**If you haven't been here yet, just know that this Arby's is not physically on or facing Piedmont Rd. It's actually off of Sydney Marcus.** Came here for lunch - love their potato cakes! Parking is always easy to find. Arby's is at the end of a strip of businesses on the the opposite side of the large parking lot anchored by Home Depot, and parking spaces will always be available. Because of its location and parking space availability, this is a popular and busy Arby's restaurant. Walking in, I saw a line of about 10 people ahead of me. Customer service at the order counter was welcoming, friendly and quick. I ordered the RB Classic Meal - an RB classic roast beef sandwich, an order of 3 potato cakes and a soft drink. Got my cup and filled it at the self-serve dispensers, and filled a couple of sauce cups with the spicy bbq sauce. This busy location is smaller than most Arby's restaurants and finding a table in the dining room can be challenging at peak hours. I sat at one of the last available tables, waiting for my food and watched as others who were going to eat in walked around the dining room looking for a place to sit and went back to the counter and told the employee at the counter to change their order and make it to go. They didn't need to, though. During the 20 minutes that I waited for my food, many of the people who were already eating when I arrived left and an employee cleaned up their tables soon afterward. I finally got my food. The sandwich seemed small (small meaning the amount of meat between the buns), but I guess that's a sign of the times. *sigh* The potato cakes were hot and crispy, and not greasy, and that's why I love them! TikTok brought me to good ol' Arby's, so I'll keep it short -- Arby's is definitely underrated, and that new Philly Cheesesteak is pretty tasty. But I'm giving it 3 stars because their ordering app is kind of a pain. It's not easy to use, keeps kicking me out, and never seems to honor the deals it shows. Then when you try to use those deals in the restaurant, it says they're online only. The product team really needs to fix that! Maybe the other reviewers just came in on a bad day. All of the staff was super friendly and spoke at each station. This location has a viewing window so you can see as they make your meal. Got a chicken tenders meal to go which was ready in about 15 minutes. We ended up eating inside since it was raining outside and we had errands to run in between. Establishment was relatively clean but also very quiet and even peaceful. Tenders were moist, crisp and hot. The curly fries were not shy on the salted and get for all the dipping sauces they had including BBQ, buffalo, and honey mustard. Wouldn't mind coming again especially since it's on the corner of a busy intersection perfect for people watching. read more

I went to this place around 9:30 pm last night, and the customer service was honestly terrible. The cashier was extremely rude, rushing me even though I was the only customer there. He didn't smile, wasn't friendly, and made the whole experience feel uncomfortable. Absolutely nasty employees and trainer, also odor from lack of cleanliness. I walked in, found one outlet for my laptop, and signed up on the Arby's website at around 7 pm to get the deals-I had my laptop with me--and the website crashed, as you can see from the screen shot, when I tried to enable 2-factor authentication (2FA), so at this point I was NOT going to put my debit card info: I would pay in cash. So, I take my iPhone to the counter, and first the cashier said "I can't do that: You have to order through the app. [For the record, I often go to McDonald's and have NEVER put my CC info into their website: I *always* pay in cash.] I then ask for the manager, and SHE tells me can't ring it up. I show her my phone with the order (the order was for a fries & drink with the discount), and SHE WOULD NOT HONOR THE ORDER. Worse, she asked if I would like it without the deal, paying full price for it. At this point, I told the biker cashier and manager to get lost. I have been eating at Arby's on & off since the late 70's at the one on 3rd Street near the Tech tunnel, and the one on Buford Hwy in Doraville, and I have NEVER encountered a franchise with this bad an odor; nor have I EVER encountered an Arby's manager so arrogant. I visited this store with my wife November 5th at 7:05 PM. There was an employee sitting in a chair by the door who was cordial. The second employee at the cashier was very blunt and rude. When I asked if there was a code for the restroom he rudely said he'll open it when hes finished. It wasn't what he said it was his demeanor. It was sassy and sharp... he walked to the restroom but he never gestured or voiced that the door was being opened. He got upset he had to turn around and take 2 steps to open it again before doing some huffing and puffing after realizing I was walking back over after checking on my wife. Then he ignored me the couple times after I said thank you and then walked out of the store with an attitude. I understand this isnt a 5 star restaurant and maybe he had something else going on but common courtesy and politeness goes a long way. I work in the restaurant industry myself and don't feel being harsh with guests should ever be a thing unless someone is blatantly being disrespectful. This experience was unnecessary and ignorant. It negatively affected my mood when the only words I said to this man was "is there a code for the restroom? " And "thank you". I would never visit this Arbys again after this experience to spend my money and wouldn't recommend any of my friends or family to do so either. Unpleasant, and emotionally immature. Do better. Customer service and hospitality has everything to do with human kindness. I held my tongue the first notice and even tried to be nice by saying thank you