped by here for a late lunch. The sandwiches we ordered were not as sumptuous as the ones we had 2 days ago. Cheese was missing on #4. My hubby went back up to the counter and inquired about the missing cheese. The lady named Sukhi said we ordered #1 and #1 is Roast Beef sandwich with no cheese and no dressing at all - just roast beef slices in between 2 slices of bread. But we showed her the receipt and we paid for #4 Combo which cost more than Meal #1. Anyway, I said perhaps they could just give me the cheese and leave it at that. Sukhi won't budge. And no refund of the difference between the wrong sandwich given to us and #4 either. I told my husband to let it go. This is embarrassing enough for a couple of bucks. Just donate the difference to their business so they can hire the extra help they need in their store. Lol! They definitely need a janitor to clean their restaurant on a daily basis. The floor is dirty and doesn't look like it has seen a mop. I said this because the same remnant of food under the table from where we sitting two days ago is still there. I noticed the floor in the store overall has not been mopped. It is just plain dirty! Additionally, this time I took pictures of their decorations of artificial plants and flowers. It may not show on the pictures I took but they are actually out of season and so thick of dust! The restroom is even worst and simply nasty! For a few bucks they can hire someone to clean their place. But they are so stingy they won't adjust to the difference in our money and they won't hire someone to keep their place clean. We are 2 weeks from Spring and the Thanksgiving and Christmas decorations should have been taken down long time ago already. And most of all, wash those artificial plants and keep them clean. I don't think we're going back here again. I like to eat in a much decent and cleaner place to eat. This one did not meet the standards of cleanliness in a restaurant. As far as the money we paid for a sandwich we did not get but was served a wrong one, well, we just let them keep it. So between the cash we're supposed to get back and the dirty restaurant as it is, we lost our appetite and decided we will not come back here anymore. There are other places we can go to and at least enjoy a quick lunch! One star for them this time only because I cannot give a No star at all. read more

They have horible customer service in drive through but there sandwhiches are alright.....they need some improvement.

My kid and I were excited to see Arby's back in Cordelia. Been a couple times since they reopened and everything has been decent. It's fast food. Anyway, tonight they decided they wanted to try the new Coke floats... after all, they are soda and ice cream... can't really mess them up. But wait, Arby's did. 3 kids, 3 floats, all in the trash. The ice cream was more like slightly frozen whipped cream and was just nasty. Seriously, I could have bought a 2-liter of coke, a gallon of vanilla ice cream and had floats for days. Add that in with the drive thru employee that made it clear he would rather be anywhere else... and we're through with Arby's in Cordelia. read more

This Arby's has a problem with a tall, male, East Indian employee. On 4 separate trips to this restaurant this individual has mumbled, stumbled and behaved in a rude fashion via the drive thru window. Tonight at 756pm I enter the drive thru and a completely inaudible voice/distortion comes thru the speaker. I say what did you say and the voice comes back: GIVE ME YOUR ORDER, in a tone indicative of someone upset or angry. I yell back quit mumbling and leave as there are 14 choices to eat at around this area. I have had enough of this clown. The younger ladies and older ladies do a great job at this place but this clown means I will not frequent them any longer, I will simply catch the one on Hopper Avenue in Santa Rosa I am near frequently, I have been eating Arby's for 40+ years. I went to Arbys in Cordelia today with an order totaling over $35.00, and got my food fairly quickly. When I got all the way back to work in Fairfield, and handed out everyones order, I found out that I was missing a $5.00 sandwich.......It took 4 phone call attempts to get someone there to pick up the phone, and was offered to come back and pick up the sandwich. I asked if it would be possible to get one extra for my time, and gas, and was quickly told NO....you only get the one we forgot......I have to ask.....ARE YOU THAT CHEAP? Were they hoping I would not drive out there, so they could re-sell it? I wonder how many people fall for this? Is it a scam? The food there is good, but WAAAY over-priced.......($5.00 for sandwich with meat and bread only? really?)...moral to the story? It wouldve been a nice gesture to offer me SOMETHING for my troubles......geez, what a cheapskate! My return trip cost me about $6 in gas, but this was about principle. read more

We drove from Martinez, on our way to a concert in Sacramento and made sure we stopped by this restaurant. We love the roast beef sandwiches. we have always ordered them and paid the .50 cents for added cheese along with buying a few sides of cheese as well. (Also .50 cents) this time we had a new employee who added a slice of cheddar instead. No big deal right? Well, when we went back up to the counter, the manager came over. He not only chastised the kid in front of us for the mistake but then told us that it would be very expansive to add the other cheese. He offered us 2 sides of cheese and told us that there is twice as much cheese in the side than if they put it on the sandwich. (For less? Hhmmm... considering the side came in a container that had to cost more than just squirting on the meat) He gave us 2 containers of cheese which were worth $1. He then told us that the container has two squirts of cheese but had we ordered it on the sandwich it would have only given us one squirt of cheese. He asked if we wanted him to take the slices off our sandwiches. Not wanting them to take my food into the back where I couldn't see it, I said no I would do it. He reiterated as we walked away to "be sure and take the cheese off." He then waited a few minutes and walked by us slowly. I can only assume to make sure that we were taking the cheese off that we paid for but didn't want. What a moron. No wonder there was no one in this restaurant. Since when is two pumps of cheese in a plastic container with a lid cheaper than one pump of cheese on a sandwich? He was rude. The only reason I gave it two stars it's because I love Arbys so much. But the moral of the story must be; order your sandwiches without cheese and pay the 50 cents for the side in a container that according, to this manager, is enough for two sandwiches and save yourself some money. read more
