Cesar, the arborist that came to do the inspection and estimate for this work tried to do the pruning in a way that did no harm to any of the trees involved. One neighbor needed to have a 'weight reduction' on two trees as they were tall and swayed quite a bit in high winds. This service took about 15% off upper limbs, which also reduced the strain on the root system. There is a definite reduction of fear that these trees might come down in a bad storm. The other neighbor needed one 'dead' tree removed, and another live tree removed as it was leaning over a neighbor's property. The crew that did all of this work was there on time (actually early), Each worker was aware of the scope of work to be done. They were very efficient as each worker had an assigned task. The climbers used all of the safety equipment I could have imagined being necessary. Cleanup was very thorough, and left the properties in the same or better condition than when the job was started. Please note that Atlanta Arbor is covered with both liability as well as workers comp insurance coverage. I will certainly use them again as the need arises.

On the day of my appointment I met Milton and Raphael who promptly arrived at the time of my appointment. They made sure I understood the process as well (i.e, stump grinding and how it is handled by a third party who will come on a later date, how they planned on removing the trees, etc.) they're very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable! You can tell Milton has A LOT of experience and reliable references. The great part of Milton being so knowledgeable is the way he explained everything for me (who knows nothing about trees or tree service) he made it so easily for me to understand. On the day of removal they arrived promptly, Raphael knocked on my door to let me know they were going to begin the job. I HAVE NEVER WATCHED SUCH AN AMAZING PROCESS IN ALL MY YEARS OF LIVING. They roped up the first tree, dropped it and while some of the crew was working on the fallen tree, the rest started roping the next tree. Both of my large trees were down faster than I anticipated. The crew cleaned up after the work was completed so that there was no dust or wood chips on our roof (and our neighbor's roof since they had to access the neighbor's property to fully take down the tree). Anyone visiting us the next day would've never known that we just had a giant tree cut down.
