Perfect location, delicious food, awesome service. Clean restaurant and restrooms! We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and grabbed some shack burgers and chicken sandwiches with shack lemonade. It hits the spot every time! The restaurant is super cute and trendy. I love all of the tile detail on the walls and neon signs. Plenty of tables and seating inside. There was some parking available directly outside but we chose to park in the public parking garage across the street using Park Mobile.

Pulled up here to meet my cousins for a fun Saturday Burger and Shakes. We were excited about the Peach Milkshakes. Located off Howell Mill I opted for the Valet parking. Right across from the Shake Shack. Ordering was easy. They have kiosks.. but because the Peach Milkshakes were out we couldn't complete our order on the kiosks..We had our hearts set on that Peach milkshake .We ordered at the counter. I got Strawberry shake instead. I ordered the Shack burger with cheese and bacon.. it was nothing to brag about, it had a ok flavor. Strawberry shake tasted like Vanilla and they threw a strawberry in. We sat outside on the patio. It was cool until I felt the bugs biting. I probably was just being paranoid. One of the managers came out and asked how everything was. We voiced our opinion about the Peach shakes. He offered apologies.. they didn't think they would sell out like that . Insert my twisted lip and sarcastic remark.. " Peach Shakes . In the Peach State of Georgia .. you didn't think they'd sell that quickly, REALLY" They do allow your fur babies (dog) on the patio. I probably won't be back anytime soon. You go and judge for yourself.

We came here to grab frozen custard. I initially got chocolate because it's my favorite but it was very grainy ( not smooth) so I asked to switch it to plain vanilla, which was much creamier. I'll return to try out the food.

Over cooked burger.

Shame on you! My burger was thin, over cooked and not satisfying. You've got too big and lost your quality!

Check your food y'all...got served a moldy hotdog last time I went. Love shake shack but this location never fails to mess up or forget some part of my order.

New (at the time of the review) to west midtown is shake shack. Located right beside brash coffee and across from ornsbys is this burger spot, perfect after drinks at holiday or other spots around the area. There's inside and outdoor seating, and they have self ordering kiosk inside located to the far right of the counter. Food was pretty good.

Nuggets

The nuggets were good and always are. My sister and I ordered avocado bacon burger and got no bacon on them :( then the cheese fries has cheese at the bottom but barely cheese on it. I went inside to order and we live on the same street so it didn't dry up, it was barely any on them.

Burnt hot dog

Highly recommend this location if you want an unapologetically burnt hot dog!!! I got takeout and didn't think to look at my hot dog. My order also took forever to come out. Now I see why! They were too busy charring my hot dog!

The food and the service was great! The newly open restaurant was clean and the staff was very attentive. My food was out in in a short amount of time, and the food was fixed properly. The food was good, I'll have to try a shake the next time.

The food here is so fire and fresh but the PEOPLE are better. I love when I get great food but great service? What did I do to deserve this :)

I ended up leaving to get food before i had to get ready for the next day. And everything on the menu looked so good. I was excited. Never got to try anything. Apparently something happened with this caterer. I ended up eating Waffle House and going home after my friend's wedding. Smh.

Guess what, the food was not with her!!!! After my team communicated with her to get the food, the food was picked up at a random apartment building, packed and ready to go. All the food that was agreed upon via the contract was not in this bag and it was cold. Instead of making it right, she communicated only providing a half of the money back and to perform additional services. Really?? In the contract she was supposed to have servers for the cocktail hour and reception, so no services were performed. Its been a week since no refund was given. It's one thing to perform fraud but is another mess up a couple's wedding date. Lawyers are having a field day with this one. After this review if you decide to use her services, you have been warned. Scam and a Fraud!!!!!!

The milkshakes were pretty but lacked flavor; specifically, ice cream! It was full of milk and whipped cream and bits of cake/cookie but ice cream should be the star of that show. The cheesecakes are hit or miss. I recommend the mini cups (not the correct name ) because you can try more than one. I think the overall issue is similar to the milkshake- the cheesecake needs to be the focus and the other toppings/flavors just a nice bonus.

