Nope, eat somewhere else. We were just driving by there on our way up to DC for a flight. If the service was any slower, we would've missed it. Seriously, there's zero sense of urgency from the staff there. Doesn't help that they looked woefully understaffed to deal with all the Sunday lunch rush orders. Took about half an hour to get our "fast" food. Took ten minutes just to order the food, since the cashier needed to work on orders before taking new ones. She was apologetic, but it's clearly a bigger issue of poor management. Order was wrong - was supposed to be a half pound roast beef but got someone's beef and cheddar instead. We were too over it - and too time-crunched - to ask for them to take another half hour to make it right. read more

Arby's is the only fast food restaurant we go to. We've gone to this one a handful of times with no issues. Twice the same employee refused a simple request that no one at any other store in Virginia has. They don't want our business. read more

I love Arbys. Since there isn't t one near me. On road trips I like to get some Arbys Beef with the Arbys sauce. They never disappoint. I can't comment on other menu items because I always get the roast beef. They do have a special of 2 beefs for $6 which is cheaper than the regular price so I got 6 sandwiches and 15 sauce packets. How would I know if the food is edible? Never got any! Sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes. Line never moved, no one asked for my order. It could have been so much worse! Those unlucky people ahead of me were stuck there waiting for lunch. read more

It's been about 25years since we've been to an Arby's and will probably be at least that long before we try one again. We had the brisket and the cheesesteak. They were ok but nothing to write home about. The service was very good and quick. The curly fries made the meal. Also for a quick lunch $18.90 is too expensive for fast food. read more

The one in Warrenton was my favorite, but ever since it closed this one is the next best thing. The new onion rings are awesome along with most everything else on their menu. They've lowered some prices to compete with other fast food restaurants, so that's an appealing factor too. read more

Disappointed is an understatement by far. We went with ordering from the app thinking it was easier. That was yet another misleads from the truth. The app would not allow for a pickup time to be picked so it was set and that was all there was to it. Was told by the assistant manager as well as the cashier they make the orders as soon as they come in. The cashier was rude and unprofessional nor was she properly dressed as she was not in uniform and, customer service skill was terrible. There was no need for her rudeness I didn't choose her job for her SHE did. The cashier then proceeded to go back into the office and speak with the manager and assistant manager. The assistant manager had quite poor customer service skills surprising to me that he was management. The store manager made no attempt to come out of the office even though she was standing up the entire time that they were conversating. The curly fries that were supposed to be hot were ice cold for that matter they should have just put them in the fry container straight from the freezer. The mozzarella sticks were cold as well. This is a big disappointment especially when Arby's use to be one of the more desired take-out restaurants to eat at. They really need to teach a comprehensive course on customer service and teach their employees better. Clearly this is not a case of a customer being right. More of it is what it is and it was what it was pretty sad. read more

Was treated very rudely by manager when asking for my money back for two chicken sandwiches that did not have a chicken filet on them. I was not rude and understand that mistakes are made. Didn't want a replacement because the other food we got was terrible! He became argumentative. He even accused us of taking the chicken off just so we could get our money back. Wow 5 whole dollars! And apparently we took too long to return it....didnt know I couldn't come to get a refund in person a few hours later with the sandwiches after calling and calling the restaurant with no answer. I dont live right around the corner. You would think a "manager" would be more professional and use this mess-up to lead his employees in the right direction. Ludacris..... read more

Worst experience EVER in an Arby's! The poor level of customer service was appalling. The young lady who took our order was totally untrained, ambivalent to serving us, acted like she could have cared less if she was there or not. She didn't know how to run the register, use the ordering system and when we paid cash, she couldn't make change because they had no $1 bills....hello 4 quarters! The food was extremely slow getting out and then was cold but she did nothing to help the staff in the back get the food to the waiting customers in the lobby. When it did finally come out and I told the manager who was obviously working the drive-thru only that their customer service was bad and pointed out that the girl was not helpful, his reply was 'she's doing the best that she can' and 'no yelling' even though I did not raise my voice and she was not doing "The best she could". If that wasn't bad enough, when I brought the sandwich back to them because it was not what I ordered and it was cold, the manager kept making snide remarks, overly and loudly thanking other patrons for being patient. How unprofessional! When the new sandwich came back, the manager literally tossed it across the counter and said nothing. I have eaten in this Arby's and others before, with different crew and never been given such horrible customer service. This is obviously the product of a poorly trained employee and a poorly run restaurant. I know help is short these days and good help is hard to find but this was just unacceptable. The food here is good and the store was renovated about a year ago and looks nice Unfortunately since that time its cleanliness is definitely not at the top of their list. Just about anytime you go in here now the place is filthy no tables are cleaned and the floor is a wreck. Its never busy, which is I'm guessing due to their ongoing cleanliness issues. read more

This place is disgusting. I used their bathroom first and I should have run out of that place because they were nasty. But I was hungry and decided to eat there as well. BIG MISTAKE. Not only were the bathrooms nasty the entire place was. Whoever the manager was needs to be fired because they're doing a terrible job. Lazy employees standing around with trash bags overflowing everywhere even behind their counter. Praying I don't end up with food poisoning but if I do I'll know who to blame. Not very clean. Tables are filthy . Floors sticky and need to be swept. Lots of workers standing around.

I hate fast food places due to poor service attitude and marginal food. Have not been to this location in years what a great surprise. Cordial happy people. Changed my order to best value not just pushed buttons. Gave me chips to try since new for summer. Came to table and others to see if all ok. Not just a person but more than one. All fresh. The food here is barely passable. The staff is very unprofessional including the owner in the back walking around in plain clothes yelling at employees in front of customers. The parking lot and inside floors were dirty. There is black mold growing on the wall under the drink machine. I ordered a BLT sandwich today with no tomato along with fries and a drink. Went here on a Saturday night around 6 p.m. The lady at the cash register was an older lady and was friendly and fast at taking the orders of everyone that was coming in. However this was the only good thing about this restaurant. The young girl who was supposed to be helping the lady on the register by filling the orders and giving them to the customers decided to just walk away when it got slightly busy. So the register lady had to take the orders and fill the orders and give them to the customers. However the cooks were not putting out any food. Even the drive thru line was going no where. Did they have to go kill a cow? That's what customers were wondering since nothing was being made and no explanation was given to the waiting customers. After 20 minutes of waiting for 2 roast beef, cheddar and bacon sandwiches with 1 small fry we finally got our order. Disappointed to say the least! There was hardly any roast beef and only two small half strips of bacon with an over abundance of cheese. Plus everything was stone cold! Nasty! We will never go back here. Management needs to hire people who will actually do there job and actually cares about what the customers get for their money. And if managers can't do their job either then corporate should hire new managers. As it stands now this place would be better off if it closed its doors for good. We definitely would not miss it. Just got the drive thru--no problems. It was all quick and painless. Food was hot and good with no issues.

So glad we (re)discovered Arby's when we got coupons for Ruebens. We were not disappointed--they are great! I still don't like their roast beef but there are other choices. The chicken Cordon-Bleu is my new favorite. I highly recommend it. The onion rings are wonderful as are the jalapeno poppers, which I thought I wouldn't like! My husband buys us carry-out so he has met the owners and staff and he says they are friendly and efficient. read more