realizing i don't know what this man is going through. I actually was quite surprised when we stepped foot in this Arby's. And yep, you MUST step foot inside if you're going to dine here because there's no drive thru, but don't let that scare you. From the moment you walk in and see the large A lit up in white against the wall, as well as the very clean dining area, it's a different experience. For this day we ordered their special of two gyros for $5 and one small jalapeno poppers order ($2.49) You may know Arby's for their roast beef, but let me tell you, their gyros were actually very good! We tried both their chicken and roast beef, which came in a nice warm Pita, lettuce, tomato, and we were given horseradish sauce, which hit the spot! The Jalapeno poppers came in a pack of 5 and also came with "bronco berry" dipping sauce. The poppers themselves were fresh for us, so the stuffed cheese was still ooey gooey, with a nice crispy crust. Either there wasn't a lot of jalapeno pepper, or they were de-seeded, because these weren't really spicy, but when dipping these in the sauce, which is pretty sweet in flavor, it was a flavorful combination. Couple of complaints, because no location is perfect. My girlfriend made the comment to me that the menu was almost impossible to see from the tables, so if you wanted to get something else, you pretty much had to walk to check out the menu. Also, the cashier had a healthy amount of attitude as if she didn't want to be there serving. With that said, the manager was very nice and helpful. Parking here is shared in this strip including several stores including best buy, target and others, so you wont ever have an issue for finding a spot. I was so upset with Lowe's (read my review on that), I had a very rough day, no thanks to Lowe's. Went to Best Buy after cancelling my order with Lowe's (I would never buy anything from there ever). Decided to grab something to go at Arby's. Since my crisis seemed to be over, I went on a crazy mode. Bought a sandwich, curly fries, potato something and a large shake. Staff was very patient and genuinely nice to me cos I was really not sure what they have at Arby's. The wait was not bad. The other staff packed my food and off I ran back into the car parked in front since it started raining heavily. The very nice elder lady next to the car, insisted I got into the car first before opening her side of the door. I guessed after my ordeal with Lowe's, everything and everyone seemed exceptionally kind to this poor soul who had been tortured by the evil monster (Lowe's). This Arby's (store #9002) is located at Lindbergh Plaza, the shopping center with Best Buy, Home Depot, and Target. It's been open for many years now and still looks relatively new and clean. Since it's located in a shopping center, it's a bit smaller in size than a standalone Arby's. There's free Wi-Fi and a TV in the main dining room. The store is open and spacious. Big, tall windows and vaulted ceilings make it different from typical Arby's locations. There's even patio seating. I ordered a Smokehouse Brisket combo (sandwich, fries, drink), which set me back $7.49 plus tax. The Smokehouse Brisket sandwich is a limited-time-only sandwich which may no longer be available by the time you read this review. However, if it is available and you're a fan of Arby's roast beef sandwiches, take advantage of the opportunity and order one. According to Arby's advertisements, the beef brisket has been hickory-smoked for at least 13 hours. Other ingredients: smoked Gouda cheese, mayo, BBQ sauce, and fried onions. It all makes for a rather savory, smoky-flavored, "premium" sandwich experience. The star of the show is the sliced brisket. There was a good amount in my sandwich. It was tender and flavorful. Best of all, the meat was real and not processed. I was impressed. I also tried the Crispy Chicken Farmhouse Salad combo for $6.29. Salad combos do not come with fries. They only come with a fountain drink. This salad was basically an ordinary, entree-sized, house salad consisting of chopped iceberg lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and strips of fried chicken. It was a decently sized salad with plenty of bites of chicken. The veggies were sufficiently fresh and crisp. I preferred to dip the chicken strips in one of Arby's sauces, essentially negating any potential health benefits of ordering a salad. This Arby's location has two self-serve condiment stands with the following sauces: Tomato Ketchup, Horsey Sauce (horseradish), Arby's Sauce (BBQ), Honey Dijon Mustard, and Spicy Three Pepper. They all taste good to me. I like to use Horsey Sauce on the beef sandwiches, Honey Dijon Mustard on the chicken strips, and Arby's Sauce on the fries. Speaking of fries, Arby's signature Curly Fries are always a win. They're so tasty and addictive. The fountain machine consists of Coke products. There are also tea canisters filled with sweet and unsweet tea. Since the fountain machine carried lemonade, I made myself an Arnold Palmer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arnold_Palmer_%28drink%29). Your way, right away at Arby's now! err, that's the line from Burger King, but yeah, I like it here. Try the classic Arbys roast beef sandwich/burger with Arbys sauce. Instant classic #linning. The guy who works here, the manager? is cool, and very friendly. I tried my first Arby sandwich when I was 7 years old in California. It's a sandwich, no.. it's a hamburger.. no.. it's 2 buns, and slices of thin roast beef. Add a shot of Arby sauce and voila! It's the classic Arby burg.. er.. sandwich! In California there are not as many Arby restaurants so I've been very pleased to find that there are many Arby locations here in Georgia. Since my 1st visit to Arby's, the classic Giant size + Arby's sauce, Horsey Sauce (their creamy version of Horseraddish), and their new Triple Chili sauce is still my favorite off their menu. Just pure roast beef, bread, and sauce. As far as I know, Arby's is the original (O.G. aka Original Gangstar) of the seasoned Curly Fries. Yeah, you heard the right. The original home of the Curly Fry is Arby's. On top of being the O.G. of the Curly Fries, they also make them the best imho. Seating is plentiful (booths), parking is easy, and they have a T.V. so you can watch sports while you chow down on pure Arby's goodness. They've done some redesigning to the interior decor I've noticed so it feels more spacious when ordering. I'm glad to announce they serve root beer and have a kids menu. +1. 