My cheeseburger and fries were made fresh upon my order. You can also add lots of additional toppings for no extra charge. It was late 930ish and the order was taken in style so the service was good. The food came out piping hot but it looked like my burger fell apart and they served it pieced together. Nonetheless i scarfed it down and it was maybe a bit bland as in no flavor and this included my toppings of pickle, tomato, ketchup and mayo. They forgot my mushrooms. All in all for a late night dinner it worked for us but I'll be honest for the price I'll be back in another 5-10 years.

Just be forewarned: Nashville is not effing around when they say hot!…read more In Pittsburgh, people think Arby's Horsey Sauce is hot. They think mild salsa is hot. They think ice cold water is hot. So be advised. At CHIKN, hot means HOT, and Damn Hot is more of an Olympic Event than a meal. The only people more insane for heat than Nashville are the Thai. So like the Damn Hot from CHIKN is like Thai spice level 8 out of 10.

You can have the subs warm or cold and they ingredients are always so fresh and tasty again much fresher taste than others in the area. They do not skimp on the meat or fixings either. As for the Italian, it seemed a bit skimpy on the meat serving. And there were caramelized onions on half of the sandwhich that we didn't order? So that was odd but it tasted good! I especially liked the oregano and the oil/dressing! The chipotle chicken was a cheesesteak style sandwich with chicken, could've used some more flavor and was a bit dry. Not a bad experience but not one I'd go out of the way for based off this experience alone. The employees seemed nice but a bit frazzled- there was only handful of people in the store if that, but seemed as though they had some larger and multiple online orders. Inside it's a pretty simple sub shop with concrete floors and plenty of tables. The floor was extremely sticky and the bathrooms were not dirty but unorganized.
