The worst food I ever had at Zaxby located on Flatshoal in College park ga. my husband has been begging for their lemon pepper wings after seeing so many commercials. I empathize that the value of wings was too costly for what was being offered. After several please order me some I decided to concede since it was his birthday. I ordered the lemon pepper wings combo with chicken strips and fries. The food was so disgusting. The wings were dry, bland and no taste of lemon pepper seasoning. The chicken strips were very salty, the fries and toast were ok. Since my husband just had a stroke and in a wheel chair and I was just discharged from the hospital we were stuck with the meal. I work close by and have visited this location twice. It is dirty inside the restaurant and bathrooms. The service is slowwwwwww AF. No one behind the counter looks happy or smiles at customers. They make the food like they don't give AF. They short change people on how much chicken is on their salads. My main complaint for Zaxbys overall is pertaining to the mobile app for ordering food. Zaxbys doesn't really prioritize online orders at all and beware when ordering online your order is not prepared in the order in which it was received in two separate occasions and from two separate locations in about two weeks span I've had to request a refund due to having to waiting 30 mins for my order and watching people pull up order, receive their food and leave. This second time at the Union City location today they actually prepared the food but they just let it sit on the counter while they waited on other customers who ordered after me. The food sat there until I came in to inquire about my order which was about 20-25 minutes and at that point I no longer wanted the salad that was sitting there growing bacteria. read more

I was craving a cobb salad, and I knew just the place.   Location and Parking  Zaxby's is located on Ponce, near the Ponce/Boulevard intersection. Parking is free but I always use the drivethrough.   Food and Beverage I can't go wrong with a cobb salad or wings and things combo. All of their salads are made to order and come with Texas toast. The wing sauces are delicious and come in every spice level. I really like their peach iced tea; especially making an Arnold Palmer with it! I went here with low expectations after seeing the 2 star review. The line wasn't ridiculous for a Saturday night (it's zaxbys) I had a large order and the server was super patient with me even repeating the order back. When I got to the window, she was super friendly laughing and making jokes with me about my large order. I pulled up and waited about 3 minutes before she brought the food out and it was AMAZING.