4.3107 stars rounded up makes this one a 5 in my book! "I'm thinking Arby's!" yup.. my son, wife, and I love it here. Arby's you normally think of Roast Beef and Curly Fries and unfortunately, Pepsi too... NO LONGER! Arby's now serves Coke! YAY! So besides the excitement of Coca-Cola being served here now, I have to say that this location has excellent customer service. I really wouldn't have thought that a fast food would have good customer service, but this one did. Here's what happened: It was lunchtime, I was hungry, and saw a picture of curly fries in the window and decided I had to have them. Walked in, ordered a meal, got a Coke, and as I watched them making it, realized, I am not allowed to have deli meat (unless its over 165 degrees, yay for pregnancy restrictions). I explained my situation to the person who was prepping the food. He immediately went and got one of the food thermometers, tested the sandwich he was making for me, and showed me that the meat was in fact over my required 165. YAY! They really went above and beyond that day. They easily could have just dismissed me saying yes its hot enough, or I don't know, order something else. read more

I have a solution for everyone who needs to fill the void left after Wendy's discontinued their Frescata sandwiches (yes, it's true... I had to hear about it today through a drive-thru speaker). Well, this is a partial solution as the sandwiches here are a little better made and their menu is more expensive. I was craving a chicken salad sandwich and this place is on my way home from the Wendy's location that ruined my day. The store is very bright and there's lots of parking since it's part of the new Lindbergh Shopping Center. Their staff isn't the most well spoken (I wouldn't normally point that out, but the two associates that were talking about their personal business right in front of me might have been deaf earlier in life... the dialect was a mixture of New Orleans meets Southern Twang meets the Jersey Shore... I hope you can picture my description and if you can't imagine how I felt listening to them converse). Regardless of a possible speach impediment, I give them kudos for not getting annoyed when I walked up requesting whatever the closest thing to a chicken sandwich is and not bothering to learn how to read their menu. Although my sandwich seemed to have more apples than pieces of chicken, it was good and I'll probably be back to try one of their hot subs. This is a convienient location for me, so when I actually crave those delicious curly fries with that amazing bronco berry sauce I am good to go! Some new additions to the menu help me out when I'm on a serious budget. I can get some Easy Mac, curly fries, a shake and a pie for less than $5. Sometimes I add a salad, they have delicious dressings and the salads are pretty hardy. I've only been here after dark and the guy at the counter is always super friendly and I actually don't mind the small talk ( which is usually unlike me). Only problem I've ever had is a forgotten item, however, after writing corporate, I received a free meal combo. This will come in handy for next time I need me some Arby's. I placed an online for pick up I get there my order isn't ready. I step outside to continue waiting but im looking though the window to watch and see when its put there. Well, after a long wait and going in and out a so claimed store manager comes outside and asks me what do I need? Because im looking 'SUSPICIOUS' and I haven't said anything after waiting over 40 mins patiently and not going crazy. I was shocked that I looked suspicious rather then why aren't they doing my order she claimed the order never came though which I don't believe it wasn't my first time placing an online order but apparently it doesn't work here. They profiled a girl with groceries who was just trying to be nice about my order. I called back and asked her what was going on after I could't wait any longer. I dared to ask for my refunded and she wouldn't let me get a word in, before she claimed I was cursing and processed to hang up on me for no good reason. Again this is the person running the store (store manager that's what she said she was) I contacted corporate and asked them for my refund they instead offered gift cards which I never got? I called them twice about it gave them enough time and I still didn't get anything. When they first opened at Lindbergh, I was one of their first customers. I love the roast beef sandwiches with all the sauces. As most have commented, it is bright and very clean. The cashiers are all very friendly, which scores a good many points for me. I eat there at least twice a week, and more if I want to. I am so glad it's in my area. read more

Well the food is always what it is. But the service and the remodeling SUCK! This place is dark, very dark. It is like they are trying to be a fancy place with "mood lighting" but all it does is make it hard to see. The guy taking our order wa one step way from the walking dead! He did not even look up at us and we could have taken our order, made the food and sat down in the time he took. Then all the Sauce dispensers were empty. No one seemed to care!
