Yesterday I was craving a burger and was passing Wendy's so I decided to place an order on the App. I ordered a 3 piece tenders with sweet and sour sauce separate, and large size Double Ranch Burger combo with Medium drink, large Fry and Pineapple Energy Fizz. This is the only Wendy's for miles and if you live in the Buckhead area this is your only choice. Same BS ya'll. 3.5 minutes at the speaker to even place the order. Then I'm told at the window my tenders are cooking and to pull forward. My friend left me a 15:22 minute What's App recording. I was able to listen to the ENTIRE Audio before getting my food. The employee walks out all flustered with 4 bags. My car, another to the side of me and 1 in the Mobile Ordering spots. They still Fukc'd my order up. WRONG drink, NO Fries and NO Sauce for the tenders. Now as you read my previous reviews this is an on going issues. I understand mistakes, and maybe being short staffed but this Wendy's is consistently falling behind. I had to go back in and get myself the correct drink and then I had to wait on them to cook more fires which was about another 2-3 minutes. The line inside. After my last rate I called the customer complaint line and they gave me the number to the store. The only thing it did was ring. I called back to have them call me they called 1 week later when the service manager said 48 hours. She left a message cause I was at work (Mercedes) the manager. I called back that day phone just rang. I called again another day just rang. She called back and let the phone ring seems like just enough for it to show on my caller id. I picked up nothing. Call back just rang. At this point I need to speak to a corporate manager cause this is just crazy. She even left a voice mail saying I can come talk to her. At 3:25 pm, February 1st, 2025 I attempted to purchase food from Wendy's located at 1940 Piedmont Rd. in Atlanta GA. I did not have a lot of time. I could see that there was a long line in the drive thru so I went inside where there appeared to be no line at all. I placed my order. Two gentlemen were also waiting for their order to be received. As time passed, both of them started talking about how long it was taking. I did not realize it until I looked at my receipt that I had been waiting 14 minutes and none of us received our order during that time. I politely asked the cashier if I could just get my money returned. Without saying anything she returned to the kitchen until another customer came in to place an order. Once she had finished the transaction with that customer, I asked her again "Please, if I could just get my 12 dollars back. You have the register open". She said she could not do that and returned to the kitchen. After waiting for another two minutes, I said in a loud enough voice to reach the kitchen, asking her again for a refund. I heard a male voice say he was cooking the food. I asked him for a refund, and he just repeated that he was cooking the food making it sound like he was too busy to address my request. 17 minutes had passed before I, not having time to wait and realizing neither of the gentlemen before me received their food, needed to leave. I left without food or the money I paid for it. I heard the male say "Have a good day" as I was exiting. It is astonishing how poor customer service has become. I understand being very busy. I too was on a tight schedule. I was thinking I could pop into a fast-food restaurant and be on my way. But instead, I had my money stolen from me and then was harassed by the thief on my way out of the door. I'm sure nothing will come from this, but if this store starts underperforming, now you know why. After being to many many disappointing fast food places in North Atlanta, I was so happy to find a store that was so nice. It's scary nowadays to see a now hiring sign on the window, because you never know how understaffed they are inside. The dining room was OPEN! Yay that's a start. And it was clean! How is it hard to read a mobile order. It's written out clearly. They didn't give me sauce for my nuggets, let alone ketchup, and gave me chocolate frosty when I ordered vanilla. Wow. I have never been to a drive thru so ghetto. The person at the first window dropped the f bomb as soon as we pulled up. He continued to use vulgar language like more f bombs and the N word over and over again regardless of seeing two young children in the back seat. It was extremely disrespectful and disgusting. Then we got to the second window and was given the wrong bag of food and then was given push back for letting them know that they gave us wrong food.
