Shake Shack mission is to stand for something good in all that they do. One thing they so well is 100% Angus beef burgers. Made with fresh high quality ingredients Shake Shack has to be one of the best burgers out there. I love this location in the Old Fourth Ward area on the Beltline. Parking can be a bit daunting, but it's worth it. Customer service at this particular location has always been great. The store is always exceptionally clean and organized. I can't speak on other Shake Shack locations, but this location I will continue to patronize.

Always a great spot to swing in and grab lunch. It's always smooth and quick. My food always tastes good plus you get the views of the bustling beltline. I enjoy the shake shack double cheeseburger because it doesn't need any condiments to improve its delicious taste. Also what restaurant can top their spicy crinkle fries with ranch. Delicious

Great Shake Shack location! We stopped by after a walk on the Beltline, and it was a perfect spot to grab a bite. The food was prepared quickly, and the staff was super friendly. The outdoor seating was adorable and made for a great dining experience. Everything we ordered was so delicious--definitely one of the nicer Shake Shack locations in north Georgia.

Wanted a burger and I wanted it done right so I knew I could rely on shake shack. Ordering on the kiosk makes for quick ordering. The service was awesome, had a helpful server. The dine in area was clean and quiet. Great experience.

Since this place is off the belt line is not a bad place to stop and get something to eat or drink. The service is pretty quick, under 5 minutes per order. The food is really good on taste. I was very happy with their milkshakes. If it was just milkshakes this place would get 5 stars. The burgers were very taste but they don't live up to their cost being so small. We got different burgers and they all felt small for what you're paying for. But everything else is good. Clean building, good customer service, and tasty food. Lots of seating inside and the outside is ample and dog friendly.

So, Shake Shack is always pretty delicious, but I had a couple minor complaints about this location. The first is that they had a few kiosks to order, but literally half of them were broken or not functional in some way. The second thing was that the bacon on my Smoke Shack burger was undercooked and rubbery. Beyond that, the actual atmosphere there was pretty nice. There was a lot of space to sit down and eat, indoor or out. And complaints aside, the food still tasted great.

I love eating at Shake Shack. This was my first time at this location. The chicken bites were the best item. The burger was good with the sauce and avocado but had a little more pink than I usually prefer. The fries were just ok. I also enjoyed the cookies and cream milkshake. The service was prompt and efficient. Ambience was the typical shake shack.

I finally got around to visiting Shake Shack after a workout on the Beltline and I had someone with me to enjoy as well. We decided to go on a bike ride on the Beltline and while approaching Dekalb Ave I saw Shake Shack and made up in my mind that I was going to have that today. After returning the bikes an hr later we decided that walking a mile back to Shake Shack was worth it. Before even walking in I was greeted with a sign advertising these new shake flavors they had available that immediately caught my attention (specifically the Oreo Funnel Cake flavor). Once inside we ordered on the kiosk which has become my preference in some places. It was quick and easy. I ordered the Bourbon Bacon Jam Burger ($9.39), fries ($3.99), lemonade ($3.69) and of course the Oreo Funnel Cake shake ($6.69) as well. My date had the Smoke Shake burger ($8.49), fries ($3.99) and the root beer float ($5.99). After having the Bourbon Bacon Jam Burger, I must say, it was a flavorful journey that left me wanting more. The burger, crafted with 100% Angus beef, was a perfect blend of juicy goodness and savory delight. Topped with crispy onions and their signature ShackSauce, the burger's taste was elevated to new heights with the addition of the delectable bourbon bacon jam, which featured the delightful taste of Maker's Mark Bourbon. With every bite, the distinct flavors of the ingredients danced harmoniously on my palate. The sweetness of the bourbon bacon jam beautifully complemented the savory beef, while the crispy onions added a delightful crunch. The ShackSauce tied everything together, creating a burger that was both satisfying and memorable. It was evident that Shake Shack takes pride in using quality ingredients to create a burger that truly stands out. The fries that accompanied the burger were nothing short of perfection. Hot, crispy, and seasoned just right with the ideal amount of salt, they were the ideal accompaniment to the delicious burger, leaving my taste buds thoroughly content. Now, onto the dessert. While the Oreo funnel cake had me intrigued with its promising combination of two beloved treats, I couldn't help but feel a tad disappointed. The Oreo flavor seemed somewhat subdued, and the essence of funnel cake was barely discernible. Perhaps my expectations got the best of me, and the combination of flavors didn't quite hit the mark. As a result, I only managed to finish about half of the shake. Nonetheless, I must commend Shake Shack for their creativity in experimenting with unique treats. To cleanse my palate after the meal, I opted for their lemonade, which turned out to be a smart choice. The lemonade was perfectly balanced, offering a sweet but not overly sugary taste that complemented the savory notes of the burger and fries. It provided a refreshing finish to the meal, leaving me feeling satisfied and content. In conclusion, Shake Shack's Bourbon Bacon Jam Burger is an absolute winner, delivering a delightful explosion of flavors in every bite. Their attention to quality ingredients and craftsmanship is evident, making this burger a must-try for any burger enthusiast. While the Oreo funnel cake shake fell a bit short of expectations, the rest of the experience more than made up for it. I am already looking forward to returning to Shake Shack to explore their other sandwiches and sample more of their shakes. If you're on the hunt for a mouthwatering burger adventure, look no further than Shake Shack!

So. Much. Yes! Awesome location, parking garage, beautiful restaurant, friendly service, amazinggggg food. We LOVE Shake Shack and we don't live near one but thankfully were in the area and found the Old Fourth Ward location. It's located next to the beltline so many customers came from the beltline to eat. Pretty cool! We parked in the parking garage and even saw a "Tiny Door ATL" art installation near the shake shack which was really fun. The restaurant itself was really nice and very clean. Tons of seating both indoor and outdoor. Clean women's restroom. The food has never disappointed us - we love the shackburger and chicken shack - we think it's one of the best chicken sandwiches. We try them everywhere we go but shake shack's is one of the best. Great piece of chicken, perfectly seasoned, delicious pickles (and my husband hates pickles, lol). I always enjoy trying their shakes (especially seasonal flavors). Their lemonade is really good! Love love love. We can't wait to go back!

The answer now, as then, is "What'll ya have?"? Of course you have to get a couple of hot dogs with chili and cole slaw, with a side of fresh chopped onions and some mustard to add to the heart burn. Some onion rings, and a Frosted Orange (ust get one, it's big enough to share with your spouse or sweetheart.) The Varsity claims to be the largest drive-in in the country, if not the world. Maybe it is. It covers two city blocks, seats 800 inside and has space for hundreds of cars. It now has eight locations around Georgia, some of them spic 'n span new, but my heart will always be on North Street in Atlanta, where the restaurant had its start in 1928. Some things have changed. Prices are up. The people that take your order seem a little more patient.
