Drive thru service was prompt and friendly. The young man answered my questions I had, prior to placing my order. The cheese steak is why I'm here people! Annnnd I am happy to report that this sandwich is delicious! I just got the nearly $8 sandwich ( no combo). The cheese steak had a nice flavor with tender meat w/t melted cheese, a few onions and peppers(very few) and a garlic sauce on a warm ,soft hoagie roll. I added banana peppers once I got home and this elevated the taste for me even more! I would definitely order the cheese steak AGAIN!!! There is a reason this restaurant is not rated well. I just got back from picking up a mobile order that I placed. I do not believe that they were having a good night, but when do they have a good night? The young lady [saying that to show grace I was not given], behind the counter was beyond unreasonably nasty. She was angry there were customers. And made it obvious to each interaction she had. The order was much later than expected.... The shake was made at the time I was made to stand and wait .... And of course was completely melted by the time I received my food. To be fair this was better than the cups she slammed on the counter and told the young man to make his drinks himself. To say I was glad to leave is an understatement. But I do have a concern: what if I was unable to make it to the inside of the store as commanded. Possible because of an injury, age or something else potentially personal. Leading to the reason why a mobile order and a drive through? Would one have to be exposed to this horrible treatment? Just a thought for consideration of our challenged customers. I will have you know that I waited at the speaker for 5 and a half minutes, with cars stacking behind me, before I said "hello" into the speaker. To be then told "I was about to tell you to wait a few minutes. When she came back to get my order and mentioned it was a mobile order I was informed I would have to come into the store. Look it was not just me that this happened too. In fact I said only one thing beyond speaking into the speaker: when I received my food, "may I have a bag that is not ripped" and then "thank you." I also was not the only person who had to ask for a bag. We all would have been better off following the guy who walked in, looked around and then walked out. But we had all paid in advanced. The last thing I would like to point out is when the young lady screamed "pull my drawer" at a person I am guessing was/is a manager. We all showed a great deal of constraint for not applauding her desire to leave. Suffice to say I am good on drama for at least a few days this week. read more

This one was really all over the place and at one point I probably had them at 1 star and at one point probably as high as 4 stars. This was one of the most interesting drive through trips, that ended, for the most part pretty well. Orders were taking exceptionally long, there was one car in front of me and it took them nearly 5 minutes to order...may not be Arby's fault though, they may not know what they wanted. But at this point I was wondering if I should have gone into the Mexican place and eaten there real quick. Finally my turn and I pulled up to place my order.....nothing....nothing.....several minutes of nothing...finally I say 'Hello' ... still nothing! I say 'hello' again and they reply, sorry we're really busy and it's taking us a minute. Ok, first let's just get this out there .... really busy equated to one car in the drive through in front of me, there were no customer inside ... 100% empty parking lot. They finally come back to me and I order the Gyro meal. I ask if the lemonade is the sugar free to which they respond they are out. Ok (I know this makes no sense) how about substituting for a shake (after looking for lemonade w/o sugar ...lol). Well the shake machine isn't working. Ok, I'll just have a sweet tea .... the answer, you guessed it, we're out of tea. Ok, so what do you have....he runs down all the items and I tell him I'll take a Pepsi...well, apparently he read the list wrong, they don't serve Pepsi. He goes through the list again indicating coke is available. Perfect, I'll take a coke. A few seconds later he comes back and says, 'we're out of coke'. I can't even make this up at this point. Finally settled in on Sprite and I pulled around to pay. They had me pull forward to wait for my meal and brought it out in a couple minutes. So, surprisingly, the sprite was really fresh and tasted good (wasn't really sure how good it would be after all that). The curly fries were hotter than the sun and fresh. Now this is where things started to swing towards four stars. I was impressed how fresh the food was. Until I tasted the fries. It was very obvious the oil they are cooking in needed to be changed...even though they were fresh they tasted like other stuff ... not sure what, and don't really want to know. Now, the Gyro was actually really good and really fresh and to my surprise make correctly. Overall this was a roller coaster ride. I'm guessing that the typical experience is in the three star range and probably not as crazy as this one. If I come back I'll report if anything is different. read more

This was a great experience. Walked in and was immediately greeted. The staff was patient and helpful. Clean restroom. Correct order, asked if we wanted sauce, and did it all with a smile on their face. I even saw the older gentleman in the parking lot picking up trash. Very commendable. read more

Usually the food is wonderful.. but tonight EVERYTHING was off! The sweet tea tastes like dirty sweet water. Our Italian subs had more veggies than meat.. Both are very dry! The bread could be used as weapons. The fries are very soggy and half cooked.. For $20.42 you would think something would've been right. The cashier at the window never said anything to me. She opened the window, handed me the drinks and took my card. After she returned my card she closed the window again. All of my food was crammed in 1 bag. We went to the drive thru to order 2- large beef and cheddar combos and a wagyu beef combo. We were told sorry, but we are out of beef. Really ? It was 7:45 pm on a Wednesday. We saw only one family dining in. Should have been the sign. We love Arby's, but this makes You want to laugh, especially thinking of their commercials. I stop by here occasionally after karate and get a good meal on the way home. Since Arby's switched to the better quality meats, I've liked it a lot more. My favorite meal is the Angus thee cheese & bacon, with their curly fries as my side. I took one star off for Arby's no longer offering the chocolate lava cake. I was very disappointed when they took it away. The staff here is great. And I'll continue to come to this location. read more

Went to Arby's today to try their new Angus Philly cheesesteak. First of all the sandwich must have been sitting around since lunchtime and it was approximately 7 o'clock at night when we ordered. Got the sandwich home and opened it there was no sauce, a few caramelized onions and any sign of cheese was nonexistent. The bread was so tough it was near impossible to bite through and we ended up having to use a fork and knife to cut bites out of the sandwich. They do have a sign posted saying they apologize for the inconvenience of not having some items available which was a very good and polite thing to do as other restaurant fail to do that so we knew beforehand one of the items we ordered was out of stock. This is actually the first time we have ever had bad service from this location or food that was not fresh, but the sandwich was actually bad enough to warrant making a yelp review about it. I'm convinced they are the cleanest fast food place I've ever been to. I swear every time I'm there someone is cleaning something. Their food is always fresh and hot, and their staff is super friendly! The hubs and I always get the same thing: the beef and cheddar combo with a dr. Pepper. You can't go wrong with that! read more

Out of beef how is that possible? Then had to pull up and wait 10 + mins on the chicken it's like they just didn't expect to be open or have customers idk but I would consider a change in management if I own this location. Terrible service I would give zero stars if possible. read more

I have definitely eaten at cleaner and newer Arby's, but the food was tasty. The dining room was a bit messy. The bathroom was fair. They guy behind the counter was friendly. Other than that I don't really have anything more to say about it. Maybe the drive thru would be a better choice. read more

Great friendly staff and the food is always fresh and hot! They always greet you when you enter and they also have a very short wait time. The location's entrance is rather odd to enter but it is SO worth it. read more
