Cathy came out immediately to give a quote which was more than competitive. She is so friendly and knowledgeable she knew right away why the tree had died and what we should watch for in the future. The team came out the next day and they are amazing to watch. They carefully took the tree down, hand carried out the trunk sections and branches and cleaned the area. When they were finished everything looked like before, minus the tree. I highly recommend Mytreemen because they are professional, very knowledgeable and fast but also because they're wonderful to deal with. Cumming, GA 30041

I heard horror stories of $16,000 removals and saw a swinging crane knock down my neighbor's chimney with a huge suspended log. My tree problem wasn't as big of a deal. I was lucky. That said, I called a few places and they either didn't want to be bothered by a 25 year old Leyland cypress over my sunroom, or wouldn't come out for a quote for a week, then said they'd schedule me for JANUARY (2 months later). I called Cathy in the afternoon and she booked Chris to give a quote in the morning. I hadn't had many quotes, but they were all above my comfort -- obviously there was plenty of work out there for months to come. Chris told me he could cut it safely and haul it for the lowest price. He also had a guy who would eliminate the stump and upturned roots for $100. But how long would I have to wait? "We can do it tomorrow afternoon between jobs." They brought a crew of 6 and saved my fence in the process (the tree was leaning over my fence, within two inches of the top). 4 of them hauled sections while two managed/climbed/cut. Chris came in to check and give instructions at the start and at the end of the project. He also reviewed the completion to make sure it was to my satisfaction. On the way out, at my prompting, he gave me some quotes on standing trees that I may want to take down in February when it's cheapest. Above and beyond: Since this was a neighbor's tree, Chris gave me good recommendations on what needed to happen with the remaining 15 Leylands that look at the end of their lifespan, crafted a letter for me to use as a template, and worked with me to make our 50/50 neighbor split easy. They kept in phone and text communication any time I had a question. He even wore a mask for our review without my request. Bonus: His stump grinder contact was reliable and reached out the next day without any prompting. Now it's like nothing happened! I hope to never have to call them again, but if I need some trees cut down, I'll call Cathy and Chris.

A couple weeks ago, we had a tornado come through, and we ended up having 16+ trees come down on our property. We were devastated. One of the trees fell directly on our house onto our front porch, and the others landed in our driveway, completely blocking entry and exit access for us. After calling a couple local companies, no one was willing to come out and look at it for at least a couple of weeks, and another company wanted to charge us $30k+ just to use a crane for removal of just the ONE tree on the house. I am pregnant and felt completely overwhelmed and worried for our safety. The front porch was beginning to make popping noises because of the weight of the tree, and I knew I had to get someone out to help us soon. I grew up in Cumming, GA and knew 770 Bam was a very reputable company. I called Robert up on Friday afternoon and told him my situation, and the very next day, Saturday, he was at our house analyzing the job with two other guys. Again... our house is 4.5 hour drive from Cumming, GA and they had no qualms about making the trip out here to help me out. On Sunday morning, he had a full team assembled to tackle the job. He had numerous trucks, chippers, a crane, and at least 12 guys onsite for us. It was a huge job for them, but they didn't skip a beat. If you need any sort of tree work done on your house, PLEASE do yourself a favor and call on 770 Bam. Their attention to detail and willingness to always put their customer's safety first and foremost is something that is hard to find these days. We are customers for life! :)

The huge pines in the front were a great worry to me because of the Ice storm I experienced my first weeks in the house. I called other Tree companies to get quotes and although comparable to 770-ARBORIST they just didn't give me confidence that they would complete the job or even do the work that was necessary for the health of the trees. The reviews I saw backed up my suspicions. I found 770-ARBORIST here on Yelp and Angie ' s list. I called and spoke to Mark who explained that they would send out the Arborist for a fee, which was very reasonable to ascertain what work needed to be done, then if I had the work done the fee is deducted from your balance. Lance, the arborist, promptly met me the next day and walked my entire property patiently explaining what needed attention, listening to my concerns and letting me know what was important for the trees and what was merely cosmetic so I could weigh the cost. I felt very comfortable with his recommendations. I agreed and within two days Lance and his crew promptly showed up and began working checking with me to make sure I was happy with the way work was progressing. Lance, Mike and Ricardo worked steadily throughout the day and even a little later than expected to make sure all was done. The yard and trees look beautiful this morning and I slept wonderfully now that I can stop worrying about my trees. The crew cleaned up and left me mulch as requested. I am very pleased.
