We like Arby's. Really glad they brought back the ham and Swiss sandwich. My only complaint is the amount of meat you get in the sandwich. It seems to have gone down from previous years. I understand the price of meat is high currently but, that doesn't justify raising the price AND using less meat in the sandwich. The help could be nicer. It's hit or miss if, you get someone who is nice and not dismissive. So, one less star. I do like their sandwiches and horsey sauce. read more

I haven't been to Arby's in 20 years. I'm out of town in Denison Texas and starving after an appointment went way long!! I took a chance and ordered the Ruben. It was fantastic! Thanks, Arby's!!! My food was delivered super fast which I took as a bad sign. Turns out it wasn't, it was just fast food done right. No indoor eating here, yet ,so I pulled into the parking lot. When I removed the sandwich from the wrapper it was piping hot. The corned beef tender,the bread perfectly toasted and crisp, not soggy. I think last time I had Arbys you could get roast beef, roast beef, or roast beef!!! The menu has evolved with a lot of interesting things including, gyros! Ill be back. Not to this one but... It's refreshing in this age of overpriced prepared food to get a value meal that actually tastes great. read more

Every wonder why Chick-fil-a has lines around the building all the time and Arby's does not? My last 3 visits, vist 1; ; Cold frys (discovered after I pulled away and down the road - to late!) visit 2; Cold fries again, checked before left window. Attendant "pull forward and around building, we will bring fresh ones". Never showed up. So, I went in and got them (now my sandwitches are cold.) visit 3; Last night (was loving their fish sandwitches), no Frys this time, 2 regular fish sandwitches. Evidently old fish re-dipped infryer,over cooked dry fish and buns were not fresh. Horrible! Need to change the sign to read " we don't value your time or money and we get your order right, half the time". It can't be that hard.... read more

Went in and ordered 2 combo meals both beef and cheddars one classic one double. They brought them to us. The classic was just plain roast beef. Had to remake the beef and cheddar took a bit longer than it should have. As we were about to go we decided to order a children's roast beef to take home. Same cashier rang up a beef and cheddar. When asked she said they do not have a children's roast beef sandwich. Even though it was a roast beef sandwich. The beef and cheddar cost more. I wonder if the employees at this location are just high or mentally handicapped, they consistently mess up on 1-2 item orders. These idiots don't check their orders and products, I have been given sour tea and undercooked food from this location a few times. This was a very racist experience for me! I walked in just getting off work and the floor was very slippery and wet so walking over to the counter the manager saw me there but instead of greeting me he told another worker the counter why his back was turned. So I told the worker that waited on me that the floor was very slippery he just said "ma'am I'm sorry ". So I got my drink and condiment and sat down waiting for my food. A Caucasian couple came in and ordered food to dine in the lady brought them their food I had to get mine. So about 10 minutes went past 20 minutes, and the lady went back up to the counter and asked for to go containers. I watched as she put her food away in the containers so after ten more minutes I decided I was ready to go so I walked up to the counter and ask for a to go container she said she couldn't give me one and handed me a brown paper bag and said she's not supposed to give it out, so I just excepted the bag packed my stuff, my food and left by the way my food was a large upsize came to $14 surely I could've gotten a to go container read more

Decided to stop in on our way back from IL - yikes talk about needing a remodel! That place is older than the hills. Fortunately the Health Department was there and employees cleaning it like crazy so hopefully the good was fresh. Corporate needs to Default the franchisee for not keeping this place up-to-date. read more

I've never seen such a dysfunctional staff in my life. The manager was no better, yelling at them the entire time I ate inside. He was very degrading to the female staff... someone needs to go back to training or better yet find another job. At least the staff wasn't putting up with his crap. Good lawd, I just heard the manager on duty tell a female employee that he was able to diffuse a situation because people would listen better to an "older man" than a "young woman". Arby's, you might want to add some EEO training to the manager curriculum. Also, I've never heard a team argue as much as these employees. Food was ok. Only eaten at this location once. Does need some updating for sure. I'm sure I'll be driving to McKinney next time.
