I haven't been to Arby's in years. I thought I would give them another try. I was ordering for the family of 6 so it was a big order. The guy taking the order was courteous. The order came out pretty quick. Got to the window and the girl reviewed my order with me again. She gave me my bag of food and I asked her if she got all the sandwiches, which we reviewed together a few minutes ago. She says "yes". 2 brisket sandwiches, 2 Reuben sandwiches, 2 original and 3 chicken sliders and one order of curly fries. Not a difficult order. Got home missing 2 sandwiches! I live 15 minutes away and was not going to drive back. Called the store to get a refund went to voice mail. Waiting to see what happens. Disappointed! Won't be going back. read more

If you modify your order in any way, add or subtract anything on your sandwich, I would recommend that you pull over and check your food before you drive away. Not even one star. Apparently they're having a shortage of sauce... since I didn't want to be "that person" and someone else didn't have at least a few with their order... the manager angrily put sauce in my bag saying she "didn't have time for this"....seriously... it's just sauce. Saturday afternoon when we did the drive through, we witnessed a customer waiting outside the store trying to get his order right. A staff came out but was obviously arguing with the dissatisfied customer. Apparently the staff didn't want to be diplomatic so the angry customer threw his food on the door and walked off. The staff wasn't backing down. That was unfortunate that the staff couldn't try to please the customer to fix the problem. C'mon! Just apologize and make another order. It doesn't cost the corporate much but a happier customer! So after the angry customer left, a few staff came out to clean the smeared glass door. Then we pulled forward and made our order. The staff didn't repeat our order...so by the time we got to the cashier window, our order was incorrect. We made the correction so now our total was higher than we were told. It's a simple fix they could have done. Make sure you repeat what the customer ordered. Food was good though, or I'll give 1 star only. read more

We're so hungry after groceries time so we stopped by and had a drive through in Arby's. I had Crunchy Chicken Sandwich and my man is Curly Fries (he's on diet)..lol. I must say, I like the bread, it's really good, the chicken is also delicious and suits with the veggie in it, one thing I'm so sad is the mayo they put, it's too light for me, they were suppose to have it more. It'll be even more good. I like the curly fries, it's not oily and too dry as well, it's crunchy and they make it fresh but it's not enough for me while we have it large size! Honestly, didn't think I'd ever step my feet inside an Arby's (never been a fan of their roast beef sandwich) but when there are "limited time" promotion toys with the kids meal and your kid goes bananas for it, things change... To my surprise, Arby's has added many fish and chicken options to their menu, and didn't look much like the Arby's I remember (from 10+ years ago) other than their logo. On this particular trip, most of the customers seemed to be parents (for some reason, they were all dads) like myself whom were dragged in there by their children for that "kids meal" as we all looked a little confused and shared that moment of silence starring at the menu in front of the cashier area. :) read more