Trying to find the location I thought would be hard but fortunately it's located in the underground mall in Atlanta and it has directions that's on the ground to lead you into the cozy little spot in the rear of the underground mall . You're greeted by a huge milk shake molding on a pole and colorful images and paint that sticks out . I ordered a few of their cheesecakes pictures in this review . I don't do milkshakes unless they are non dairy because it would of been trouble trouble but I seen how they look and they look sooo good . But I was throughly impressed with the cashier she was so polite and very attentive . Go check them out !! And soo delicious !!!

If I'm being completely honest with you, I'm not the biggest fan of rollup ice cream. Mainly due to…read morethe fact that most of the base for the roll ups are made from water base. This makes the ice cream taste more on the icy side and it doesn't taste like ice cream. It tastes more along the lines of a creamy popsicle. This place makes their ice cream rolls taste like ice cream. I was absolutely SHOOK! The flavor was there and it was so creamy. Honestly, these are creamier than most store-bought ice cream tubs. it has a velvety nice smooth texture when you try to eat it. Yes they are still in rolls, but as soon as you put it on your tongue, it me melts like a real creamy ice cream. The owner actually explained to us that she also doesn't like rolled up ice cream that taste more on the Icey side, so she made sure that her dairy rolls were actually creamy. They do have nondairy options, but those will be on the ICE side. Nondairy milk tends to be water and plant or nut based. I really appreciated how welcoming the staff was. Shout out to this friendly black owned, and women owned small businesses really welcoming the Atlanta community! I love finding small businesses that have amazing service and quality food! It's actually funny because I came in here not really expecting much. But mainly because the aesthetics of the store. They have a little grass wall with purple neon lights and a swing, which is really cute. They have a big digital board with purple accents that shows all the different combinations you can have your ice cream rolls made and you can also make your own. While you're waiting for your ice cream. You can actually play some board games they provide for the customers. I think this place is really great for big groups and just to really hang out with your friends and a plus one for the bathrooms too! Friday Urban Picnics is run by the Atlanta Street Food Coalition, and held every last Friday of the month from March to October, 11-2pm. Location is the back of Sweet Auburn Curb Market. At today's picnic, I arrived around 11:45 and lucked out with finding a parking spot. Lines were very short too - but that all changed after 12. Good Food Truck and Yumbii were probably the most popular. Westside Creamery, The Pop Shop (or maybe it was The Pop Stop), and Black Tie BBQ were there, too. I think almost all items were under $10. Today I had Good Food's $5 Poodle which was to die for: French Toast hot dog bun, beef dog, apple maple slaw, ... and then they strongly encourage you to add maple syrup and spicy mustard. Whoa that was really yummy - messy to eat though and I had sticky fingers afterwards from the maple syrup but no complaints from me :) Next time I'm trying one of their savory cones filled w/ all kinds of goodies! The Indian rice crispy treat sounded intriguing, too (curry, coconut, and candied fennel seeds)! For dessert I had a $3 generous scoop of Westside Creamery's bourbon & bacon ice cream. Just a hint of bourbon flavor and surprisingly thick pieces of bacon throughout - honestly I was expecting bacon-infused flavor but my bad for expecting anything else but the real thing!! They had some great flavors to choose but I went with bourbon & bacon since the Westside guy said it was his favorite. I've already marked my calendar to make a field trip to the next several picnics b/c there are too many new things to try! Some tips: Bring cash. If you're lucky enough to find parking in the Sweet Auburn parking lot, it's free w/ validation - look for the table outside that validates tickets. Otherwise make a purchase inside to get parking validation. When I was driving back to work, I also found free parking available under the interstate - free for the first 90 minutes.

The Key Lime Cake is a huge portion. It is 4 layers of goodness. As soon as I opened the container the smell came flowling out. You know it's good if the cake smells good. Oh my!!!
