Service was extremely slow, manager did nothing to remedy the slow service. She was viewed yelling at employees asking her about the orders and the slow service. The employee young high school kid did his best to apologize for the slow service. The manager was cooking the fries which was the reason for the lengthy wait. Our food was cold after waiting 15 minutes for the fries. Terrible service from the manager, heavy set female. Will never go back to that location again. Stopped in to use restroom & get quick lunch. Used touch screen ordering. Staff was pleasant. Bathroom was clean. Double cheeseburger & fries were hot. A better experience here than my last McDonald's in WV which was abysmal. I think drive thru gets most business at this location just off 376 in Aliquippa. read more

The only McDonalds location I know of that the dining room is closed more often than not. Most times the doors are locked with not just employees inside ( super dangerous ) and against fire codes all over the country. read more

mcdonald's is mcdonald's. you get what you expect and it's pretty consistent from place to place. i always check the bag before i leave the drive through because there's a 50/50 chance that your orders right. their coffees are really good. i always recommend checking the app for any coupons or discounts first. read more

Terrible service every time. 3 pm on a Friday and they have 3 cars in the drive thru and all 3 cars had to pull off to wait for food. They only have 2 spots. Waited 20 mins before walking in to get my food. Unreal service what a fn joke. read more

i have never been to a slower, more rude, and uncaring mcdonald's. i avoid this one at all costs but i had to order there today. i ordered online so it would be ready by the time i arrived and i still waited 20 minutes even tho there was barely a drive through line, and no line inside. i ordered no onions on my burger due to an allergy and the lady repeated my order to me multiple times including the "no onion" portion my box and receipt both say no onion. but yet i have onion. i also paid for bbq sauce but didnt receive it. glad they robbed me blind bc now i cant eat my lunch and i wasted so much time there that i cant even get more food. hope you're happy your customers go hungry :) read more

The last two times that I've been to this location, I've waited too long in the drive thru or inside the restaurant and ended up leaving. The young cashier didn't even acknowledge me when I was standing at the counter. He walked by several times and was extremely slow. I think they had a total of five employees working. I am giving this location a two rating, because I continue to order food here despite the multiple discrepancies with my orders, mostly due to the love of McDonald's French fries and the convenience of the location, otherwise I would give it a one rating. If I had to guess, I'd say about 50% of the time my order has been incorrect. A couple of wrong orders never phases me -- hell it's cheap food done fast. But this last screw up has me annoyed and wondering if I should use the location further down the road. read more

You guys really just ruined my day and quite possibly my life. I came here for breakfast and ordered through the drive through. Not only did it take someone ten minutes to say hello through the little speaker, it took 20 minutes to get our food. I asked for a hashbrown with ketchup. I just really really wanted ketchup. I was craving it. Thats why I got out of bed and came here. Ketchup. They had me pull forward to wait for my food because it was taking so long. Finally the girl came out with my bag, mumbled something about being sorry nonchalantly handed it through my car window and walked away so fast. She goes back Inside, I'm across the parking lot, and theres NO KETCHUP. Like Why? Why do you guys do this to people?? You dont understand what this did to me. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I am not saying this based on one visit. I have received half filled flurries, wrong orders, buns that were burnt, buns that were hard, and sandwiches so sloppy that I needed to eat them with a fork. The manger is rude and yells at the employees. The employees are incompatent. You place your order at a window, how do they type it in wrong? I have worked in the fast food industry. It is not that difficult to place an order in the system. I get that these are high school students who probably don't care but maybe be more selective with hiring. This location is only open because this is the only option in the immediate area. The next nearest fast food place that serves breakfast is 15 minutes away. Guess what I'll be driving there from now on. If the service were to improve I would gladly use this McDonald's but I have given them ample opportunities over the last 1 yr. This can not be the first complaint you have received for this location. From the mangers tone of voice when you call they get them ALL the time. If this is a franchise location (which it really maybe) I would consider pulling the sign. Just awful. read more