The food was just okay. There's another location I go to more frequently and I feel like compared to that one both the service and the freshness of the food fell short of my expectations. I know it's just Arby's and I wasn't expecting anything amazing, but at the very least I expected fresh food, especially their curly fries. I may or may not return to this location again. Outstanding facility, great service and some damn good roast beef! Have visited three times now all at night between 7pm and 9pm. Service is outstanding, food is always hot and fresh and the vibe is just so comfortable. I always use a coupon at this facility because of the increase in marketing for the renovation, but still end up experiencing different items in addition to the classic sandwiches. All are delicious. Our food came out quick and was hot and delicious. 4 stars because one of kids meals sandwiches was wrong and took awhile to change out AND there was no iced tea and very little ice at 2 PM well after the lunch rush. Yup. I'm in a FFGS - Fast Food Grub Soot! Had just finished a hike at CRP - Craig Regional Park, and decided I wanted to grub. Was going to hit Mickey D's, but decided to try something different...and across the parking lot was ARBY'S! I do have to mention that I was actually in line at MD's and noticed that ARBY'S didn't have anyone in line... So, after a little vacillating, I remembered the commercial and thought...lunchtime...fuggit!! Ordered the Traditional Gyro and as I was driving around to pay for it - I realized there was a deal for TWO GYROS for $6.00 - so I got a Turkey Gyro as well. The Traditional tasted...traditional. But the Turkey was...really good! Not salty. Breast meat was moist. I would recommend it. I'm not sure if it's served w some sauce - like Tzatziki - cause there was none in the bag. Where do I even begin to express the disappointment I was forced to endure with my visit to Arby's today?? Around 10:30am, anxiously awaiting lunchtime, a strong urge comes over me for an Arby's brisket sandwich. I've seen the commercials, advertising this colossal tower of smoked brisket packed goodness, and now I'm hooked. Only one thing will satisfy this hunger and I know what I must do. The catch, Arby's is about 20 minutes each way from my office. After rewinding the commercial numerous times to visually enjoy what my stomach anxiously awaits, I make the trek. With windows down, music up, and an overwhelming sense of joy I arrive at Arby's to pick up the long-awaited sustenance I crave. The drive back to my office was the longest 20 minutes of my life, with the smell of this masterpiece filling my car, stomach growling, I can't wait to dive in head first and get dirty. Upon returning to the office, after my almost 1-hour roundtrip, I settled in to my desk and anticipated the beefy goodness contained within my to go bag. To my dismay, I unwrapped a pathetic, squashed and emaciated brisket sandwich, containing exactly 1 sliver of meat. "Where the hell is the meat" I scream in horror, causing co-workers to take shelter from the savagery I am about to unleash on this hyped-up burger bun containing nothing but false promises. As if this wasn't bad enough, I reached into the bag, grabbed a red packet of what I presumed was Arby's Sauce, and proceeded to slather it all over this mediocre sandwich. Upon my first bite, face curled in grimace, i noticed something terribly wrong. I had mistakenly grabbed a packet of this god-awful Pepper Sauce, disguised in a red packet, which I had obviously mistaken for the deliciousness of the original Arby's Sauce. If already contending with the underperforming sandwich wasn't bad enough, I am now faced with a critical decision. 1) Do I try to scrape this concoction of chemicals called red pepper sauce off the long awaited sandwich? 2) Fire the no longer edible offender in the trash can? 3) Do I fight my way through this nightmare of a sandwich, choking down each bite, wishing I could reverse time and not apply the sauce that was manufactured with the intent of ruining sandwiches. Option 2 was the obvious choice as I quickly launched the sandwich against the dumpster wall as if trying to throw my best fast ball. Hope the rats enjoy it, because I sure as hell didn't. Take aways: Arbys, you might want to change your slogan from "We have the meats" to " There is a possibility you might receive meat". Red Pepper sauce, feel free to use if you want to destroy the sandwich you intended to eat. Don't ever let a sandwich take control of your thoughts and emotions. Do your homework first before committing to something that only ends in disappointment. You lost a major fan and promoter today Arby's, shame on you. read more

Arby's...the home to some of my greatest childhood memories. Home to the roast beef sandwich (or whatever you call that questionable slippery mystery meat they try to pass as roast beef). Home to the curly fry which, in a fry competition, could hold its own against any fry out there. I came here last night for the first time in a long time. It might have been nostalgia, or the fact that i was craving some of that curly fry and mystery meat of my yesteryear. There was no one in the dining room area, so i felt no shame ordering large fries and an extra large sandwich (formerly known as the Big Montana). The food was not as good as i remebered it, but part of it was probably due to overhyping my memories. The place was clean, the soda was well carbonated, the arby and horsey sauce was fully loaded, and the wifi was on point. There was really nothing more i could ask for during my dining experience. I don't understand how this place is rated so low. 2.5 stars? Really?!? First of all, the place is clean and the staff are really polite and courteous! That ranks pretty high for me as far as fast food. I really wish there were more Arby's like before but not as many as McDonald's. Food quality is what I remember with more selections! Sick of the Covid excuse as to why dinning rooms are closed, it is now just an excuses to lower operating costs. I almost never leave a review but with a tank of gas being $100.00 I expect my food to be eat able. I went through the drive thru (dinning room closed at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon) and ordered four sandwiches, fries and drinks. They asked if I wanted any sauce yes please Arby's Sauce and Ketchup. We parked to eat opened the bag and two Arby's Sauce packs for four sandwiches and three Ketchup packs. The buns and sandwiches were dry flaky (crapy) so I wasted my money, I could hardly eat one with the Arby's Sauce couldn't imagineeating one without any sauce. Normally I would just go in and ask for more sauce or Ketchup but with the dining room closed well you get it.
