This is the worst location I've been to and unfortunately it's by far the closest to my house. I've sat in the drive through for well over 20 mins multiple times. Not to mention the amount of times my order has been wrong and tonight the food was cold. Probably because it was ordered 25 mins before it was handed over. Let me start by saying I travel, 30% of the time for work and go to a Wendy's every day for breakfast. This Wendy's has terrible service. -I was the only person in the store and stood there for five minutes before ordering while everybody just hung out and talk shit to each other in the back. -The guy that took my order never even spoke to me just walked up and stood behind the computer and stared at me until I ordered. - I got two orders of sausage, gravy, and biscuit, and I've never had this happen, but they were literally cold to the touch when I took them out of the bag. - As a matter of fact, I specifically ordered to eat in the store, but when my food was ready, the guy with the minimum wage attitude put my food in a bag and tossed it on the counter, literally tossed it!! - There's no way in hell I was taking that food back up there and telling them to heat it up or to ask for any more. I'll heat that crap up at the office before I let them spit in my food behind the counter, again. Again, I must say this is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to, including out of Chicago, Newark, & New York City. I know, there are nice people at this, Wendy's, and I have had decent service in the past, but this guy was a Total piece of doggy Doodoo at this particular Wendy's in Aliquippa PA, which is a suburb of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Me and my friend wanted a lunch after our sports practice. So we decided to go eat at the Wendy's. Our thought is that they would be quick. So we go through the drive through at 10:29. So we go up to order and they say that they can't serve us lunch then because lunch starts at 10:30. Anyway we exit the drive through and pull right back in at 10:30 then they said we could order. Usually pretty decent service at this location. Today service was about the same except I got one dirty napkin and my burger looked like my 5 year old made it. Employees simply stare at you, no smile or "hello" or anything. About 9 out of 10 times they get your order wrong, then frown and sigh like it's the customer's fault. Food is pretty good, but the employees sour the entire experience. read more

Got a spicey chicken sandwich with extra mayo extra pickle and extra bacon but when I pay 1.30 for extra bacon I expect to get extra bacon not three two inch burnt to a crisp pieces of bacon two pickle slices it always says how you like it and fresh well that was far from how I ordered it and not fresh that is for sure. Don't get why I can't order anything and get it the way it's ordered here or anywhere else lately. read more

This store was recently remodeled and transformed into an asthetically pleasing enviroment...HOWEVER; same careless rude staff that can't get their orders correct. The money spent in the remodel should have went into hiring competent staff. read more

Dropping by to even the score and do it some justice, as the miracle of the availability heuristic really brings the average rating down. Have you ever heard the old saying "You get what you pay for"? You're probably spending about $3-5 at Wendy's, so excuse the staff for not serving it to you on a golden platter. If you want real quality food and staff that are actually happy with their pay to serve you and do it excellently, I suggest you go to a formal restaurant. Does that cost too much for you? Then keep blowing your money on sub-standard food, then continue doing what you're doing, but please, don't rant and rave at the staff because your cheeseburger was cold after you decided to open it thirty minutes later at home. You can get any order fixed by being kind and level-headed than you could by acting like a spoiled brat. A little kindness goes a long way.
